Unfortunately there was a mix up on the date, and when I went to pick up the cake, they didn't have it /: MOST people would be so upset and I'll admit, I was a little sad. This was something special to me. HOWEVER we were given a cake they had in store. And it was delicious! I wanted to try this place because it seemed like they knew what they were doing and had cakes with exquisite designs for display. I paid and planned to have a cake made and custom designed for a special birthday a couple months in advance so I paid for the down payment and planned to pay the rest upon pick up. I had explained that I wanted the cake to be lemon and sent a photo with the custom design. When I went to pick up the cake it looked great but the lady who was helping me didn't even know how much I had left to pay or if the cake was lemon. When I went to serve the cake to my special someone, we found out that it wasn't lemon cake. I had such high expectations for this place and was let down when my special someone didn't even eat their birthday cake. First and last time that I get any cake from here. I advise that you not buy cakes from this place. It was not a smooth transaction and the product was not what I wanted. I had ordered a cake to be designed 90's themed. I sent him MULTIPLE images of what I was requesting. At one point we were going to cancel the cake but he told me no refunds (no where in the building did it say no refunds) so I had to go forward with the cake. (I ordered the cake February 18th for a party on March 30, so that was plenty of notice). When I showed up to pick up the cake it was pink and blue (as if it was a gender reveal cake) and it looked like a kindergartner cut out the designs and just pasted them on the cake. Horribly cut out, not the figures we wanted or the colors. The cake itself was dry and tasted like box cake that had sat out for days. It was like a quickly thrown together over night cake. When I expressed my dislike for the cake the owners were blaming the cake design on me!! At first he was refusing to give me any of my money back on the cake that I was stuck paying $230 for and it was trash! I was finally able to talk him out of some what of a refund but the cake was horrible. The design was horrible. I was not a satisfied customer and they acted like they did not care. I will not EVER recommend them or go back to them!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more
