The entire time, I was dealing directly with Terry, the manager at the dealership. Despite multiple calls and in-person visits, I kept getting the runaround with no real help or updates. When I finally pressed the issue, Terry gave me the number to their tag office and said, "I haven't been able to get ahold of them for 3 weeks," basically wishing me luck instead of helping. However, when I called the tag office the very first time, they answered right away and told me they speak with him daily--making it clear that what I was told was untrue. After calling them multiple times, I was eventually told they had simply forgotten about me. Only then was I finally able to get my tags.
