After coming to our home to survey our yard, Fili provided us with a quote that outlined everything that needed to be done along with a breakdown of the costs. The quote also specified payments and when they would be due. If you're like me and like everything in writing, then you will appreciate Fili's level of professionalism in that aspect. The crew made significant progress on the project each day, and they finished in the exact amount of time that Fili estimated they would--and that's with an add on that we asked for after the start date. They removed and replaced over 100ft of wooden fencing, built a retaining wall, added electrical outlets, and layed cement all in just a week! Every day that they're on site, they do what they need to do, and they always clean up before they leave. Our list of corrections is incredibly long and there's no need to air out all of the dirty laundry at this point, but it's important to point out that it's been far from a good experience in having them handle a very expensive project. What was promised as a 2-3 month job took over a year to complete, primarily due to delays with the coping color and other "complications." Communication about timelines was inconsistent, and the prolonged process left our yard unusable for most of the year. To make matters worse, 15 plants died after planting, including a palm tree, which was especially frustrating given the investment. The concrete work is also poorly done. We have white powder residue, chips, cracks, and noticeable water pooling because the concrete wasn't leveled properly. When we brought this up, we were told the concrete issues were the fault of "Holiday Rock" in Adelanto, not something we should have to deal with as the customer. We also had an issue with the price changing after our agreement because they "forgot to include certain costs." Thankfully, we were able to resolve that, but it added to the overall frustration. Juan Sr. is a nice person, and the team clearly knows landscaping, but that doesn't make up for the poor results and lack of follow-through. They've come out multiple times after completion but still haven't fixed the concrete issues or addressed the dead plants adequately. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but when you spend this much time and money, you expect the job to be done right. Unfortunately, in our case, it wasn't.

Paid in full/Cash...... 120 days after I received a Lien...(robertson concrete) Tommy lied said it was paid....

It left a large gap in my neighbors yard so his dogs could get out. I had to have him put in two columns to cover the gap and make it look good on my neighbor's side. He said he would pay for one of them and I would have to pay for the other. I found out later that he charged my neighbor for the other one. He widened my driveway, said he capped off the sprinkler line, but he didn't. So I have a huge black spot on my driveway. It looks awful. I would not hire him again.
