I hesitated to return but I will admit, I was desperate after 2 months of no haircut. I was frustrated by the scheduling, I was scheduled at 11:05 and finally sat in a chair at 11:40ish. Rylie was the first stylist in years that I actually saw exclusively. I was looking for a new look a couple years ago and she completely transformed my appearance with her eye for hair, to the extent that numerous people at work began commenting on how good it looked (and I was going to The Gents Place before that, so it's not like I wasn't already spending good money on haircuts.) Her haircutting aside, Rylie always provides a good overall experience. From the moment you walk in when she offers a soda or beer, to her generally chill attitude and pleasant conversation, to the relaxing arm/neck massage and steamed towel on your face, and even the wax-dip for your hands, I always leave feeling relaxed and recharged.
