The donuts were delicious! Just need a little 15sec reheat and these donuts are nice, warm and so so soft! It'll have you saying Mashigetaaaa! Reminds me of Portuguese donuts, malasada! Yummy! 2 packaged donuts containing two donuts in each bag were $10...a bit pricey honestly. Maybe it's $2 for each donut...still very pricey. Will be back to try different donuts and maybe some fresh fruit cakes too!

Another stop at the Bakery & remembered s photo. The young man was very nice!!! Unfortunately there was only one package of the rice flour twists left & wanted almond cookies and tried these Almond Crunch Cookies. This was around 8pm so the inventory was running low. For the Best selection go during the day ! I remembered to take a pic

Fresh fruit and whipped cream cake

I've come here twice now for the fresh fruit and whipped cream cake and both times didn't disappoint. I say this a bunch but what I love about Asian desserts is they are less sweet than American desserts. I despise frosting so I always try to find an Asian bakery in my area because they have tons of whipped cream cakes rather than thick frosting or fondant. They also carry a wide selection of various sweet and savory pastries, sandwiches and breads. We also tried the whipped cream fresh fruit tart which my toddler loved. The crust is a buttery shortbread topped with whipped cream, strawberry, mandarin orange and blueberry. They had 1 employee working and they helped box up my desserts and ring me up. The bakery is located within H Mart. It is against the left side wall as soon as you walk into the front entrance. It was quiet and not too busy both times I went which made it a quick and easy process to grab what I wanted and get out.

Just as others who made a review, I needed a last minute cake. I got the smaller fruit cake and it was $34. SOOO WORTH IT. I'm not even a fruit person, this cake was for my husband but I loooooved the cake. I was surprised to eat all the fruits. The texture and taste was just amazing. The icing is the whipped kind and personally my favorite because it is light. I'm looking forward to trying the other flavored cake because this one was delicious.

I've always wanted to order a cake from this bakery. And I finally did to celebrate me and my boyfriend's 4 year anniversary! We ordered an 8 inch fruit cake with only strawberries, and it was $40. It was definitely worth the money and it's exactly what I wanted! The cake was very special and we loved it! I recommend this bakery for anyone looking for a good fresh fruit cake with light, fluffy whip cream frosting (I personally don't like heavy cream cheese frosting or buttercream frosting). Sooo yummy!

All Burnt..How am I supposed to eat this?

I can't believe that all the bottom side of breads are burnt...... it was impossible to recognize this defect when you look at it in a container....This is so rude and dishonest...... never gonna buy a single thing from here again.

Love this little bakery located inside of the South Tacoma Hmart. The cream cheese rolls and cinnamon sugar twist donuts are my favorites. My wife really likes their red or white bean bread pastry. The lady working the counter is always nice. Will try out one of their cakes the next time a birthday comes up. Prices are a little cheaper than some of the other Korean bakeries in the area.

Fast service. Picked out a cake for my friends birthday. With the cake we got candles and a plastic knife. My friend loved the cake. It's less sweet than one of the bakeries down the road which I liked. I'll have to try their other pastries soon.

When we entered on a Thursday afternoon, we were welcomed by two different female employees. We looked around and they still had a good amount of stock left for their baked goods, hot foods, and other snacks. Inside is definitely dim and very quiet, no music or TV playing to give it any ambiance. The staff seem friendly but also didn't really offer the most welcoming or warm presence that you would typically find in a Filipino establishment. The prices here seem fair and affordable, which was great as we were looking for a snack to hold us over until we had lunch. We ordered a pork siopao, chicken siopao, and an order of their pork shumai. Unfortunately, I don't think the cashier heard my boyfriend as we only got the pork siopao but he was to tired to correct her. She did try to sell us on turon a few times but my boyfriend isn't a fan of turon (I don't know why this is but he is Filipino and just tells me that he isn't a fan of a lot of Filipino desserts). We got in the car to eat our food. Our dogs were with us and were enticed by the smell as well, so that's a good sign as we complimented the smell too. I wish the food was kept just a bit hotter, but that's my minor gripe as I just don't like lukewarm foods. Now I will admit that the shumai is decent, but the sauce that comes with it is the star of the show. It has some spice while having this tangy umami kick that brought out the flavors of not only the shumai but also the siopao. My boyfriend and I were really impressed and tempted to go order more but we will definitely be back to get more of the hot foods and try some of the baked goods.

Loved the $1 day old pastries. Good deal. The pork bao was decent and the ube pastel (purple bread)…read morewas my favorite of the three baked goods I bought. It's hard to find a Filipino bakery South of Seattle, so props!

I know they do not have regular open hours for just walk in purchase, but rather, they're custom order type business, but I have yet to place any custom orders so I cannot speak to that experience. What made me write this review is how accurate the owner (Brianne) described cake and desserts in the description and the baked goods taste matched 200% of the description. The pistachio cake was out of the world, so was the whoopie pie!!! I got to meet Brianne in person and she was very friendly, and was kind to explain everything about each of her baked goods she had out that day. I've tried their baked goods from pop tarts to cookies to housemade Twinkie and the creation and taste are unmatched. Single serve baked goods were more on pricier side, but well worth every bite. I would definitely order custom baked goods from here, knowing the quality and taste of products from this shop!!! Currently, you can find Spilled Butter baked goods at Cosmonaut coffee, Outer Dark Coffee, and at Tacoma Farmers Market (also known as Tacoma Broadway Farmers Market) from time to time. Enjoy!!!

Psalm 23:5" which added to our excitement since were Christians. That set us up for a lot of disappointment because we got super rude service. We stood in line for a while and as we got to the counter, the manager said, "Who's next?" and before we could say something, someone else started ordering who had not been waiting in line. Dorothy, we were standing there the whole time, but I think it might be a race thing because the people she served were German and we're brown people. So my sister says something to the young lady at the counter and she starts slinging out attitude. "So what do you want me to do about it?" How about not be rude when you guys had the failure on your end? Then she seated us, throwing our table number on the table. The nerve! This is the opposite of making things right. Another waitress (who was not white) came up to us and apologized. She was sweet and I'm guessing she sees that type of treatment a lot at this place. We're not the types who sees race in everything, but when I talked to my sister later she mentioned how Dorothy let the Germans cut, which confirmed what I was feeling too. I hate that in 2026 you can still see that type of behavior because it's jarring when it happens. By the way, the streusel cake and coffee and they were okay. I think Entenmanns which you can get at the grocery store is better. We were going to order salami sandwiches and some other pastries, but after that waitress treated us poorly, we were afraid what that waitress might do to our food in the kitchen. I saw in another review that someone else complained about how rude she was. My guess? She must be related to the owner because they clearly don't care how she treats the customers.
