we used them at the strong recommendation of crest hollow, but be aware. i was not made aware of the total final cost up front. We thought we agreed to a final price but there were additional charges once we had the contract for taxes and delivery. please, read the contract on your own - I felt rushed through it, and its very lengthy and confusing. Patty paraphrased everything for us, and that's fine. But We didn't even see the first page with the total costs,after we got home, we realized we were obligated to additional $600 i was not expecting. Had I known that BEFORE we signed, I would have changed our order to stay within budget. Also, the cancellation policy is NO cancellations, so just be aware. That being said, the flowers were AMAZING, perfect, everything showed up. They were just what we wanted and so beautiful. Breathtaking. They ask you to give a comment on the flowers on your wedding day. I would have no problem doing that ANY other time than that moment. I wish I could leave it at that, but... Our biggest complaint, the flowers were 45 minutes late. the place is down the road, and the arrival time was in the contract . Our photographer couldn't start pictures until the flowers arrived, and we only had 2 hours of daylight to deal with, so losing 1 hour of that time for the flowers ruined our photos. We didn't have nearly enough time to get our photos outside. Considering they are very intent on sticking to the contract, it was so disappointing. read more

During our first meeting with Jack and Rose, we were told there would be no additional charges for any change in flower. I thought this was strange that all flowers cost exactly the same, but figured they knew because they're the experts. I handed the sales woman working with us photos and descriptions of the flowers I wanted, which she basically pushed aside after briefly glancing at it. She asked me no follow up questions about any of my ideas, yet did mention votive candles and rose petals being included around the tables. It sounded really pretty but I wondered why she didnt ask me more specific questions about what I wanted in terms of flowers. At one point, she left the showroom and informed us that our arrangements would come to about 1k over our budget but that she could make an exception and give us a deal for our budget price. This struck me as odd considering that there was no written breakdown of charges for us to see. The appointment took an even more uncomfortable turn when the saleswoman suggested we pay our deposit of 1k right then and there. This was after only a very brief meeting and we had not seen any photos or sample arrangements of any kind at this point. We didnt even have a proposal in front of us to look over. We finally asked to see some photos before we decide and were handed a random photo album of arrangements that looked like they were taken in the 80s. The saleswoman made no comment about any of these and how these arrangements would fit into our wedding. We eventually decided to leave and check out other places. She definitely made her disapproval known and tried to convince us to give a deposit, which made me even more uncomfortable. We had to tell her about 3x that we needed think this over. I am also giving this florist an ok review. The flowers were fresh and my bouquet and centerpieces looked beautiful the day of but I had a number of issues working with them. First off we signed on doing a package deal with our venue Stonebridge Country Club. Stonebridge is amazing and I can't say enough good things about the service the provide. That being said I strongly feel that they should re-think Jack and Rose as one of their preferred vendors. At our first meeting they forced us into signing onto a contract with a number of additional unforeseen costs without picking any of the specific flowers. After doing some research I realized this is never the way any florist works usually the costs are determined by what kind of flowers you choose as the price of each flower or plant differs greatly depending on the time of year etc. Also the owner never greeted us or said hello he sat in his office and every time we tried to negotiate a price the sales associate would have to go to his office (which was in ear shot of us) and we could hear them discussing. It felt very awkward and as if they were making up the prices as they go. Also their showroom is very outdated and not kept up at all. It doesn't seem that he's putting the money back into his business appropriately. They also accept cash only and their hours are super inconvenient for normal working people. Every time I had to meet with them I had to take the day off or leave work early as I live and work in queens and Manhattan. There were a few things they convinced me to add on the invoice ahead of time (curtains at the ceremony which was an additional $1k) and said we could always remove it later if we decided we didn't want it. Then when we decided to change our minds in the next meeting and remove the curtains instead of them adjusting the quote they just said ok we'll spend that money elsewhere. Basically they locked us into a certain price and would not back down to anything. They make their contracts super confusing and hard to read so its very easy to miss things in their "fine print". I also had some ideas about using pampas grass or having fabric hanging from my bouquet and I was told I could not use the pampas grass outside (although you see it being used all over weddings now and especially outside). They also told me the fabric I provided would fray and they refused. Its like if I am the paying customer you should just do what makes me happy but I was pushed to conform to their ideas. I think they're style is very outdated and they are not up with the times and latest trends in floral design. Even their example booklets and the examples they have in their showroom are all from the 80's and 90's, honestly no one wants to see that its very alarming and probably turns many customers away. Than on the day of our ceremony flowers on the gazebo were beautifully installed but some of the flowers were the wrong color tone. My colors were dusty blue and grey and the flowers used at the ceremony were white, baby blue, turquoise and deep purple. The contract only said they'd do greens, whites and "a touch of blue" I assumed the touch of blue would match my other flowers chosen for my center pieces and my bouquet. This is not a reflection of Rik the installer he was very kind and tried to make me happy and said he only used the fill in flowers because the hydrangeas he was going to use were dying in the head. I just didn't have a chance to see the final product before I realized some of the flowers were the wrong color or else I probably would have told him to just leave them out. I did appreciate how early Rik was for the delivery and install which gave me one less thing to worry about the day of. I am usually not one to complain but the way they do business was not right. They seem very money hungry and shady about the pricing and their contracts. I would not recommend them. We notified them immediately upon arrival that the flowers were wilted and brown my husband complained to the delivery man and he acknowledged it as well. My husband also wrote it on the invoice.We called and messages them immediately and no one answered. At the venue the center pieces were not what was orders again we spoke to the employees that delivered them . When we tried to contact them after the event they would not answer our calls . They blocked our number. They only responded via text when they thought we were potential new clients. I sent pictures of the flowers, their employe Brenda was unprofessional, rude and condescending. She accused us of abusing the flowers. We called the minutes they arrived to tell them they were horrible and wrote it on the invoice. And showed proof of such. PLEASE do not use this service they will give you horrible flowers and not what you paid for. And then they will blame you and block you from calling them , they also do not return phone calls! If you are a Long Island bride I highly advise you to read many reviews & search Facebook reviews before ultimately deciding to use Jack&Rose. Unfortunately, we had put down a deposit prior to learning of their poor reputation and prior to the pandemic. We discovered this company through our Lessings Venue which promoted them as a preferred vendor. Since then they have been removed as a preferred vendor per our venue due to SO many complaints from couples. Initially they hounded us for our second deposit via calls, texts and emails in light of pandemic to which we did not provide as it was not required per our contract. Then unless they were reaching out to us for money communication was extremely difficult and frustrating. Due to the pandemic we had to forgo our large wedding and they could not have been less accommodating. They were not willing to make any changes or reductions to our contract because "they already paid the growers for the flowers" yet our design meeting had yet to happen. On the date of our design meeting to choose our flowers, they would not allow us to see a single design idea or flower until we fulfilled our entire balance in cash. We could hear them in the next room speaking badly about us and insisting that she get our payment. At the end of the day losing our deposit and florist 3 weeks before our wedding was more piece of mind than allowing them to be a part of our wedding day. Terrible Customer Service. Even before I enter the premises! I reached out to this florist via email to book an appointment. At 3:30pm I was asked to book the appointment via phone and to call before 4pm. Otherwise, I would need to call them on Tuesday at 11am when they open. By the time I read this email, it was already past 4pm. I was upset I had to wait til Tuesday to book an appointment when I was free this weekend. I responded and expressed how unreasonable it was that I cannot just give them a date and time when I will be coming in through email since we were already communicating successfully. From the moment I spoke to Jack and Patty at a bridal showcase held at the Watermill, I was hooked. The centerpieces they had on display helped to fulfill my Pinterest dreams! Not knowing much in the design department, I knew that I had wanted a winter-white theme for my wedding in January. After making an appointment with them, I went to their showroom in Woodbury and was greeted with a smile and an abundance of flowers. Being an indecisive/last-minute planner, I gave them ideas of what I wanted. They produced samples of my ideas, but then showed me how it could be improved (they are the professionals, so I trusted them!) After both Jack and Patty answered my calls/emails (because I was a nervous bride-to-be!), they put my mind at ease and created such a magical setting for our wedding. My now-husband and I were amazed at how beautiful our room looked. My bouquet, in addition to ALL of the bouquets for the bridesmaids, flower girls, corsages, and boutonnieres, were simply stunning. When I first went to Jack and Rose, I was impressed by how nice and caring their customer service was. Even though my wedding was a little more than a month away from the initial meeting, they reassured me that they would be able to handle the floral arrangements smoothly. However, I was left extremely disappointed. Patty gave us a rate of approximately $1,400 for 14 centerpieces and 8 corsages, which was perfectly reasonable, so we agreed to sign a contract. The process took longer than I expected as the contract was very long and we had to initial multiple times after reading every single little detail. It was only AFTER we signed the contract that Patty informed us of the delivery charge which was 25% of the total. I wish she could have been more transparent with us from the beginning! Patty promised things that she did not deliver on. First, she said that they would decorate the bride & groom's table with flower petals, which they did not. Secondly, she said that we would be able to choose the colors of the corsages, but only gave me a sample of the centerpiece. Thirdly, for the centerpieces, I asked for shorter vases. Patti agreed. So it was to my surprise, on the day of my wedding, that the delivery boy brought all tall vases. Patti, via phone, explained to the delivery boy that the shorter vases couldn't hold water. I don't understand why she couldn't have told me earlier instead of the day of my wedding! This situation could have been completely avoided had she just been honest with me from the beginning. But instead, I had to deal with this unnecessary nuisance on the day of my wedding when I was preoccupied with other matters as well. ] would definitely NOT recommend Jack and Rose. They made a lot of promises to us, to which they did not deliver. Just looking at their Yelp page, it seems that their services are inconsistent. I'm sure people have had great experiences with J&R, but save yourself the headache. What turned us off completely was the absolute snarky, wise-ass, condescending responses from the management/owners to their paying customers. Our wedding wouldn't have been the event it was without Jack and Rose Florist. I absolutely love them! My husband and I were welcomed by Patty who sat down with us in 3-4 different meetings to go over everything Ryan and I thought we wanted, definitely wanted, and didn't know we could have! At first I will admit, reading the negative reviews made me really nervous..but I can't imagine Patty or Jack treating anyone without the utmost respect and love. Patty described everything in detail, and wrote down everything we said we wanted. Rose petals everywhere. Candles throughout the space. Tall centerpieces! When my husband and I walked into the reception space for the first look, I was literally speechless!! They took my breath away! I wasn't the crying, emotional bride.. but seeing how they put together everything made me cry. I had told Patty that one particular rose had to be in each centerpiece, that was my mom's favorite rose, being that she passed away it was really important to me that I had her favorite flower there. Patty really listened.. mom was in full abundance in every floral aspect of the wedding. Choosing Jack & Rose has to be the best decision Ryan and I made in our wedding planning process. If u can, by all means stay away from these people. We had a very bad experience with them and luckily we did not end up with them as our florist. J&R's contract is a JUMBLED mess, so beware for that! After our first consultation, it was so easy to get in contact with Jack to book. He picked up the phone immediately, almost in anticipation. After that, forget it! I had a financial problem arise and i called repeatedly for about a week and was super stressed because all i got was a voicemail that i used over and over again. Finally Patty returned my call and said they booked another bride for my wedding date because they couldnt wait. Lucky for me, i dont have to deal with them, but they could've at least spoken with me before they booked someone else. Anyway it was probably the best thing that ever happened! They are very snarky, pretentious and rude. Just be very careful where and what you sign because, like i said, that contract is aweful! Patty created EXACTLY what I wanted for my center pieces, my bridesmaids bouquets the boutenierres, and even the corsages. Jack and Rose offered me an amazing deal last December through email when I initially consulted with them for my wedding for September '15. I have been consulting with other florists as well but could not pass up on the deal Jack and Rose had offered. They do require you to secure a fast deal and are a cash only business. I had met with Patty at their office and she was very warm and welcoming. Since the initial meeting, I have met with her 2 more times to pick the actual bouquets, corsages, and centerpieces and to see the sample piece of the floral arrangement I chose for the wedding. Patty was very detail oriented and I double checked to make sure everything we have discussed was in the contract. When you make a change or addition, they do require a quick cash payment within the next few days. I didn't mind the drive since they had already saved me a lot of money on the wedding. We used Jack and Rose for our November wedding. They are extremely detail oriented, the paper work is kinda old school but it was fine because all of the information is right there! Patty is an absolute sweetheart. I truly enjoyed working with her. The first time I saw an example of my center piece i was underwhelmed, truly not happy about the display at all. I freaked out a little bit and they knew it wasn't there best work so they listened to all of my complaints. The second time I saw the center piece I was WOWed. They nailed it !!! and of course the day of the wedding they were absolutely beautiful. I was obsessed with my bridesmaids flowers too. My advise is to tell them exactly what you want. A lot of their arrangements look similar if you stick to a price range so if you are a creative and want something a little different, bring pictures because they arent the most creative. read more

The only think preventing them from a 5 star review was their policy on cash. They require cash only from day 1 and not even allow a personal check. I should have realized when the first thing Jack said to me was to ignore all the yelp reviews and even had books of pages printed out with good reviews when you first walk in to the old place. A successful company doesn't need to try so hard to convince you that they "won't let you down" My review is REAL! To start off, these people don't ever answer there phone! The first sign of how unprofessional they are! The first time I called I left a message and was told THROUGH TEXT that they weren't in because of a "huge" event. I booked my appointment through a txt with jack and didn't think much of it. I met with jack and gave a $1,000 deposit because the prices seemed reasonable, I went home and a few months later(I booked very early before my wedding) something told me to do some more research on this place because the price was too good to be true and jacks comment about yelp stood on my mind. I come on to yelp and to my surprise 2 stars, I tried to ignore it and think of reasons as to why some of these things stated in the reviews occurred. A few weeks went by and I called to make an appointment for my center piece design as stated on the long unorganized contract they have (another sign of an unprofessional business) no one answered, I yet again received an automated txt stating that they were at another event but this time in Europe and that they wouldn't be around all weekend. This got me upset! The txt messages need to Stop!! I asked If i could speak to a real human and was responded back through TEXT saying they won't be in and I can't speak to anyone. The weekend went by and no one called me back, so I called again and decided I no longer wanted to have my centerpieces made because how can I trust them come the day of my wedding??? I understood the refund policy and asked if I could use MY money towards church decorations and other things. I was told I was not allowed. Why am I not allowed to use the money I gave them?! She hung up On me and was sent a txt saying I will receive a call from someone. That was back in January, my wedding is in 3 months and I still have yet to hear from anyone! These people are so unprofessional. When I told them I was taking them to small claims court they said "you won't get your money back but you could try". In reading the response from J and R I want to add in that back then there was no Yelp, the Knot was a new site with limited information, Facebook was not so popular and most people didn't have a page/never heard of it, and social media in general was limited and actually pretty nonexistent. This was 2004...not quite 15 years ago as your response alludes and even if it was 15 or more years ago as you say then definitely social media and other means to find out about your company's whereabouts was quite limited then. The only thing I had to go by was your website which did not indicate you had moved. Your phone number was still the same though. It was active and there was the option to leave a message. Which I did at least 6-7 times. No one called me back for weeks....and that is when I elected to drive to your location only to see signs that you have moved. I gave your staff the benefit of the doubt and hoped that the move was backing up callbacks to customers. An explanation and an apology would have helped a lot. Instead I got an arrogant response from your staff, accusations that implied strongly I was lying about calling at all, and refusal to break ties and give me back my money because you lost my contract in your files and could not "verify" my information through your filed contract. Lastly, in 2004 this company was on the BBB. It absolutely was. I recall vividly having very long talks with a BBB representative about why they elected to rate this company an "F" (based on volume of complaints) and how to settle this dilemma I was in with not getting my refund. Horrible horrible horrible. Rude and over priced. The receptionist called me 3x a week until I booked an appt even after I told her many times that I would call when I was ready. She preeches about this 25% discount but their price was still $500 higher than all my other florist quotes. The place is dusty and no real flowers on display, I had a 12 o'clock appt which they pushed til 1 last min, waited in the lobby for 15 mins without being acknowledged. When we went into the florist I was ready to book, my husband no so much. This company was recommended from Crest Hollow Country Club. So they had to be good RIGHT???? NOPE... My first warning should have been how they were pushing us to sign. It is a 4-6 page contract with TONES CAPITALS and fonts ranging sizes 8-20 with 3-4 columns per page. RED FLAG I ignored. After booking & signing, months went by. I contacted via email and had a quick call back. Suddenly their flexibility to meet was not as flexible as promised. During our conversation there was a man in the background yelling responses in the background. I do admit that I was frustrated and not as nice as I could have been. I was shocked that they wanted full payment by June 4th ( a week away) and they never thought to call me and find out why I was not in contact as the contract stated. I felt bad, so over memorial day weekend I reviewed the contract closely with a magnifying glass - and emailed the company. To my shock they emailed me back and the arguing started. I was told that I should be happy that they emailed me back outside of hours and that they do not sign contracts based on colored flowers. Again, I was shocked because my floral colors were very important - Red, White, and Blue - to me, but not to them. The do not book contracts "based on flower colors" but I do!!!! Regardless, I was stuck. I went in for our meeting and the representative was very nice. We worked together to come up with a plan. I would not bend on certain things - and how amazing - they suddenly were able to do it. At this meeting, we made a final payment and had to sign another contract. This contract stated "if we sign we are 100% happy" I laughed, signed but said How can I be happy without seeing the final product? The man came out to give me the contract -He was extremely condescending with his tone of voice making sure I was happy. On July 4th, our wedding day the flowers were nice. I looked quickly and signed the contract. All blooming, the ones I saw - bridal party, flower girls... all except for the bridal bouquet which flowers were not fresh, not opened, not the best picked flowers. This place is absolutely terrible. DO NOT BOOK THEM!!!! Please, for your piece of mind and sanity do not hire them. They do not work with you, in fact they make the planning process 10x worse! Out of all our vendors this was the only one I dreaded speaking to or making appointments with. It made me extremely anxious even thinking of the follow up appointments with them. Communication was terrible. They make you pay a huge deposit up front not to mention all of their reviews are terrible. I really wish I saw the reviews before, unfortunately I saw them all after I had already hired them and everything came out to be true during the process. They are condescending and rude. They do not care about your needs or making things easier for you. In fact they try to make the process as difficult and inconvenient as possible as if wedding planning isn't stressful enough. No one ever answers the phones, it is impossible to get someone on the phone after you have already paid your deposit and have been tricked into a shady looking contract. E-mail communications are always "automated" from "customer service" and when you do get a response they are rude or tell you to call them yet you cant get anyone on the phone! Patty and Jack will agree to one thing and then switch up and say they never said that, a bunch of liars and manipulators. I'm am so disgusted with the fact I fell into this company and lost an $800 deposit just for merely signing a contract. No services were ever rendered and I never had a second appointment with them after my initial consultation. They got $800 for free just to have a 30 minute conversation. They only accept cash so beware because they are running a shady business. ONE STAR IS GENEROUS! WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO! This company made my wedding a headache. Customer Service should be #1 in a service field. My finance had a 2p appointment, our GPS indicated that the florist was located in a shopping center. We were unable to find shop therefore at 2:03p we called the office, there was no answer so we left a message asking to be called back. We re-enter address in a different GPS app to find that the florist shop was 3 mins down the street. Once entering there was no one to greet you, you had to go locate someone. We sat for about 10-15 mins prior to Pat(I think that was her name) came out(it's 2:27p). At this time a couple was now walking into the door and another couple was sitting waiting. Pat introduced herself to the couple walking in (white couple) then turned to my fiancé and I (black couple). I informed her that we were the 2p appointment, at that point she immediately in a loud tone stated "your late" I explained that we called office, where there was no answer when we couldn't locate the location. She brushed it off and then decided to introduce herself. We sat for another 5 mins and she was not ready to meet with us, so we left. We didn't mind the wait, but the tone and response did not display good customer service skills. We were late, but 230p she was still working with another couple therefore she wasn't ready. I actually did have an appointment lol I didn't just walk in... I know better than to do that esp with what I needed .. it was a wedding I needed flowers for .. so I don't know what makes u think I didn't have an appointment.. I just had to bring my child w me because last minute my fiancé got called into work.. n yes u guys came highly recommended as well but why don't u take some time n read all of ur yelp comments .. about more than half have something bad to say about Patty so all this talk about Her knowing what she is doing is bullshit.. but whatever. I'm not going back n forth with u about this.. my point was that SHE was very rushy, pushy, n not knowledgeable about the flowers. I would of LOVED to use u guys bc again like I said u were highly recommended n very affordable but being that I walked out extremely upset .. booking your business was out of the question. I just hope u work on bettering your business n maybe educating Patty a little more but u claim u don't need to do that since u make PLENTY OF MONEY ALREADY n u don't need me or my business.. and PS getting in touch with a live person when I called ur number is so difficult.. but yeah.. just remember I DID HAVE AN APPOINTMENT!! We worked with Patty at Jack and Rose as referred to us by Westbury Manor. We had a very limited budget, and she was able to make it work for us for our centerpieces, bouquets and such, and even flowers for the cake. Westbury Manor included flowers for our ceremony, so we did not need Jack and Rose to cover that for us. The delivery person for the flowers on the day of the wedding was very nice and attentive and helped to make sure everything got to where it was supposed to be. Our centerpieces looked amazing, and the bouquets were absolutely beautiful! I am actually having my bouquet preserved, and this is coming from someone who honestly did not see the point in spending money on flowers for the wedding, the bouquet was that pretty. We highly recommend Jack and Rose for any event, they are very professional, budget-friendly, and do amazing work. read more

terrible customer service! The centerpieces were okay. the price was very high! AND they wanted us to return the centerpieces after the wedding. We were on our way to the airport the day after our wedding when they called asking when we were going to return the centerpieces. Apparently in THEIR contract THAT has EVERY other WORD capital OR UNDERLINED says the centerpieces are only rentals. So beware of that and make sure you read that crazy looking contract very closely. read more

On 12/3/2016 we went to go get pricing from Jack and Rose for our wedding. What a mistake! They made us wait for 45 minutes before we were called into the room. Finally we got to be seen and they said they can do anything we want just show them a idea from pinterest ( remember that ! . Finally we asked about pricing and they gave us a fair price but we wanted to go check out two more florist before we made the decision to go wth Jack and Rose. They got offended and said they will not honor any pricing once we leave. So I then asked if they can put something in written and they said they will not and do not put anything in writing. I asked why and the answer we got was because they do not want to give other people ideas that they had for our flower arrangements for our wedding. What ideas would they bring to the table when all of the ideas were from my fiance's pinterest! The lady and Jack suddenly got extremely rude and said " thank you, your time was up" I would suggest going to other places even if you are paying the extra money! I went for a appointment there for my wedding, I sat in the waiting room for over an hour, there were no refreshments nothing to keep you entertained just some wacky computer playing audio of glowing reviews from their customers. When we finally sat down with one of their consultants, I don't really remember her name. I was pitched pretty aggressively, she kept throwing numbers out to see what we'd take. Every time we were quoted a price, it was if you do this now we'll do a special price, really pressuring us into booking. Finally when she arrived at a number, I asked if there was delivery included she said no, it's a small charge. I asked how much $200-$400 is not a small charge. The place was really dreary looking, all fake flowers everywhere nothing fresh to see, they say they do one wedding a day. I find that hard to believe because people on Liweddings were saying they don't. I ended up going to Burton's instead and got the flowers for $1000 less minus the BS. Steer clear of this place... It is never easy to write a review that you feel so strongly about when others seem to give a vendor 5 stars, but for the sake of being realistic here goes. First I'll start out by saying the flowers were beautiful that decorated my reception hall. I did have a few issues with the overall process. On several occasions when I'd call or speak to someone from Jack & Rose, I'd be asked what my name was again or when my wedding would be, not very personable and quite frustrating. I remember being told I didn't make payments when I had receipts and checks to prove it. I remember a specific incident that solidified why their customer service skills were extremely poor. I sat outside their store one Tuesday morning during their business hours, however, the store was closed. A gentleman who worked there pulled up and asked me to move as I was blocking the driveway. I moved but remained parked in the front. He proceeded to walk inside, never asked if I was waiting for someone or if I needed something. 5 minutes later he returns outside and posts a paper saying they would be closed Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday for an event. Why couldn't he speak to me directly ?? On my last visit at Jack & Rose, I specifically spoke with them about my floral arrangements- they weren't anywhere near the picture/arrangement I'd ask for. When I mentioned adding a view things, the same gentleman who failed to speak to me made comments from the back room rather loudly about not being able to make any changes, the arrangements were set, etc. My fiancé was with me and we made it clear we would not be changing the arrangements but want them to be more appealing- I'm paying for these flowers, the least they can do is have arrangements that look decent. Lastly, 6 of my centerpieces were to be used as decoration for the ceremony garden, however, as I was coming down the aisle I saw none were present. Having the aisles bare made it evident to me- lots of talk of what can and will be done but when it mattered the most, it was not produced. Nothing can change that mistake but it is certainly something I'll never forget. I did not feel the experience and customer service with this florist was exceptional. I cannot in good faith recommend them but do wish them the best- I'm sure they'll do just fine. read more

this florist is horrible. jack, the owner, rude and doesn't care what the client wants. the contract was written in such a way that the owner doesn't want you to read it, he just wants you to sign where you're supposed to. they are unprofessional and don't work with them!!! read more
