It was an accident that we found them...saw their van on our way home from the vet's office...has been considering removing and replacing the slate floor throughout our house that had been down for 15 years, but knew it would be a horrendously messy and time consuming project. Rigos has now done just about my whole home all the floors countertops he's unbelievable. Have wanted to have my travertine floors done for years. Years of accumulated dirt had become embedded in the stone. Contacted Rigo's Stone. Rigo replied quickly and came out the next day to look the job over. Appreciated the fact that he followed safety protocols related to COVID. Rigo showed me some of the other work his team had done and the quoted price was very good so we scheduled a date to do this. He said it would take a full day with some follow up work the next morning. Rigo and the team showed up right on the agreed upon time and I left them to it. There was some furniture that needed moving and they did this as part of the job. I arrived back the next morning as they were finishing up. I was amazed at the transition of the floor. It was polished to such a high shine that I thought it was wet but it was just the great job they did. All cracks and holes were filled and blended in. Rigo' Stone accommodation of working earlier than schedule and coming to my house to give me an estimate was part on how professional the company is. On the first day that he started to get work done in my marble floors he notice that the floors were not getting shiny. He immediately stopped and advised that he need to use diamond pads in order to hone the marble. It took him an additional two days with a crew and f two to four in order to get the job done. It was well worth the wait because the final product was what I was expecting. He covered the walls and made sure nothing else will get wet as there was lots of preparation before actual doing the job. Rigo did a FANTASTIC job bringing back to life my marble master shower, second shower, 3 bathroom countertops and granite kitchen countertops! The master shower was the worst of everything. He did a deep clean and re-did the grout and caulking throughout the entire thing. I can tell that he is very passionate about his work and he is also very very fast! I couldn't be happier or more pleased with his work. I honestly wasn't even considering having my porcelain tile flooring and grout work cleaned up, but he absolutely convinced me! He did my second bathroom floor upstairs as a a demo of how it's supposed to look like when it's completely cleaned up, and now I'm completely sold on having him come back and do the rest of my flooring. I would recommend Rico stone floor restoration to anyone who needs work done on their flooring. I feel like he's the best in town I've had several quotes but a lot of them don't sound like they know what they're doing and Rico comes in and prove to you that he can make your floor look like brand new. Those photos of the natural stone (slate) are from my house. Bought a rental and did the renovations. Decided to keep the slate tiles but little did I know the former owner just painted polyurethane floor sealant after every tenant. Called 3 different companies 2 declined to do the job after seeing it, one started work and after one whole day refunded me the money and told me they will lose more money if they continue. But luck would have it Rigo left his business card on my door, so I called him and he gave me a comparable quote and started work with his father in law. In less than 3 days my slate beautiful natural patina is back for me to appreciate. He not only cleaned it he even applied protection that until know my floors like when he first worked on it.
