I've been coming to this Jack in the Box since it first opened its doors. That was around 10 years ago. I've had great service and overall created important memories at this location. From dates, hangouts, free food, cool people, to seeing and meeting new people. The last time I visited was when Wendy's shamefully let me down, and I came to Jack in the Box, where Josh was absolutely awesome and made my night perfect! He didn't forget a single thing in my order and even gave me a bag full of sauce. I thought he made this experience unique because out of all these times I had visited, he made it the best visit of all. i am a fan of the food, the service is very hit and miss. I went yesterday, we ordered 2 combos, simple nothing too crazy except no tomato. Guess what came tomato.. its a great place anytime of the day to get food. Breakfast anytime day or night. Random cravings for egg rolls and curly fries and tacos, and biscuits, or milkshake, or all together. Sometimes can get either too many staff or too little staff which hurts service either way. Jack in The Box and their food is great for the price. This location always seems to have broken sauce pumps, is less clean than other locations, and just does not have the same vibe as other locations. This location does have the machine where you can order your own food which is pretty cool. 2 tacos and a chicken sandwich for $2 is pretty hard to beat. read more

Visited this location for the first time the other day. Looked new, clean, and well looked after. Burger was nice and juicy, although the bun seemed a tad bit dry (but with the dry air around here, I guess that's to be expected). The curly fries were good, they tasted just like Arby's fries, so if you like those, you should be fine with these. The service was very nice and super friendly. I went through the drive-thru, and each employee at each window asked kindly how I was doing and if I was having a nice day, etc. without taking extra time. They thanked me for coming and asked me to come back again sometime, which I'm sure I will do. The only singular complaint I would have would be that the burger I had, had a bit too much salt and pepper on it. But it didn't detract too much, just a tad bit much for my tastes. read more

So it's a lie that this place is open 24/7 because every time I try to come eat here between 3am and 4am when I get off work they are "unable to serve" me. To me it's just laziness. I have to admit, I have a weak spot for Jack in the Box. This location is conveniently located on the way to the airport, which means my car will likely find itself parked here whenever I go to/from. It was clean, modern, and had good service during the lunch rush hour. It also has an ordering kiosk which actually worked really well. You can always order at the counter too, but it was kind of cool to try out the new tech. The food was about average for JITB, and that was good enough to satisfy my urge. read more

