I went to the Jack in the Box on Miracle Mile tonight in Bullhead City. I went to the drive thru and was helped by a young man named Max. I hardly ever leave reviews unless Im really upset with customer service or the food. Anyway this time, its to say that this young man who I believe is hispanic (not sure) he was the most polite, helpful and courteous person I have personally dealt with at a fast food chain in a long time. He took my order at the drive thru, packaged it in a pretty fast time, and gave it to me with a smile and good manners. People who work with the public who are like him are hard to find. (Unless you go to "In and Out" who I think are the best at customer service. But he impressed me and they should reward him so that they don't lose him. Now a days it seems too many people working with the public are rude, don't care how they treat people and they dont know their job well. But this employee was not like the people I just described. So my hats off to you young man, because you made my night and my time at jack in the box was worth the trip and I have you to thank for it. Walked in for take out order. Place was crowded but manageable very well. Placed my order promptly ( 2 orders of 3ea. egg rolls) and only waited approximately 5 minutes. I stepped back and observed 5 orders 6 employees working very hard. What surprised me was the young Asian lady supervisor who was working harder than everyone else. Trashiest fast food place in Bullhead at night. Employees can't get their lives together. They lack organization, time management skills, class, consistency, respect, and professionalism. I'm a door dash driver and for some strange reason it's insusted that we come i. The building after hours until 3 am to get our orders rather than utilize the drivethru. Yet Emoloyees fail to ignore your entry and if you are lucky someons hand you an order I'm 2-10 milnuites. I've been to this Jack in the Box in BHC many times. The service is always fast and accurate. I was recently there in April of 2024 and ordered via the app got a great deal and picked up my food which was ready when I arrived at the drive-thru. Asked for a few extra items such as sauces, napkins and the person working the drive up was very polite and helpful. read more

I stopped for tacos this afternoon and asked for a large cup of water with lot of ice. The gal at the window told me there would be a charge for the cup. I said, "sure", thinking it would be .25 for the large cup of water I'd gotten the day before at McDonalds. Wrong. They have a great breakfast! Not a lot of options for vegetarians however not a lot of restaurants do. If you are like me though I recommend you try one of their breakfast sandwiches with no meat and add a few hashbrowns to that jawn. Little bland but add some of the avocado dipping sauce (which slaps) and you're set. The only reason I rated it one less star than perfect is because I found it to be slightly greasier than a pleasant amount. Since this place has a lobby thats open til midnight, its one of my late-night go-to spots. Actually, I also prefer dealing with Sean, who usually works night shift. He's very friendly and helpful. The posters in the window are constantly changing, so if you order something that he could give you a better deal on, he'll let you know about the new special. Yay. He also makes me feel like a regular. I know, my fat behind is there so often, that I probably am in his book. Its still nice to have someone recognize you and remember almost exactly what I ordered the last time I was in. (Sheesh, this guy's spirit animal must be an elephant with a memory like that). I've been here during the daytime, and the girls I normally deal with are nice enough. I just don't get that same "welcome back" vibe that Sean seems to give out. I've eaten at several of these chains and usually enjoy the food (for a fast food joint) but this one is the worst!Time and time again the buns are stale, bacon's overcooked, toppings are a mess or the meats cold. I've had enough! The last time the buns were so burnt I could smell them as soon as I opened the bag. I called to complain and they hung up on me. I won't be back. Jack in the Box is my favorite fast food place, but the employees at this one are rude & they pick and choose when to make up rules. Never once have he or I been asked for our ID in the drive thru, but I sent him with my card because I don't feel well and they told him "if it's over $20 we need ID." So he physically walked in to place two separate orders and they snickered about it behind the register before telling him he can only place one order. Went thru drive thru on 6-6-23 at 3pm ordered 4 tacos as I ordered I asked for them to be fresh and make sure hot sauce was on them like they are suppose to have cause this store is known not to put it on. She then asks if I can pull around to front. I said no this isn't my fault you guys can't make the food the way it comes or even ordered right. More than once have I gotten extremely poor customer service. On most occasions you can't use your debit card to pay for your purchase, I usually don't get what I have order. On my most recent visit to this location, I placed an order through the mobile app and when I arrived to pick up my order the place was CLOSED, which is supposed to be opened 24/7. The crew was outside smoking. When I asked about my order the employee stated "I don't know. Everything is off. They have a crew in there cleaning. " He never bothered to get my name to cancel the order on their end. When I called to the restaurant the next day to speak with the manager he stated "There is nothing we can do. ( Even though they got my money) You have to go back through the app." He never even bothered to offer to replace my order. If you are reading this, RUN AWAY!!! We used postmate tonight for our food order and our order was not right. We ask for no tomatoes on the sourdough, there was Tomatoes. We ordered the cheesy potatoes and there was no sour cream. This is unacceptable and I hope you guys can figure out how to fix this. If people paid attention when they were putting stuff in the bag they might realize what was missing. Any other day I'd give this place 5 stars but I sure can't do it today, we usually use the drive thru and the service is always awesome, today I went in to order. We are big Diamondback baseball fans and Jack in the Box is probably one of their larger sponsors and one of our 4 or 5 favorite fast food joints. The D'back's have had a promotion going on for as long as we have been watching, if a D'back player gets a home run, the next day you can get a free Jumbo Jack if you buy a large Coke ($2.79), well today I ordered the D'back Special, when I got home, no Jumbo Jack, DAMN I got, I'm guessing a Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger (70 more cal.) (3 time as much sodium a 2190 mg.) (3 times as much sat. fat) (6 times s much trans. fat) and I goes on and on. So I ate about 1/4 of it and threw the rest away, what a waste! But that's not the worst of it, they have been advertising a Spicy Chicken Strip combo on the D'back's game, $4.99 for 3 chicken strips, small fry and a small drink, the "manger" said his store wasn't honoring that offer and took it off his menu, My wife went ahead and ordered it at $5.49, ya I know it's only $0.50 but it's just the idea that pissed me off. I told him it was going to cost him a lot more than 50 cents in the loss of business I will gladly take to Wendy's or Carl's Jr. This guy could have adjusted the price and had a happy customer but nooo, he had to be the "BIG SHOT Jack in the Box MANAGER" I'm sure the Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger probably cost twice as much as the Jumbo Jack but I'd rather have the veggies and single patty and this burger had a very dry texture and a dense strange "chew", I didn't care for it at all ! I KNOW, very few fast food options are in any way healthy but some menu items are downright horrible, please choose healthier options that still satisfy your needs. read more
