I needed the cups replaced and the zipper redone so she could bring the skirt up and make the waist smaller. I wish I could remember the sweet older lady's name who helped me but it's been a hot minute. Overall the ambiance of their little boutique was warm and welcoming, they did an amazing job with the alterations and I honestly couldn't tell work had been done on the dress aside from it magically fitting like a glove afterwards. I go back by 4:30PM, then wait for 20 minutes because she states they are still not ready. She literally iron my clothes in front of me. Then she says my winter jacket is not ready and says " you don't need winter jacket. Just come back later" What kind of response is this? First of all, no one takes this long to do dry cleaning. Second of all, she was rude to say stuff like "oh you don't need it now" I told her for the cloth that is not ready, just give me a refund. She says "it is ready, but not dried." She ended up giving $5 back unwillingly for $20 that I paid for my winter jacket. Sorry to say to but i will never come back here and do not recommend.

One thing, be specific how you want your clothes done, for example; "cleaned, starched and pressed ". They will make sure your order is correct.

My husband's brand new black button down shirt was also turned to acid wash and was not ironed well. I called in to tell them and they said they wash in cold and it's probably due to the dye from the manufacturer. I was not offered a refund or a coupon for future use. Nothing! I'm severely disappointed!
