Upon move-in, we were told the upstairs & downstairs had separate AC units with 2 different thermostats controlling each. After bringing up the heating issues, the AC tech informed us that the thermostat downstairs does not control anything & the entire house is running on one unit. The doors were never correctly sealed, resulting in terrible temperature control on the first floor. After mentioning a gas leak to Annette, she agreed to address the issue immediately. She did not address the issue for 4 days. Upon move-out, Annette took over half of our deposit (1 month's rent) without any backup, rhyme, or reason. Aside from how poor her skills are as a property manager, I could not in good conscience recommend her as a real estate agent. She is very deceitful.
