I wish I could give it no starts if that was possible. DO NOT GO HERE! While on vacation at the beach me and friend decided to go get our nails done (SNS) and I had previously had sns on before, assuming they knew how to take them off. Instead of soaking them, they decided to just cut off the sns including my real nail underneath. My nails take forever to grow and I was proud of how long they had gotten. They were now incredibly short, and the guy suggested I get tips! Are you joking me, get tips, they were very long before you had cut them off. Also my fiend had gotten a baby pink sns and they had only done 2 coats so they were see though. Just over all the worst experience I've had at a nail salon for them cutting it so short without asking and then also they looked horrible after. I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here. read more

This place was awesome. I had acrylic tips put on with pink and white acrylic. Angel did my nails and she took her time and they turned out perfect. She was very personable and I found it easy to carry a conversation with her. The salon was very clean and the atmosphere was relaxing and I am very pleased. read more

I made an appointment for two of us for 4:00 in the afternoon. When we arrived we weren't greeted and remained waiting for about 10 minutes. Then we were finally greeted and got seated in massage chairs, we waited there for another 20-25 minutes when we finally decided to leave. Our total wait time was just over 30 minutes after our appointment time. Go somewhere else if you don't want to spend your day getting your nails done, and clearly appointments mean nothing here. read more

I was there 2 weeks ago for SNS. Do Not let them do it. She does not know what she is doing. I went back twice due to peeling. Then I just gave up and decided to wait until I get home. She charged me $40.00. It is absolutely the worst I have ever had done. It is now chipping off. I have NEVER had SNS do this. I tried to explain but she obviously did not understand due to language barrier. I wish I knew how to post the picture of them. read more

Another amazing experience. My tech was so friendly and hilarious! Very gental with my pedicure but still got the job done. Best massage I've had at any salon. They are open on the fourth of July, and last year that saved me! They also have free wifi! read more

Customer service was good, staff was friendly. I'm not a fan of the brand they used for my shellac/gel polish. It's really thin, the cooler is very transparent, my nails could have used a third coat of color. read more

When someone finally started my pedicure it was not what I expected. The four or five stars this place got surprised me. Not only was the pedicure done in a half ass fashion, the lady doing my pedicure spent more time looking at everyone else than she did at the job at hand. Tools seemed less than capable of doing the job too. Clippers didn't clip, more like tore my nail. read more

Tony did my nails today ..had a great selection of gel colors...he was very gentle and kind...talked to me...nice conversation...paint and shape of nails is perfect...i moved here last month and tried another nail salon and wasnt happy so i was searching for a place to become a regular at....and that is just what I found this morning with Tony!!!! I had a wonderful experience at JT Nails! The salon is a busy place, but Phat took his time and did an excellent job with my acrylic fill and french manicure. My nails were a mess so he had to fix several of them. They were beautiful when he was finished! It is hard to select a nail salon when you are just a visitor in the area. Glad I tried JT Nails! Worst pedicure I have ever received. My tech was afraid to touch my feet or do anything even after I told her not to be afraid. I don't just come in to have a pedicure, I get one when I need one especially because of ingrown toenails and she did nothing about them. She did not even try to talk to me at all. There were no other customers when I arrived to when I left. This was so bad and I will not be back. A waste of money. read more