We went thru the drive thru and ordered a #4 (jumbo cheese), no tomato, no onion, curly fries and a dr pepper and a bacon swiss burger, no bacon. First, the lady was practically screaming thru the speaker, and I had to repeat my order 2 times (this should have been a sign!). I got up to the window and she apologized for being loud, said the wind was making it hard for her to hear. We were on the road before we opened up our burgers, there was onions on the jumbo cheese and bacon on my swiss burger. I pulled the bacon off the burger, but the swiss cheese wasn't even melted on the burger, I took a bite and it confirmed what I already thought ... the burger wasn't even hot. Horrible. I went there last night and bought Ultimate Cheeseburger, or something like that. It cost $4.85. I stepped out of my truck to eat it and stretch and it's a good thing I did. I'm not even sure what it was comprised of. There was so much ketchup and mustard on it the two buns slid around dripping the ketchup and mustard all over the parking lot. Now with drive-thru fast food, I'm already not expecting too much but this particular location couldn't even meet my already low expectations. Staying at a nearby hotel, I went there twice (never again) because I thought maybe the first time was just a fluke (every place has bad days). But both times the staff was abrupt. They never thanked me through out the entire transaction either time. I pulled up to the window, smiled and said "hey, how are you today?" and the girl didn't say a single word, just grabbed the money I was holding out. But if the awful service isn't enough to turn you away for good, the food is almost worst. The sandwiches both were so poorly constructed that my second time the cheese wasn't even on the burger it was mostly on the side of the bun. And the burgers just plain didn't taste good. Reading reviews for my place of business is one of my daily duties, writing them however I am new to. Today's visit, as well as several previous visits to this location compelled me to write my first ever yelp review. When visiting a fast food location I often do it in the later evening hours, after a long busy day. Today was one of those days. I can't even give this location one start! I was never a big fan of their food until I started working near another Jack in the box and found a panini type sandwich (#17). The sun dried tomato spread makes this sandwich! It's amazing! My first bad experience at this location was a couple months back when I returned home with a few items missing from my order (items were in my receipt). Didn't do anything about it, figured it was late, a mistake, no biggie. Next bad experience I checked my order before leaving the window, the drive thru employee asked Mr to pull forward while I checked. Sure enough, had to drive park and go inside to get missing items. Didn't complain, even though there was an eye rolling when I went in. Third bad experience, my while order was there! Yay! Got home and there was no spread on my sandwich and two out of the drinks were completely wrong. I called this time, it was the following morning and the manager apologized, took my name and offered a free large combo for my next visit, AFTER explaining that the night staff were all teenagers and didn't really care much. Forth bad visit, went back for my free combo as well as 3 other combos, explained the free combo, gave the managers name who gave it as well as my name. The manager on duty said she would give me the large combo fee this one time only as they normally only give free medium combos and she didn't have access to the book to find my name..... The entire ordering experience was uncomfortable as this manager have me attitude as if I were a young kid trying to fake a we meal. The best part about it was they didn't have the spread again, so I ordered something else and their soda machine was only working on b the mountain dew (yuck) & diet coke.... Drinks that no one in my family like. Tonight's visit takes three cake. A polite young man asked what I would like over the drive thru speaker, I asked if the had the spread, his answer "no", OK.... Asked for another combo and he said " in sorry we don't have that either "... So I asked for a minute, he apologized and v said " sure, take your time " (there were no cars behind me). Two second later a young girl asks if there are any other questions I had and I apologized and said no and started my order, "can I have a #-- with no" she interrupted and said what size, I continued to say "I'll have a", she interrupted again asking what size... She did this 3 more times! With a major attitude! I was trying to tell her the size and no tomatoes but she never allowed me to get further with my order.... I told her nevermind and I pulled forward to find a young girl with braces (looked about 16 yes old), I asked if she was who was working the drive thru speaker, with attitude she said " sure am" asked her name .."Cynthia", asked her managers name... Her response "ummm what's his name?" I asked "you don't know your managers name?" She rolled her eyes and shouted "RANDY!!" , with a rubber neck gesture. I thanked her and left. I'm sorry for the length of this review as I know I hate reading the long ones myself! However, I had to write it! I know some would ask, why go back? Week my family lives it.... We grew up on Jack In The Box, even had every antenna Jack that was out. Not only that.... I always figure it was a employees bad day or OK, they run out of the sauce toward the end if the day because it's delish! WRONG! This location hires kids with no manners, managers with horrible training and really just don't care about their reputation and last they really could care less about satisfying returning customers. Horrible customer service, horrible management and all around a horrible place! Drive to the Mississippi & Chambers location for THE BEST Jack In The Box experience! The staff THERE have started my day of with drinks on them, thanking me for my business all while smiling! I used to love this place but the quality of service has definitely gone down. The last 3 times I've been there they have gotten my order wrong and today my friend and i decided to go here for lunch to try a new sandwhich (which wasn't too great). The cashier wasn't paying attention to us because all he wanted to do was go and flirt with the girls in the back. He added 3 items to my order that I didn't even ask for and when I went back to return the items that I did not order the "Manager" was completely rude. The dinning area was dirty, I went to go sit down at a table and the chair was sticky which completely grossed me out. I love some of their food but it's not even worth the hassle or bad customer service anymore. Also don't go for the Free Tacos they are providing right now. Alright, so this is totally our own fault for still going there after seeing awful reviews, but like I have my baseball field bucket list, my husband has a fast food list. He had never been to a Jack in the Box, so he decided to run out and grab us food on our last night in Denver. After he was gone for a half hour, I called him to make sure everything was okay. He told me that he had been in the drive-thru line for literally 20 minutes, had placed his order, and was debating calling the police because he thought they might be getting robbed. No one had opened the drive-thru window in 10 minutes and no cars had moved. The worst part was that he couldn't even leave the line because there was a barrier to his right, keeping him in his place through the last window. At one point, he even got out of his car to ask the guy behind him if he should be concerned. The man told him that they are slow all the time, and this wasn't much different than usual. (I have no idea why that man would ever go back time after time!!) By the time my husband got to the window (after a total of 40 minutes since arriving at Jack in the Box), he told them that there was no way he was paying for his food after that long, the employees looked at him with confusion, and he drove away (without any food). Well, he didn't get to check Jack in the Box off his list, but we did get our fast food when the Wendy's down the road took about 5 minutes from ordering to service! read more
