Update: Okay so, it's been over 6 years since I made my first review here. In those 6 years, I have been looking for Lady Yum since. Today, in 2025, I finally found them again. I have been dreaming about these macarons for 6 years and they're STILL HERE and I'm ecstatic to say they are AMAZING. These are the best macarons I've ever had. With how everchanging Seattle/SeaTac is, I'm so glad these macarons are a constant, even if I missed them for years. Also when we bought the 10 pack, the lady serving us gave us two macarons on the house!! The vanilla bean + unicorn ones were delicious as well!! My favorites this time were blackberry truffle, unicorn, and our old friend raspberry Chardonnay

I am in love with Lady Yum! I first tried them a few days prior to coming to this airport location and fell in love with their scrumptious macarons. After a bite of the Salted Caramel macaron, I needed more! Located in the Central Terminal of SeaTac Airport (SEA) near Gate A1, it's centrally located, but it was a treck to get back to the D gates. So worth it though! There was a short line but it gave me time to decide what other flavors I needed. I decided to get a 10 pack which wasn't enough so I added a few more for the trip home. They have 16 signature flavors that are always available and rotating monthly flavors. So many colors, I'm like a kid in a candy store! The textures of the maracon cookie is so perfect, Crispy on the outside, chewy in the middle, then the filling is perfection. Delicious! Salted Caramel - Perfection, love these nibbles of perfect texture chewy cookies and salted caramel inside, super yum Strawberry - Really great flavor, not artificial, not too sweet, it was great! Honey Lavender - love the lavender color and flavor, it's really great Oatmeal Cookie - tastes like snickerdoodle! Great flavor & not too sweet. Lemon - Tart flavor really came out great! Yum Circus Animal - the color was perfect to the pink frosted animal cracker. This was ok. Raspberry Chardonnay - it was raspberry but a bit too sweet Passionfruit* - April monthly flavor, this was good Toffee - good flavor I will definitely make everyone that visits Seattle to bring me back these macarons! :D Definitely recommended!

This is my friend's favorite place to get macaroons ever. We were passing through the airport and she made us run across the terminal just to get some! They were flavorful and fresh. So many different flavors

The macarons are to die for! Each has a unique flavor and filling. The buttercream is the perfect consistency. The curd was deliciously tart and the salted caramel blew me away! The girl behind the counter was so nice and we talked pastries the whole time. She even gave me some broken macs that she couldn't sell because she could tell that I was really excited about all the flavors. 10/10 service and food!

I have to stop here every time I fly into SeaTac airport. They have the best tasting macaroons I've ever had and not too bad on the prices. Variety of flavors as well. They do offer seasonal type flavors so make sure to ask what they what flavors those are. Unfortunately, they are only located near Seattle. And I live in California which is pretty sad but I think they do have a website where you can get them ordered. We need to double check on that. The lady that always helps me out is super nice and very pleasant to talk to. I go back next month, so I'm definitely going to get a few flavors to take home.

I was looking for a quick birthday treat for my son while passing through Concourse A at the SeaTac airport, and Lady Yum caught my eye. It's a cute macaron shop that's perfect for something fun and a little fancy on the go. Originally, I just wanted a few macarons, but they only had packaging options that wouldn't survive my carry-on bag. So I went with the 6-piece box.. You can choose your own flavors, and the standout for me was the animal cracker macaron. When I got home with the gift, my son kept saying, "This smells so familiar!". The pink color and sprinkles brings back those classic frosted animal crackers.

My mom wanted to grab some macarons before we boarded the flight and wanted to split it with me since we were separating so she kindly asked the worker if she could put into two different containers and first off the lady looked at my mom liked she couldn't understand at first and then told my mom she couldn't. The macarons were good but service needs work.

I saw Lady Yum a few times during my trip in Seattle and was curious but never stopped in. Well, I took it as a sign as I was in the airport waiting for my flight home to LA when I saw the Lady Yum stand. So, I did what any foodie would do... I bought a dozen to try. My kids picked most of the flavors but the ones I did try I really did enjoy and loved. My kids said it was "SOOOO good". Lady Yum got the flavors spot on. Each macarons was decorated to perfection. The shell was nice and crisp. Loved the unique flavors they had. Honestly there is no complaints. If you see a Lady Yum near you, definitely get your hands on some. 2 thumbs up from this Yelper. Tips: *Credit card accepted. *Get a dozen you'll thank me later. *Located in the airport.

10 pack of macarons

These were literally the best macarons I have ever had! I think I am ruined for others. The filling was so light and tasty. The lemon and the raspberry were my favorites, with the jam in the middle but everything I had was delicious. I would walk across the airport to seek these out if I am there again!

Ok, I have a sweet tooth problem! You see where I am going with that. Airport+ some time to kill+ that gorgeous display of macarons. Guess what, I decided to take the plunge. Walked up, greeted by a sweet lady behind the counter. I convince myself that I need to get a box of 10 macarons. I try to scan the flavors in front of me (there had to be 30+ flavors of those pretty colored treats) and pick out 8 different flavors quickly. Ofcourse, I wanted to try them all. The nice lady helped me pick 2 more flavors and slipped me a free sample of 2 macarons. And I happily walked to my gate with a little zing in my step holding on to my little box of the prettiest macarons.

