We ordered three vanities to be delivered to our construction site which was not ready to install them yet. Luckily JW logistics called us one day earlier and rearranged the delivery to our rental house address as we requested. The communication through message was easy and fast. I hardly gave negative reviews, this company is beyond terrible. I ordered bathroom vanity from Home Depot , they use this company for delivery. I got the text message for delivery window from 8:00AM to 6 PM . And they said will call 30 minutes before delivery. I read all the reviews, afraid they will not call, then I waited by my door for the whole day. No show. Automatic reschedule three times, no show, not answering phone, email, text, Home Depot contact is also useless. Then they will automatically pushed the delivery time. My first scheduled delivery day is 2/11. On their schedule, they are going to deliver on 3/2, I am sure by that time , they will reschedule again. Yesterday, contact Home Depot canceled the order. If you buy big stuff from Home Depot cross your finger, don't get this company. If you can't handle the task, don't take on the job. I just don't understand this company. Good luck! Delivery guys were late almost 2 hours, dragged and damaged the new mattress while it was on a truck, damaged walls on 5-6 different places while taking the old mattress out. They were supposed to deliver an entertainment center. Delivery text came in on 4/23 saying delivery between 9am and 1pm on 4/25. Woke up on 4/25 and immediately set about disassembling my current TV stand/audio/video game consoles and removing the old stand. Received a text 20 minutes after completion and 10 minutes into the delivery window saying "your shipment didn't make the truck." Called and spoke to Matt, who was unhelpful aside from saying I'd receive an update on 4/27 but that delivery would be after that. How is this possible? Did the truck magically shrink in the two days between delivery confirmation and my delivery window? Now I'm stuck with no TV, during a pandemic, for at least the next 72 hours because of this company's incompetence. Unbelievable and unprofessional. read more

Very pleased with driver and helper, Richard and Taylor when they delivered my Homedepot patio set. I was sent an email the day before and day of as well as a phone call 30 minutes prior to delivery. Boxes removed from pallet and placed inside my garage. Both guys very friendly and courteous .Definitely recommend this company. read more

Our delivery drivers were professional, efficient, and enjoyable to work with. Obviously, this is their normal work ethic since they have delivered to our house before with the same effort. At least one of the deliveries required above and beyond exertion (HEAVY). They showed exceptional assessment for the best path to the final destination, and they performed with the same attitude/effectiveness as the previous, easier deliveries. Stellar experience with JW Logistics out of Livonia, MI. We bought a patio set from Home Depot, which was not supposed to arrive until August 18th. JW took possession of it, and delivered it the next day, one week early! Tracking was good and the crew called 30 minutes in advance to let us know they were delivering it. Great customer service!! I was supposed to receive two of my vanities from home Depot. They only dropped off one. When I asked the delivery driver (who was rude) said he didn't know where's the other package was. But after he left I checked my tracking and email and it said that he marked the package as delivered both packages he only delivered one so now the computer showing that both of them were delivered and they weren't. I'm not sure if keep my other vanity or what but I am very disappointed in this company. I even paid extra to get it delivered inside and he didn't even know anything about that. Something very strange going on with this company. Just like the other reviews, my wayfair delivery never made it to me. They canceled scheduled delivery after delivery and do not have a phone number that anyone will answer. The phone number listed is actually the same number that they text their cancelations from. I'm starting to think that it's some sort of scam. Based on my calls to Wayfair, they have no way of reaching JW Logistics local Michigan office either. Wayfair is then forced to refund orders because they can't get delivered. In the mean time, JW Logistics has a warehouse full of brand new furniture. Very odd system. I felt like I was in the 80s ordering from the big Sears Roebuck catalog where shipping took months and you didn't have any tracking on your order. It got to you when it got to you. No wonder wayfair can't turn a profit, they have aligned with terrible suppliers and delivery companies and don't have anyone who really cares. Unfortunately, like another review stated, if you live in Michigan, JW Logistics is the only delivery company Wayfair uses. So, I believe, based on that, they have just lost all customers in Michigan if JW Logistics is stealing customers purchases. I actually think JW Logistics is a guy name Bob who has a cargo van and works out of his 1 car garage. But, I guess I'll never know, because I'll never have a chance to meet Bob as he doesn't actually deliver the merchandise nor do I plan on giving Wayfair another chance. I think we should all call "help me hank" from channel 4. I'm just really curious now as to who JW Logistic really is. It very well could be Bob In his garage. Hank could find out I bet. Well, I hope some of you have better luck with Bob and get your deliveries. If you do, take a picture of him so the rest of us that never received our orders can see what he looks like. I bet you Bob has a sweet a*s sectional and swivel recliner in his garage along with my $900 wall mounted electric fireplace keeping him cozy on these winter days. We are so frustrated with this company. Ordered a large tool cabinet from Home Depot on April 20th. The tracking number provided does not work and has never worked. Then on May 4th, the estimated delivery date has been advanced one day every day. They have done this for 8 days straight. We have tried messaging, emailing and calling and can't reach a live person. We have no way of knowing when we will receive the item, or if the item is even in their possession. No phone calls. No texts. Nothing. Wayfair uses them for delivery of large items. Detroit location: Poor communication - they text you at odd hours of the evening with delivery day and time on very short notice. The first time they attempted to deliver my item the delivery guy cut the top of the furniture when using his knife to cut open the package. read more

