The best part was the food and drinks though! We tried the margaritas, octopus, salmon, skirt steak, and esquites (jumbo corn) which were all delicious! The kids also loved the blue corn tortillas. They offer complimentary home made tortilla chips butter flakey with salsa and raw sea salt, amazing. We had the panko shrimp tacos generous portion, chicken flautas the three were large, and last brisket enchiladas that our guy could not finish but was delicious. Delicious flavors! We tried the tacos for lunch. I had the Chilean seabass tacos, which were delicious with pickled coleslaw, generous portions of fish for a taco. My mom ordered the duck tacos, which were also flavorful with dates, toasted almonds, and goat cheese. Located just outside the mall, we were happy we stopped here to watch the FIFA watch party on the patio and eat some delicious food. Right from the start, the service was amazing. We were nicely greeted and service was on point throughout the night. They had a large screen set up outside on the patio with sound as well as the game on in the dining area. The margaritas were all delicious and fairly large but one horchata had a slightly bitter taste. The server pleasantly swapped out the horchata for a new one and apologized for the mix up. The food itself was also great but the stand out was the blue fin tuna ceviche which was one of the best we have had. Absolutely get this if you go there. You will not be disappointed. The enchiladas had mixed reviews with the verde was a little dry. The suizas enchiladas were very tender and had a nice balance to it. The skirt steak had a great outside sear and was cooked perfectly to medium This is a great restaurant to check out if you're nearby and even better if you're there for a good watch party. I went with my mother , sister and a friend , we order 3 different cocktails and they were good a little soft but ok for à Thursday afternoon, my sister and our friend ordered the tortilla soup and the fajitas but they didn't like them , I had the Jacinta sopes with brisket and I think they were ok nothing special for the price , my mother had the quesadilla and she also didn't like it, we finished with the flan and churros , those desserts were delicious!!! Went here on Saturday night every table outside was taken and a few inside. The quality is very good the tortillas and chips are homemade. The service was decent definitely could be a little better. Ordered guacamole that was served right away but queso fundido took a lot longer and was very very oily from the cheese. I ordered cauliflower tacos. Would be nice if there were a few more things added to tacos. I like they have a lot of vegetarian and vegan options. The restaurant is very nice and a great location in the mall. Servers were super attentive & helpful. Food came out fresh & fast! They have a lot to offer, even though the menu isn't overwhelming. The desserts were ok - but fell a little flat compared to the appetizers & entrees. I would suggest using the calories & your money on sharing an extra entree instead of buying dessert here. We tried 3 different enchiladas - and they were phenomenal. The rojas being a standout favorite despite appearing the most basic on the menu. This place isn't afraid of flavor. Dishes like the mole or the gusanos de maguey pack a flavor different than other items on the menu that can expand your palate for Mexican food if you aren't super familiar. The chapulines (grasshopper) appetizer sounds super adventurous - but the taste is pretty standard. Good, but something that could be achieved with anything crispy & salty. The gusanos sound even more adventurous. But be wary of the market price. If you are a foodie, I suggest you pony up the cash bc the flavor was different. It won't change your life or stick with you - but it's good to have in your tastes rolodex. A great find for us - especially at a mall. Will be revisiting any time we're in Aventura. read more

We had a great experience at Jacinta De Mexico. The restaurant has a great outdoor seating section and nice vibe inside. Our server was attentive and offered great suggestions. I appreciate the vegetarian and vegan options they offer - and they are delicious! We started our meal with the sopes de jobita - perfect two people to share. For our entrees we ordered the cauliflower pistachio mole and cauliflower al pastor tacos. The "mole" was a green spicy sauce over a large cauliflower stake and the tacos - three tacos... You have to ask for everything that doesn't even introduce you to say they salsa and they don't give your chips. You have to ask for chips. Finally authentic Mexican in the area! We went last weekend after finding out they just opened and are from the Bakan ownership. We have been to Bakan in Wynwood many times and CoCo by Bakan. Absolutely incredible they opened up here and it didn't disappoint. Similar menu as Bakan but some items were different. We will be back this week and often. Great wine music, indoor outdoor bar and the patio was perfect! The best ceviche and meats. We will be trying everything on the menu as we visit and will bring our friends. read more

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, our waiter was there helping us in our selection. Great service!!
