Very very dirty place. They will have u together with about 4 people at a time , Jojo will tell u to show up for an appt at a certain time. But she will also give an appt to other people , so it's basically first come first served. YOU will Not be Greeted in the entrance. Instead she will tell u with an attitude to sign ur name, and sit down. U will wait the amount of time that it takes her to finish with her first appointment. Yes it's true that she's has a very very ugly temper. She will make u feel like she is doing u a favor. Waited 20 min. In that nasty dirty place. Definitely not ever coming bac I can't comment any more on what u wrote. Yes I have been ur client for almost a year. Yes it's true also u have book me lots of time. But it's also true that I'm very appreciated of ur work and time , and I make sure to tip good. With at the very least 20$ on tip. I inquired about training information she was very short when replying with more information about her training. She didnt give me the information I was looking for. When I told her that I was really pushing for more information she called me, very rude, she tells me that I can go on her page and review the general info I was looking for. Her customer service is bad Her site does not specify training dates and times It does not specify what she is training her students on. I'm about to invest in a training that I will take with me for a long time I want to make sure I'm dropping my money somewhere that I know I will receive the best training. I hope this lady reads this review and takes this and uses this as a form to better her self. I gave her 1 star because attitude goes a long way when having your own business and when trying to sell your product you should be open to answer and provide whatever information that is needed to convince your customer. First of all, when I initially stepped in I wasn't greeted kindly. The technician I was scheduled with asked me to wait 5 minutes for her. No hello, just a "give me 5 minutes". She ended up gossiping with her co worker for almost 20 minutes before taking me. She kept talking to another client the whole time while working with me and I felt she didn't take her time. We finished under an hour and I couldn't open my eyes at first because she placed one too far in and it kept poking my eye. after she fixed it my eyes were still burning. I thought it was normal since it was my first lash experience. Paid my $140 and left. One eye had more than the other. Noticeably. They looked pretty, but at what cost. My eyes didn't stop burning. I could see some glued to my upper lash line and it kept poking my eye. It was super uncomfortable. 2 weeks after being miserable I got them taken off today by a new technician. She said they put way too much glue and super close to my eye so they couldn't use the remover because it could burn. After cutting the fake lashes she said they had also glued various of my real lashes together. It was painful removing them. I know they're trying to make a business, but my advice to whoever reads this is just do your research. Ask people where they get theirs done. I paid too much money for something that should've been A1. I wasn't going to post a review or anything but I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I did. read more

It's always one thing or another with Jojo my experience was not pleasant at all first time she was nice to me then I go in a second time for a fill and she double booked which I understood and I let a different lady do my lashes went back in a 3rd time and she proceeded to tell me she wouldn't be the one doing my lashes it was in fact a 3rd lady doing my lashes now I had already gave her my deposit so I went ahead and proceeded to get my lashes done then I go back in the 4th time and she had me waiting for more and an hour so I just decided to leave and take my business somewhere else I didn't like the fact that no one greeted me like ever, all they do is gossip and talk about their sexual life I front of their customers I would not recommend this place at all. read more

My go to lash bar! Hands down. I've gone and tried other places and never as satisfied. It's like Jojo reads my mine on what I want. She is an awesome person, she's always trying to help, motivate, and share her knowledge with no questions ask. I actually took a lash course back in Feb 2018 and has always been pushing me to keep trying and not give it. I have nothing but good things to say about her. I have a tendency to wait last minute to book my 2 week appointments and no matter what she makes time even with her busy schedule. I recently took a 1:1 Master Lash Course with Jojo and I absolutely loved it .Ladies lashing is not as easy as many of us seem to think you def won't learn everything in 1-2 days.Jojo took her time to make sure I understood and took my time learning each technique from fanning to removing ect. I booked the early morning class with Jojo ,but due to my conflicting schedule she would allow me to come in the evenings .I thought that was very nice and kind of her behalf. During the evening I met a few of the ladies that work in the shop.They are a blast.Even though I personally didn't know them they made me very feel comfortable & welcomed at all times , it was nothing but good vibes.I enjoyed it felt like my girl time.The shop is very clean and sanitary.The lash kit Jojo provided me is definitely worth it she literally packed and stocked the kit up with everything I will need including all her tweezers. She is a doll she even gave me a set of her new Valentine's Day collection ombré tweezers they are a must have amazing grip and super cute. Jojo is honestly very humble loved her attitude about life goals. She def helped me gain confidents in my work & overall myself. Definitely motivated and inspired me to continue doing the most I'm the beauty industry all while continuing to stay humble and grateful. Ladies 100/10 this is must take course. Terrible, terrible place! Do not let the hype fool you. I took a lash course with them, it was money flushed down the drain. There were too many of us... When we first got there we all received kits & I noticed that my friend & I got different kits. All the other girls had pink huge boxes with butterflies on it & my friend and I received a small rusted box, it was dirty and it looked like it had been stored for over a decade. We asked the instructor why we got different boxes and she said she ran out, we then asked for a new box considering we payed so much money for the class, she was clearly upset. She went to the back of her beauty bar got 2 boxes and threw them at the table, I was in disbelief. The main lady needs to find a different career choice, she is always mad. The sisters were helping out during the class and one of them had her baby in there and kept talking about how her baby's dad wasn't shit...so ghetto..... we had no time to practice on anyone... no one practiced on us and I will never ever go there again..... oh and during the lecture part of class..... that girl sounded like she didn't know jack shit of what she was talking about and it was a waste of half the first day....... Have also sent many friends and family to her, because her business is that great! She's honestly the best mentor to have.