My Home Depot delivery was a nightmare with this company. Was scheduled for June 4, 2020. As of June 11, 2020 no idea where the product is. After repeated attempts via daily phone calls, long hold times, repeated lies by staff members, (Amanda, Samantha, Jonathon, etc) the product is still not scheduled for delivery. No return phone calls as promised by all, no way to determine when it will be delivered. Remodel project is on hold and outside contractors have now cancelled their scheduled time and said to call when I have the product in place. Cancellation charges have added up and I'm now in a wait list for the contractor to come back. I'm off to a local company to buy a substitute product. read more

Well, just like everybody else who has left a review for JW Logistics, I also had an absolute nightmare of a time with them. They missed two scheduled delivery dates. Meaning they actually set the day and time and then never showed up with the furniture. When I called to find out what happened, they never answered. So then, they send me a third reschedule date and time, which was three weeks out! So now I have to wait an additional three weeks! Nope. Wayfair is going to lose a lot of sales sticking with these horribly run delivery services! JW Logistics is as bad or even worse as all of the reviews say. read more

Not a good experience at all. 9 kitchen cabinets and 1 260-lb vanity from Home Depot arrived two days early to our high mountain community. They delivered to a vacant house I was renovating. They did not call and did not deliver as required. They dropped all 10 boxes in the city right-of-way (!). I drove by the property at 7 pm only to see all of the boxes sitting there. I managed to move 9 boxes into the house using a small dolly, but could not move the vanity. Home Depot called JW and was told they delivered as required. I contacted JW and told them dumping on city property is not legal. I was then told that their drivers didn't know if the porch would hold all of the boxes. So it appears that's their excuse for being lazy. They would not send anyone back to move the vanity. Poor customer service and lack of solutions. read more

We ordered a lawn mower with a bagger and extra blades from Home Depot. They use this third company (JW Logistics) vendor to ship their larger items to peoples residences. I ordered our very expensive lawn mower on April 16th. The tracking status said it was due to arrive on April 21st. The date kept getting pushed off on their website and finally JW logistics showed something on their site. I got more hopeful thinking ok...we are getting somewhere. Fast forward to May 24th, I contacted Home Depot about my order and they had no idea where it was. They contacted JW Logistics for me but only received their voicemail. I too tried calling several times that day to both the Frisco location and St. Paul. They never answer and it goes straight to voicemail. I did check the next day, May 25th and miraculously the mower was going to be delivered that day. Seems to me they had just been sitting on it for 4 weeks straight with no intention of delivering it to me. The delivery window was from 8am-8pm. The delivery guy did call around 6:30 saying he would have it delivered by 7:30pm. Somehow he only dropped off the mower, not the bagger or blades...When I look on their website it plainly states with a photo that only the mower was dropped off and not the other pieces. I have emailed Ashley with customer service and left a voicemail (which they said they respond to within 24 hours) I left that voicemail on May 25th and still haven't heard back. I left all the pertinent information and still NO RESPONSE! Its a shame that HD uses this vendor to deliver their products as their customer service is horrible and non existent! I just want what I paid for and a little communication is all I am looking for! I don't even think they care what their reviews are in any way but I wanted to put this out there so I can get my items I ordered!! *Update - This review led to me getting my items from JW Logistics. Friday May 21st Sergio the driver for JW Logistics pulled up his truck behind our carport spaces. The Home Depot Cabinet installers just pulled into one of our parking spaces a minute before the Driver blocked them in. They asked if he could back up so they can back out their pick up truck, because they won't be long measuring for the cabinets and probably be finished before he is done unloading. He was reluctant, but did it. The man went into measure while his wife moved their pick up. Then Sergio pulled his truck forward again. Then went to the back of the truck, pulled pallet to his lift gate, lowered it down and pulled the pallet jack off the lift gate and rolled it to the carport. He pulled the shrink wrap off, loaded 2 cabinet boxes on a two wheel dolly and dropped it by the patio door. I walked up and said, we paid to have those delivered inside. Driver didn't look happy he had to move them inside. So as the HD cabinet install guy was measuring in the kitchen, the Driver dropped two large cabinet boxes inside sliding patio door between the hall and kitchen and went back to carport to get more. He blockEd the entrance to the living room, which is the only way to get out the front door. When he came back from carport with more cabinets I said, "so are you just going to leave all the cabinets here?" He just looked at me. I said, can you please move them over in the big open area off the kitchen so it's not blocking off the living room? Again, not too happy, but he moved them. He brought all 12 cabinets boxes in. I said, do you have an iPad or something for me to sign? He said, No. Then he left in a hurry. I went out the patio door walked to the carport. Sergio was in his truck starting to back up. I looked and he left shrink wrap all over the parking spaces and the huge wood pallet leaning against the wall. I said, Hey! You have to take your pallet, can't leave it here! He said through the truck window barely rolled down, I can't take it. What? You brought it off your truck, you can't leave it in our parking spaces! He said, I can't take it and backed up and left!! WTF!! Is all I can say. Doesn't even deserve a 1/2 of a star Rating. I know that jobs are plentiful and it's hard to get good help, but come on. I guess I paid for a pallet and shrink wrap also! read more

Guy shows up to my home having a personal conversation on Speaker phone. A conversation I definitely did not want to hear. Package came out the truck beat boxes look damaged. I asked courier to turn the box right side up he insisted the it was the right way already and did not turn it upward even though the instructions on the box said that it was upside down. And of course when I open my bathroom vanity it is upside down like I knew it would be. Would not suggest using this company at all! read more

Tried calling and, after quite a long wait, got the recording telling me they would call back within 24 hours. This too has gone on for several days and they have never called back.
