If you're using these guys it's because you ordered something and have no choice! As mentioned in other reviews, their tracking system is broken. Usually the tracking link just goes to their main page. They don't deliver quickly, so you will never know when to expect delivery I ordered a tool bench from Home Depot and they used these guys. I was patient, so the delivery time didn't bother me too much. I get a call at 2:08 from the driver on the delivery date because he says he couldn't locate my address. He said it's not on Google. I like Google, but I'm shocked a professional delivery company would use google. It's not really a professional resource as it can be incomplete. I called him back to give him instructions and he said he had already found and delivered it. So no issue there, other than the fear he was just going to bail on the delivery. Or potentially he just dropped it off at the wrong place. When I arrived home, it was sitting in my driveway on a pallet. This guy was too lazy to take the box off the pallet so he just left the giant pallet. So thanks for the errand? Now I have to find out how to dispose of a pallet? I wonder if his boss knows he's handing out free pallets? Either way, these guys stink and Home Depot should not use them just to save a few bucks. read more

JW Logistics delivered a desk to my home from Wayfair. They notified us the day before, of the delivery window, and texted and called the morning of the delivery to let us know their ETA. All social distancing measures were followed and team was great. read more

My order was scheduled to arrive "no later than January 19th", which was 3 weeks from the date I ordered from Home Depot on December 28th. On January 10th, I got an email from Home Depot saying that it was with JW Logistics. On January 20th, I called Home Depot trying to figure out when my product would arrive since it had missed the very generous 3 week window. After about an hour of hold music, they said they called JW and it would arrive on the next day (Jan 21st). I've spoken to Home Depot everyday since (today is Jan 24th) and it sounds like they never actually get hold of JW Logistics (half the agents tell me this. The other half say "it's on the way and we can't expedite"). I have no idea where my package is and Home Depot is now telling me deliveries are up to 6 weeks delayed because of Covid-19. Judging by other reviews, my informed guess now tells me the lot they have either damaged the product and it's sitting in a warehouse, or they're just being extremely slow and I should cancel my order, get a refund and it will magically show up in a few weeks. read more

The water heater I ordered from Home Depot on January 16 was received by JW Logistics on January 18. It is now January 25. For the last three days JW Logistic's estimated shipping date has been steadily pushed back from January 29 to 30, now 31. I am unable to cancel my order with Home Depot (gave me an expected delivery date January 24 when I purchased the item), I'm unable to reach a human at JW Logistics, and my credit card has been charged. read more

JW logistics delivery services of Detroit is Garbage, I have purchased a desk on Wayfair since April 15 2020 for my staying home comfort, JW lost the original shipment in their warehouse. I contacted Wayfair and got a replacement ordered . Even though I warned Wayfair to stay clear of JW logistics, Wayfair sent my replacement parts through JW logistics. Once again they lost my ordered desk . We are now going two months after I spent nearly $1K for a desk, I still have no desk to show for. The problem that I see is Wayfair. So basically half our shower is just gone and not in stock anywhere for us to pick up. Project timeline destroyed. This is the most unprofessional transportation outfit I have ever dealt with in my 30 years. The website claims to allow you to submit a tracking number to find the shipment but the button is not even coded to do anything. The chat feature has not been 'on-line' for weeks. There is no phone number to talk with a representative. They even hung up the phone on HomeDepot several times while attempting to track down an order that was scheduled for delivery on March 28th, then April 5th, then April 12th. Their misstep and failure to inform me of happening events cost me 2.5 week on the project, 5 hours of phone calls, and a headache. They had so nicely told me (via txt) one of my items was damaged, asked if I wanted them to hold my order and while they reorder a new and wait for it to come in. Sounds fabulous. I get a refund for that item the next day. UNTIL they cancel the rest of your Large order 6 days later at no notice because apparently "I asked them to cancel it". So I learned they can't in fact hold orders or reorder new items as they had offered. No phone call or check in with me, just a cancelation email. I called within 2 minutes of receiving email... items already sent back to warehouse. So know, they can't hold Home Depot orders even if they say they can, or reorder items for you. My delivery drivers were very helpful, but that is the extent of good experiences with this company. I purchased a very large vanity from Home Depot on November 26, 2021 - with expected delivery on December 15, 2021. Given the size of the vanity, I paid the incremental fee to have the vanity delivered to the room of my choice. On December 9, 2021 I received a text message from JW Logistics, indicating my vanity was going to now be delivered early - on December 10, 2021. Because of this, I had to have my other contractor remove my existing vanity sooner than previously planned. On December 10, at 8:30AM, I received another text from JW Logistics, now indicating they wouldn't be able to deliver on December 10. Instead, they would coordinate a delivery for early the following week. On December 14, they indicated that they had just received the package from Home Depot and that they had noted it was a whiteglove delivery to the room of my choice (...not sure how they were planning to deliver on December 10 if they didn't have the vanity/this information previously?). Because of me getting the whiteglove delivery they requested photos of the path to the room I wanted the vanity delivered. I responded with pictures of the stairs and hallways to get the vanity up to the room of my choice. Per Home Depot's website, delivery can be made up to the second floor, so this was within the service I paid for. After I sent the pictures, JW Logistics went radio silent. I followed up with them on the following days: 12/16 (via message), 12/17 (via phone call), 12/19 (via message and voicemail). On the 12/17 phone call, a woman answered and indicated that JW Logistics was not able to staff my delivery, as it required three individuals and they didn't currently have the third delivery driver. I was completely unsure what to do with this information... given that they are a delivery company and had accepted the job to deliver my vanity. Finally on December 21, I received a text indicating that my vanity would be delivered on December 22. When the delivery drivers called to inform me they were 30 minutes away, they said they could no bring the package up the stairs due to weight and that the job required three people to deliver, but their truck only had two people. Based on my prior phone calls, I was highly aware of this - but it seems JW had just decided to ignore this issue and leave it for the 2-person delivery team to figure out on their own. Given the delays, I simply agreed to instead have the vanity delivered in my garage and will now need to identify another third party to haul it up the stairs. The delivery drivers indicated that JW Logistics never made them aware that they were supposed to take this vanity up the stairs and that there was a three person delivery team running deliveries that day, so this delivery could have been routed to them. JW clearly does not communicate with their teams, resulting in delivery drivers being highly unprepared to deliver on the service paid for. Looking at the reviews on this site, it seems my service was directly on par with this company's typical experience. Just curious...has any ever received their package on time and in good condition from this company? I, like everyone else, am waiting for a package which I have not yet received. I called yesterday for the 3rd time and JW promised my delivery tomorrow but I am not hopeful. Their company is difficult to contact. They answer initially from Washington or some other state, but if you have a delivery in Detroit they are always busy and they have a random excuse as to why your item has not been delivered (package was lost, package not received, busy due to holiday, etc). This is literally my worst delivery experience ever. I do not want to order anymore large items from Wayfair if this is what I should expect. There needs to be compensation for this terrible experience. Every other item I have ordered has arrived except items that are delivered through this company. Sad. read more

I hate leaving reviews but this last month dealing with Home Depot and attempting to deal with JW Logistics has been a nightmare. I ordered a garage cabinet from Home Depot on Nov 26. JW logistics tracking says it was delivered Dec at 8:31 pm which I can clearly show it was not via security cameras. We have left multiple voicemails and emails for JW with zero reply's back since Dec 5. Finally through many conversations with Home Depot and going through resolutions team we disputed the charge but it was denied when Home Depot told them it was delivered. So now the resolutions team tells me there is nothing they can do for us and we are out 650 dollars. JW can't even be bothered to return calls or emails so we can find out what happened to our package. I would say they have terrible customer service but since I haven't spoken to anyone all I can say is it seems it's just non existent. read more

I was reached out by the delivery person the day before confirming delivery. i told them that I am out of town and can't accept the delivery until 3 days later. i told them that i will not accept the delivery and please work with me on the date. they ended up delivering the cabinets anyway and just left them outside, mind you that this is a condo, so they just left them out in the open. I don't appreciate them being out in the weather and open to theft. I had to call a friend to bring them in. not having the ability to work with clients is really poor. Looked at me like I was stupid when I said they were going to the wrong house? Thank goodness I saw them and confronted them. I would give 0 stars if that was a choice. Company has rescheduled delivery 3 times, does not answer their phones, as well as promise that they will deliver and then they don't show up. They have made every excuse, i.e. driver was sick, driver had technical difficulties with their phone, truck broke down....seriously...very unprofessional. They did a great job with delivering my vanity. They had great communication and took great care in the delivery.

They called the day if delivery saying they were thirty minutes away and it took them an hour to arrive (no traffic during COVID). They were cautious delivering my washer and dryer. The washer was installed correctly, but the dryer very poorly (see attached photo). They didn't use the fasteners, so obviously the tube came out. On October 22, we ordered two workbenches from Home Depot. They arranged for JW Logistics of Texas to deliver our shipment to our home in Roswell, NM. According to JW Logistics tracking information, they received our workbenches on their dock on November 1. WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR SHIPMENT. Our workbenches remain at JW Logistics. Every week, their tracking software keeps pushing back the delivery date. First, it was early November, then November 10, then Nov. 21, then Nov. 28. WHY is JW Logistics not delivering our workbenches that they received nearly a month ago?!! read more

Absolute crap. Took 4 days off work only to sit at home, on each occasion, waiting from 8am to 8pm for no show delivery. The firm has no common courtesy or decency to text, call, or email to advise that they can't make it. I purchased a Kitchen sink from HomeDepo for a time sensitive delivery (due to interdependencies with other projects). HomeDepo said they deliver it within 3 weeks which I assume was plenty of time. in third week, and I tried to reached them (email and phone) many many times. no response and no customer curtesy call backs. I ended up cancelling order from HomeDepo and bought my item from another vendor which arrived in 2 days. so HomeDepo lost business and I lost many times and had unnecessary pressures due to this fail to deliver. On 11/21/2019, JW logistics texted me to inform me that my Wayfair purchased items will now be delivered on Tuesday, 11/26/2019 between 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Everyone please, Keep in mind that I have made those purchases with the Thanksgiving festivities family gathering at my house. On Tuesday 11/26/2019, I took off work to receive my furniture and put them together for the Thanksgiving family get together at my house. At 9:30 AM Tuesday 11/26/2019 the day of delivery, I get another text from JW logistics that my purchases did not make it in their truck that someone from JW logistic will contact me within 48 hours to schedule another delivery date. At that point, I had it with JW logistics, I contacted Wayfair for my purchase Items. Wayfair representative puts me on hold and contact JW logistics. Wayfair representative gets back to me five minutes after talking with the JW logistics. Guess what everyone,JW logistics are now saying that they have no Idea where my purchased Items that they have previously stated that they have them are now. If I could give zero stars I would, but you can only go as low as 1 star. We were in the middle of a bathroom gut and remodel and weren't ready to install this yet when it arrived. Don & Ky'vone showed up on time and seemed friendly and when I saw two of them I was happy everything would make it in ok. But we had a vanity and a limestone counter top in two separate boxes and you would think they would each just take an end to carry it up, but no. My heart dropped as I saw the one guy stand there while the other one proceeded to flip the box end over end, up the stairs, with our beautiful brand new limestone countertop inside. I had to walk away because I was so dumb founded about what I was seeing. Why on earth would you ever flip a box marked fragile end over end to get it up the stairs when you have two people that could carry it!? It weighed less than 100 lbs. Needless to say when we opened the box the entire thing is cracked completely in half, right through the sink and counter top. They ruined a very expensive piece of furniture by being lazy! I hope Wayfair has a policy to help replace what you broke. Completely inconsiderate and unprofessional! read more

I ordered a Gazebo and it was to be delivered on April 19th 2022, then rescheduled to April 20th 2022 and then another e-mail stating it was rescheduled to April 22nd 2022. I looked at the tracking number, said it was delivered. This Gazebo is over 600lbs (2 very large boxes) and nothing was left in my driveway. I have called JW Logistics and sent messages, with no return. This company needs to work on communication and returning phone calls and or e-mails. read more

This is the second time we had to order a vanity from Home Depot, each with delivery issues, delaying our renovation by a month already. The first time, the vanity arrived without the actual vanity, just the basin arrived and it was cracked. The vanity was then supposed to be picked up - the driver went to the wrong address, didn't call me, just didn't show up. I spent hours on the phone (this is not an exaggeration), not being able to get through, trying to sort out the pick-up. Then the reordered vanity was supposed to arrive. I didn't get an update email, no delivery window, nothing, so I assumed it was going to take even longer this time. I checked the delivery status Saturday night (13th of March) - no update. Then, Sunday night I checked again - and it said delivered on the 11th of March!!! Again, no phone call, no delivery window, no text message, and it said SIGNATURE REQUIRED. Our renovation completion is now in serious jeopardy because my husband and I will leave the country in a week for a sabbatical. It was supposed to be finished before the renters move in. I can't believe how unreliable and what a pain this vanity delivery has been! I mean, how difficult can it be to just call someone, or follow the protocol and send an email? Foremost: where is our vanity? UPDATE: I never received a call from the lady who commented below. My husband though tried to reach the company twice. You wait on hold for several minutes, then hear "You are the next caller in line" and then it goes straight to voicemail! We had to open a case with Home Depot as JWL is unresponsive. And where is our vanity??? UPDATE: The last days, we've tried multiple times to call JWL. They only have a mailbox. No actual person ever picks up. Home Depot tried to call them, too, same thing. JW Logistics was supposed to deliver hardwood floor that I bought from Home Depot in February 2022. They delivered 2 small truck loads to my house which was ~60% of the total amount of boxes. After that the deliveries stopped. I tried to contact them but they do not pick up the phone and do not respond to my e-mails.
