I went in to try her new cheese and strawberry danishes and omggggg they were mouthwatering deliciousness that I'm sure I world gobble 50 of them in one sitting. I've ordered the strawberry flan (my fave), choco flan, peach and strawberry jellos, the Rosca, cookies, cake, and her new cheeses. She told me she'd have my cake ready by Saturday morning and when I asked her when I could pick it up told me I had to wait until Saturday afternoon. I love supporting small businesses but as a single mom, I do not support fraud. This lady had me pay the upfront cost, said she could even if she had plenty of orders, then said she couldn't in time. I said please cancel as you can't deliver on your products, I shouldn't have to pay. The response was that everything was nonrefundable "as stated in the receipt" yet when I went to look for the receipt, there was no email of it and no text message. So not only did she take my money on false pretenses, she also made up some bs. Whether you bake a cake great or not, bad service is bad serivice. Also, everything was my fault in her head. We had the BEST experience!! We went in wanting a cake done for my son's 3rd party and lulu was so welcoming, attentive and just overall the sweetest woman ever. She sat there with us for over half an hour talking about every single detail of the cake to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. She gave us suggestions and let us know every technique she was going to use and how to care for it properly for the party. She was really busy the day of my son's party but told us she could do it and not to worry and she was done hours before the original set time!
