This place is in the shopping center next to the Vestavia AMC on Highway 31. This place is beautiful and clean - just like the food. They prepare your meal fresh while you watch. I chose the Chicken Tinga bowl with cauliflower rice, and a Pomegranate Mint Lemonade. The nice guy talked me through all of the ingredients as he was fixing the bowl. The bowl was recyclable, and full of deliciousness. Chicken with a touch of heat, corona cheese, kale, celery, black beans, corn, cauliflower rice, avocado half, and a sweet-spicy dressing, all mixed together in a beautiful blend. I could not stop eating - it was THAT good. And if you are not a fan of pomegranate or mint, then you may not appreciate the Pomegranate Mint Lemonade like I did. So delicious and refreshing! (And yes, I took the last of this lemonade out of the container.) Appreciate the friendly service and the amazing food. Well worth the $22.00 paid for it!

I decided to go with the Southwestern Steak Salad (Cabbage & Cilantro Blend, Romaine, Seared Steak, Black Beans, Corn, Jalapeño Peppers, Pickled Red Onion, Tortilla Chips) but left out the peppers & onions for personal preference. You can customize however you like even substituting different toppings. The steak was cooked well done but not dry and seasoned well. I found the chipotle ranch to have a bit more heat than I expected and would probably choose a different dressing next time. The serving size was very filling even for someone like me with a big appetite. The staff was friendly & helpful and restaurant was clean with a good amount of seating. It seemed to have more people ordering to go than dining in but was nice enough if not pretty plain. Overall I will likely return and try some other options but I'm not in a big hurry to go back.

The servers were really nice and friendly. The butternut squash soup was really nice thick and creamy. I felt like the portions were just right and I did not feel like anything was too greasy. It is a great place to eat with your friend or significant other. I thought it was a very cool vibe and matched the name of the restaurant! Because this is located downtown, there is street parking, or there is a parking garage down the road where you can park.

Parking was a bit difficult on this day, but that's to be expected with the holiday shopping traffic. I love Brick & Tin. It's upscale Panera in the best way. Their brisket sandwich and soups are absolutely incredible. I always recommend this place if you're looking for a nice, fast-casual lunch. I got the farro half salad and added chicken. This was the perfect lunch. Great flavor, squash, some greens, farro to keep you full (I believe this is an ancient grain), I feel like I checked every box on being healthy for the day. The dressing is delicious and not overdone. They've got bar seating, two tables for larger groups, and then booth seating along the walls. It's a farm-to-table vibe in here, and the food certainly matches. I've never been disappointed by anything from here. I need to try out their downtown location next!

I couldn't decide what I wanted, so I asked Taylor, the employee behind the counter, to make her personal favorite bowl and surprise me. I assured her I liked all the ingredients, so she happily took over. When she got to the meats, she even offered me a sample of the spicy chicken first to make sure I liked it. I definitely did. She also paired the bowl with three separate sauces she thought would go well with it. And let me tell you... that bowl was AMAZING. The kind of meal where you take one bite and immediately know you'll be thinking about it again later. Honestly, I may have to go back and ask for Taylor's favorite bowl every single time because it was incredible. I didn't stay long, but the restaurant appeared clean, open, and welcoming as well.

I ordered the Chicken Shawarma Pita with a side of the Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips and a soda. The order was supposed to be for dine in but it was bagged up as to go. The pita tasted great but was extremely messy. Fortunately I still decided to eat at the restaurant because more napkins were required. I had every intention of saving the side of pita chips for later but decided to go ahead and try it. They were so good I couldn't help myself and ate them all. With the distance this location is from my office and none near the house, not sure when I will make the trek again. But if the opportunity presented itself would like to try again.

It was about 30 minutes away from my house so I was indecisive if if I wanted to drive that far for food. This place is located in like a mini mall there weren't many cars out in the parking lot and they really weren't that many people inside. But you could tell there's regulars there because when we walked in they were like we don't recognize them lol It is not table service you order at the cash register what we used to call it. They do not have Coke products. They only have Pepsi so I ended up just getting a water. My son got a sweet tea that he liked. He started off with a beer, cheese dip, and that came with pita bread and chips. The server threw some toast and that was really good too. I ordered a cup of the French onion soup and it was delicious. I also ordered the Quattro (Four) cheese flatbread. My son ended up getting the spark burger with mac & cheese. He was dazzled by the burger, but not so much the mac & cheese. I ordered a water. He ordered a sweet tea. I had to ask for a refill for him and I never got a refill for my water. They really weren't a lot of people there so it wouldn't be hard to refill drinks. There is a bar there with a bartender it might be better to sit there so you can get more attention It was definitely a 70s 80s theme in there. In the bathroom, they had a cassette box with real cassettes in there. I really did like the decor. And they do have several TVs in there to watch sports. I'm not sure if I'll be back or not
