Very simple stitch job which they completely botched. I went in to pick up the shoes and noticed the repair that looks like it was performed by a 6 month old blind monkey with no arms. They used a different thread than what is on the shoe in the area that needed to be repaired and it honestly looks like total crap. I voiced my opinion and the gentleman there said that the manager would be in the next day and that he would leave a message for him to call me. No phone call the next day so I called back the day after and got a hold of Brandon. The complete indifference in his voice was alarming for somebody in a managerial position. We had some back-and-forth regarding the poor craftsmanship and he informed me that he would speak to somebody about it and call me back. No surprise here, but I received no call back and had to follow up once again. Got a hold of Brandon with even more indifference than the first time. He stated that they attempted to repair, but it looks the same. I'll still have to pay full price for a pathetic repair. Shame on this company.

I dropped off some flip flops because the button between the toes fell off of one shoe. Have I…read morebeen wearing the flip flops with one button on and one button off? Yep! However, my brother commented on how weird it looked. So, I decided to take them to the shoe hospital because according to my brother they were in bad shape. According to the repairman, the shoe repair services would take a few days. In my mind, I had a target price of no more than $10. However, it turned out to be more. Since I will have symmetrical shoes, I think it will be worth it. Yesterday, I dropped the flip flops off for repair. The process was quick and easy. I got the flip flops back the today. The flip flops are twins again. Historically (over the last 20+ years), I have had my shoes repaired only at the Austin Shoe hospital as they do great work.

Sad to say that my good experiences of a decade ago didn't match the experience I had this week. A…read morefriend dropped off my Tumi suitcase to be repaired and was told by the young man working that they would repair the broken zipper and also replace a missing zipper pull. I picked up the suitcase without examining it closely and when I got home I realized the zipper pull was still missing. I took it back across town and the older man working this time told me that it wasn't part of the repair and that I would have to pay an additional $30 (on top of the $125 already paid) to have this tiny piece of hardware replaced. Worse, he didn't let me finish one sentence in the entire conversation. He interrupted me repeatedly, told me my experience was not what happened, and tried to mansplain to me that Tumi would not have repaired the suitcase (which they would have--we took it there first, but it would have taken longer). He was extremely rude, there was not one moment that he treated me with anything but disdain and disrespect, and I will never return to this location.

I had a pair of heels I needed repaired and upon arrival, the cashier wasn't sure if they even did heel repairs. After about 30 mins and many calls/texts to the manager, I was told the manager would text me later to provide a quote and to leave my items with them. They didn't even have me complete a form of what I dropped off which made me nervous. The cashier mentioned to me that I should "lie and say I had a date this weekend to get the shoes back in a timely manner" (since apparently the manager doesn't work with urgency). After a full 24hrs and an extra call to the store, I hadn't received a full quote. The next day I went and picked up my items because I was becoming very weary of leaving my items there. No timeline was given, and the items I had dropped off were quite pricey and rare. The conduct of employees was very unprofessional, and I've worked in customer service for a long time so I tend to give people a lot of grace. 0/100. Do not take anything you care about here.

It's May and still no word from them and no answer when I call. At this point I feel like they stole my pair of shoes, I was supposed to give them as a gift but now she's out grown the pair. They charged me up front and stole my shoes. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS
