So so good! I met my friend at Aventura mall for lunch and we decided to try Jacinta. The restaurant is located right near the parking garage across from the Cheesecake Factory. We walked up and were seated right away. The restaurant has a huge outdoor seating area as well as an ample indoor seating including tables and booths. It was very empty but it was also about 2:30pm, in between lunch and dinner. The waitstaff was extremely attentive offering water and drinks right away along with fresh chips and two types of salsa. The chips were hot and fresh, so crunchy and delicious. Salt was provided on the side. Both salsas were flavorful and the green one was a little spicy. I ordered a spicy mango margarita which knocked my socks off- nice spice and generous alcohol. On to the food...we ordered the guacamole and esquites for appetizers. The guacamole was delicious. Unfortunately we sent back the corn because it was bland and lacking flavor. The kitchen remade it for us and the second serving was more flavorful, although I would not order it again. Finally we shared the mole enchiladas. It was a portion of three which was perfect for sharing, especially after the appetizers and chips. The mole was mild with good flavor but did not have the kick I am used to. Despite this I really enjoyed it. We didn't have room for dessert and I forgot to take pictures because we were so hungry. I would definitely go back to Jacinta again next time I'm in the area. read more

Miami's Best-kept secret for Mexican food! The host and server were kind and attentive. It had a very relaxing vibe where you could have a conversation without hearing the party next to you. The best part was the food and drinks though! We tried the margaritas, octopus, salmon, skirt steak, and esquites (jumbo corn) which were all delicious! The kids also loved the blue corn tortillas. I personally would head on over here instead of the Cheesecake Factory across the street nine times out of ten. A real authentic experience! read more

The food!!! Wow. Beginning with the chips and their green and red salsas! On top of that, we had the guac and their queso. Delicious both. Their regular reposado margarita was delightful and main course was incredible. There were many, but the favorite was the churrasco steak. It was perfectly seasoned. Delicious fries, their fish, shrimp and brisket tacos were also very good. We didn't have dessert but we left with happy bellies. Definitely a great find! been seeing and passing this for weeks now and decide to try this quiet Miami Summer. Walking in it's was y on the eyes very modern casual. The margaritas were great not to sweet not too icey. They offer complimentary home made tortilla chips butter flakey with salsa and raw sea salt, amazing. We had the panko shrimp tacos generous portion, chicken flautas the three were large, and last brisket enchiladas that our guy could not finish but was delicious. This is hands down best Mexican restaurant in Miami. The outdoor and indoor vibe is stunning, Beautiful, and cozy. Delicious flavors! We tried the tacos for lunch. I had the Chilean seabass tacos, which were delicious with pickled coleslaw, generous portions of fish for a taco. My mom ordered the duck tacos, which were also flavorful with dates, toasted almonds, and goat cheese. Churros were decadently rich, with chocolate inside, coated with sugar and accompanied by ice cream and a coffee syrup. Lovely and spacious outdoor seating area, friendly service. I went with my mother , sister and a friend , we order 3 different cocktails and they were good a little soft but ok for à Thursday afternoon, my sister and our friend ordered the tortilla soup and the fajitas but they didn't like them , I had the Jacinta sopes with brisket and I think they were ok nothing special for the price , my mother had the quesadilla and she also didn't like it, we finished with the flan and churros , those desserts were delicious!!! Located just outside the mall, we were happy we stopped here to watch the FIFA watch party on the patio and eat some delicious food. Right from the start, the service was amazing. We were nicely greeted and service was on point throughout the night. They had a large screen set up outside on the patio with sound as well as the game on in the dining area. The margaritas were all delicious and fairly large but one horchata had a slightly bitter taste. The server pleasantly swapped out the horchata for a new one and apologized for the mix up. The food itself was also great but the stand out was the blue fin tuna ceviche which was one of the best we have had. Absolutely get this if you go there. You will not be disappointed. The enchiladas had mixed reviews with the verde was a little dry. The suizas enchiladas were very tender and had a nice balance to it. The skirt steak had a great outside sear and was cooked perfectly to medium This is a great restaurant to check out if you're nearby and even better if you're there for a good watch party. We tried 3 different enchiladas - and they were phenomenal. The rojas being a standout favorite despite appearing the most basic on the menu. This place isn't afraid of flavor. Dishes like the mole or the gusanos de maguey pack a flavor different than other items on the menu that can expand your palate for Mexican food if you aren't super familiar. The chapulines (grasshopper) appetizer sounds super adventurous - but the taste is pretty standard. Good, but something that could be achieved with anything crispy & salty. The gusanos sound even more adventurous. But be wary of the market price. If you are a foodie, I suggest you pony up the cash bc the flavor was different. Went here on Saturday night every table outside was taken and a few inside. The quality is very good the tortillas and chips are homemade. The service was decent definitely could be a little better. Ordered guacamole that was served right away but queso fundido took a lot longer and was very very oily from the cheese. I ordered cauliflower tacos. Would be nice if there were a few more things added to tacos. I like they have a lot of vegetarian and vegan options. The restaurant is very nice and a great location in the mall. We ate bugs, enchiladas, and yummy desserts! Everything was AMAZING!! Honestly, if you hadn't told me they were bugs/worms I wouldn't have known. They were crunchy and took on the flavor of the other ingredients. If you're looking for major flavor from the insects you won't get it (which is a nice transition into experimental cuisine). But the green enchiladas were a MAJOR hit!! The others were less favored but still yummy. And the churros were perfect!! Excellent service, beautiful setting/ambiance, and delicious food! Finally authentic Mexican in the area! We went last weekend after finding out they just opened and are from the Bakan ownership. We have been to Bakan in Wynwood many times and CoCo by Bakan. Absolutely incredible they opened up here and it didn't disappoint. Similar menu as Bakan but some items were different. We will be back this week and often. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, our waiter was there helping us in our selection. Great service!! It was the same story when we went to the mall and popped into a restaurant for a cocktail, service was slow, cocktail was not good and we left. Unsatisfied but trying to make a nice night we walked into Jacinta de Mexico for a final cocktail. Right from the second we sat down it was a breath of fresh air.
