Join the craze! We needed carpet cleaning and wanted less reside after the fact. We made two calls because we didn't get a response to our first call. Scheduled and an appointment in 2 days. Bradley came out and gave a 2nd estimate after visually seeing our needs. The floor needed some Tlc and he gave it in the larger visible areas but the wall areas paid the price. Still very dirty. They pride themselves on shorter dry time but I'm not sure of the comparison. The value was good because the carpet is refreshed for the most part but the details determine the rating for me!.... 24 hours later, the floors are still wet. So, I call the office and get informed that somehow we were misinformed. our technician informed us to not turn the heat on, 60 degrees in the house last night with my children and grand children. Today the person from the company said to turn the heat up to 74 and open all of the windows and turn o. The ceiling fans. Not the instructions given my technician Bradley yesterday. Longer story short, no one can come to the rescue until Monday. Follow up, yesterday a different technician came out and completed the cleaning again because of the number of crunchy surfaces. He gave me different follow up instructions than the other 2 I received. We had a tech come out who didn't do a good job at all and when I called they immediately scheduled me in again to have someone come out. I did request for it to be someone different and the second guy did an outstanding job- I believe his name was Soul? He was very thorough and took the time to focus on the areas that I had pointed out were missed. There were small surface area spots that should've been gone the first time but i'm glad he was able to get them cleaned. Our carpets aren't very dirty to begin with since we don't wear shoes in the house but we just like to get them done for extra dust cleanup and since our small dog had marked a few areas that we hadn't caught. Received a quote to clean my clothes dryer vent, $199.00. When the person arrived, the price was closer to $289.00. I cancelled that appointment while the person was in my house and had another appointment scheduled later today. I cancelled that. Apparently they were going to charge me $90/per visit in addition to their quote. Unacceptable. read more

We'd always been very happy with Zerorez, but the last time they cleaned our carpet, the work was completed so quickly that it was clear the dog messes were barely touched or addressed. This company quotes one price then raise it on site. I had to get my carpet cleaned for an exit inspection for a house I rented. Small. Less than 1,000 sq Ft and they told me $500 on site. From start to finish here is our experience we called and booked an appointment was given a quote over the phone /timeframe to when they come and do the service and they will give you a call 30 minutes prior to arrival, a text was supposed to be sent to confirm , now with that said we never received a text and the the tech called and said they would arrive in 10 minutes ?? Once inside he goes around and looks at all the rooms with the black light to see if there's a urine from any pets because that's gonna be an additional charge ! Why didn't they just ask these questions in the initial conversation do you have pets or did you have pets. I don't particularly care for the tech telling us all there's a lot of urine or how dirty things were, and when you have children, of course things are dirty. The floors aren't perfect,That's why you're here to clean the carpet and once they get the carpet wet that old urine smell was going to come out and you'd be able to smell some of it which we understood, however that should've all been said in the quote ! The whole process took about a little over an hour for about five rooms total and stairs everything look good. The floors are wet, so would probably need to crank up the heat or leave your windows open to get that dried out so it's gonna take quite a few hours and they let you know that at the end. It was the 2nd time I've had my 10 year old area rug cleaned by ZeroRez and like the last time, they did a fantastic job. I especially like how the rug doesn't come back with any cleaning solvent residue or chemical fragrance on the fibers. I walked on it barefoot and could feel the nice clean silk and wool fibers. While they are a bit pricier than other providers, I feel the cost is justified due to their eco friendly cleaning and great service. This is the second time we have used Zerorez for carpet cleaning, and I would say we've been quite pleased with the work. The technicians that came out both times were very professional and knowledgeable about their work. They were both very attentive and were looking for stains to work on. The carpet felt and looked clean afterwards. Price seems fair although I have to admit that I did not do too much price comparison, and they usually have some kind of promotions. After we used them for the first time, they sent reminders and special deals. We had six rooms cleaned for $210. We did get the protectant for four of the rooms for $35 each. Making an appointment via the phone was very easy. They gave me a three hour time bracket (for when the technician was supposed to show up) but he did show up at around the start of the three hours. He also called when he was about half an hour away. I did see some of the bad reviews and I honestly don't understand why. I personally would use them again. read more

The young man was wonderful and polite. He cleaned 2 recliner sofas, 1 standard sofa, 1 loveseat and stairwell. He was done in under an 1 1/2 hours which I felt was too quick and made a comment about it. We pointed out that our dog leans on one of the sofas so it was pretty dirty. I was really hoping the dirt would come out but after it dried it was still there. I even showed him when he said he was done that it didn't look clean. So my husband used woolite upholstery cleaner afterwards and was able to get a lot of the dirt out. The tech also did not extent the recliners and clean the foot part. I had Zerorez come for a carpet cleaning a few months ago. Yesterday I found a bump and crack in a glass panel of my armoire. A silk plant sits in front of it and obscured the damage, so I just didn't see it. Martha was very unsympathetic, stated that any number of things could have happened, including my house settling. "Does anyone ever go into that room?" There is an obvious star bruising from a bump where a piece of equipment hit it! I have no reason to lie to Zerorez! It is sad that they are unwilling to acknowledge that there is a high probability that this is an injury and allow a claim. No accountability, no customer service; freely willing to lose a repeat client. Beware! Inspect every inch of your home if you hire them as they care nothing about customer service! Addendum: So after reporting Zerorez to websites and the BBB, the company is furious with me. They offered $50 for inconvenience, I responded that I wanted half of the cost of the panel. I have used zerorez for years and have always been happy until this time they advertised $28 per room we have a small dog who had went on the carpet a couple of times they pointed out 3 times they upcharged me $175 for a solution and said it should deter him from doing his business on the carpet. The next day the dog went on the carpet. I called to complain and wanted a refund they called the next day and offered me $50. It was not serious as they charged me $100 per room way above there advertised price and no satisfactory resolution l will not use them again I would not recommend them to anyone read more