The best macaroons in America!!!!!!! We always stop by this stall in the airport as we are arriving and leaving Seattle! Always making sure to get enough sweetness to last for the next few days. YUM YUM!!!! The macaroons are always so fresh and soft and filled with best, sweetest, most flavorful goodness you could even imagine. It seems like she is always changing up her flavors and keeping us trying new flavors each visit. Our favorite this last stop was the Pomegranate mango!!!! So delicious. And our go to flavor is the Unicorn. It is cotton candy/cake? sugar goodness. You can also order these online for delivery but I have never tried that. Fly up to Seattle to get these! It's worth the 2 hour flight.

I stopped by over the weekend and tried the almond croissant and an iced vanilla latte. I was honestly surprised by how reasonably priced everything was, especially considering it's in such a tourist-heavy area. For comparison, the coffee shop upstairs (storyville) had lattes for around $8.50, while here we got two coffees AND two pastries for about $24 total. For the quality, I thought that was a really good value. I order vanilla lattes everywhere I go, and this one was fantastic. The space itself is also pretty large -- we were able to find seating easily even on a sunny Sunday afternoon in Seattle. It was very crowded, but still found a spot and the long line went by quickly. I'd definitely recommend stopping by if you're visiting Seattle!

When asking for the most popular item, the friendly employee said the almondine (almond croissant) would be the must-try. I have to say- it was a great croissant, but not the best I've ever had. However, I did think the pricing was very reasonable here. There is a small selection of indoor seating, and of course, they have a full coffee menu to enjoy, too. The vibe felt somewhat formal and not the cozy local bakery vibe I enjoyed at other spots in Seattle. The hardest part about visiting Pike Place is that there is so much to choose from and so much competition. Are there better bakeries? Probably. Is Le Panier great and easily accessible on the main strip of Pike Place? Yes. That fact makes it a great choice for your pastry needs.

I've had their stellar and inventive-flavored macarons, but their cakes are no slouches either. The rose pistachio coffee cake was delectable. I make this place a destination because if I am lucky I can get one of those bay-window tables for a vegetarian quiche or Spanish tortilla washed down by coffee. I noticed the use of fresh herbs and the sense of a good ingredients and home-touch hand with their plates, as opposed to the commonplace, harried, sloppy kitchen production. Their drip coffee was too acidic for my taste (I prefer nutty balanced, chocolatey flavor). Next time I would get a latte. A higgledy-piggledy antique-style bathroom in the back is another sign of a time-hewn, characterful place. The brickwork in their narrow back patio is inviting but on a recent Sunday morning had been snagged for a private party. Finally a note to the artful wall tributes to heroic workers martyrs from U.S. history. The cafe elevates the spirit of care for the working person, which is noteworthy. Counter to the loudest mouthpieces of the modern era that would erase these assassinated/ crushed heroes that fought for the wellbeing and life of working people, you know that it is these heroes' spirit of courage that continues to outshine the capitalist drivel and machine mind of the majority.

I was pleasantly surprised (and amused) to find their macarons with custom printing at the "REVIVE I-5" booth at the University Street Fair. I was amused enough to write a separate review for them. The quality of the artwork and print colors are fantastic and vibrant with the rainbow colors. Please see photo. If I was interested in custom macarons, I would most definitely order some from Macadons. The flavor in this case is a simple vanilla, which has its charms, though I typically buy other flavors. The shell doesn't have the characteristic slight crispy, which is understandable since these are not fresh from the store. The inside is a very creamy filling that squished out on the sides as I bite down. Everyone has their own texture preferences. I personally like it less creamy. I normally buy their ice cream macarons, but these are still very good. The individual boxes make them great for small gifts.

I had a friend gathering to go to the same night, and wanted to bring some desserts so this place came to mind. For it being very wet and rainy, this place feels like a nice relief from all that with the bright lighting and the cafe-like feel of the place. There's a grassy wall near the back for photo ops, and there are some tables, window seating and front couch seating. They don't only sell macarons here; there's also coffee, tea, and macaron ice cream sandwiches. I got a baker's dozen, which comes with 12 randomly assorted regular-sized macarons in a small container. This particular one came with three limited flavors: red velvet, cran-orange and a pear-like flavor. They were marked separately on a card provided with the box that shows all their regular offerings of macaron flavors. This came to $36 compared to $40 for the same number of macarons if you wanted to choose specifically which flavors you wanted instead. I also got myself a Thai tea macaron ice cream sandwich; each one is prepackaged and $8. Both people working at the counter were extremely helpful in helping me decide what to get, and explaining the differences between both sets. Flavor wise, I was not disappointed: - My Thai tea macaron ice cream sandwich hit the spot! The macarons did not come apart too easily and I could still maintain the shape of the sandwich throughout. Ice cream consistency is great, and the Thai tea flavor is not too strong. The whole thing is not too sweet by itself either, and this goes for all of their macarons in general. From other visits to their stand during conventions, I recommend their Cap'n Crunch berry, lemon, peach and durian flavors for ice cream sandwiches. - One of my friends and I loved the Vietnamese coffee flavored macaron. Taste is strong like phin-brewed coffee and it didn't have much sweet of a taste, something that would not have done well for this flavor. - The cran-orange and blueberry flavors were our other favorites; both had tastes that reminded me a lot of their respective flavors. - The box also had dark chocolate, vanilla, ube, Thai tea, pistachio and salted caramel flavors. All were decent and tasty. What I like about this place is that the taste for all of their macarons is exactly as advertised and never bogged down by the flavor that macaron shells are usually full of. I can't eat too many of these at once since they can be too sweet over time, so I would save these for a group setting where you can share these. By themselves, they are a great way to get your sweet tooth the love it needs!
