I hardly ever leave reviews unless Im really upset with customer service or the food. Anyway this time, its to say that this young man who I believe is hispanic (not sure) he was the most polite, helpful and courteous person I have personally dealt with at a fast food chain in a long time. He took my order at the drive thru, packaged it in a pretty fast time, and gave it to me with a smile and good manners. People who work with the public who are like him are hard to find. (Unless you go to "In and Out" who I think are the best at customer service. But he impressed me and they should reward him so that they don't lose him. Now a days it seems too many people working with the public are rude, don't care how they treat people and they dont know their job well. But this employee was not like the people I just described. So my hats off to you young man, because you made my night and my time at jack in the box was worth the trip and I have you to thank for it. So tell your manager you deserve a raise! and that because of your service Ill come back!

I shared our dilemma about still on our way and we had not arrived yet and not sure if we would be there before 4:00, again she was nice and said we'll let us know as you get closer and we could still stay around, I thought that was so nice. Well, we made it in time in fact we called when we were almost at their location so they could start the order since it was close to them closing, we ordered their King Kong burger, a full hot pastrami and a hut slider, once we got to the location which is a small drive up shack/shed, they were so nice, and had our food almost ready. You could smell the deliciousness exuding through the bag once we got it, of course we couldn't wait to try the food although we planned to take it home with us, but it was so delicious, the pastrami was so good, hot and juicy. The hut slider was a definite winner, I should have bought more, that's how delicious they were. The King Kong Burger was huge, with mounds of pastrami, they do not skimp on their food servings. If you are looking for a great pastrami sandwich and are in Laughlin/Bullhead City area this is a must. When we come back, they will be our first stop. I only wish they were in Las Vegas.

The buns kind of ripped apart trying to hold this sandwich and most of the bite just was multiple slices of brisket which made it impossible to eat. So I ended up just taking the slices out and eating it plain. The brisket to me was ok. It didn't really have enough seasoning or flavor, it also felt very chewy which is something that brisket shouldn't have. So it felt a bit undercooked. The pulled pork was great, but once again its just slapped in-between 2 Hawaiian rolls. Each sandwich is not cheap, 17$ for brisket and 15$ for the pulled pork. Once again the meat was kind of spilling everywhere and there was no sauce or anything else besides the meat and bun. Normally for a sandwich at this price point you'd expect it to be a well crafted sandwich with multiple ingredients and sauce. I would say they should ditch the sandwich pricing and sell it as just a meat plate. For the side I got mac and cheese and I wasn't a fan of it. Overall needs improvements.

The chips are terrific with two salsas brought to the table. The Choriqueso is a cheesy deliciousness. I am not really a pozole fan, but here, it is very good and really has an awesome taste. I always get their menudo. Lots of honey comb and a good ratio of corn to meat. For me, the fact that I can get pata is great because it is becoming harder to find many restaurants that will provide you with that delicacy. I always alternate between their different tacos and this time I got a tripa taco. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, but it is great here. Well fried and crispy and with their hotter salsa spread over it, with fresh tortilla, I am in heaven. From my first trip to this restaurant, I have always loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. It truly feels like a great little Mexican restaurant and I am happy to see they have expanded. I envy all you folks who live in Bullhead City and have easy access to this restaurant. I eventually asked another staff member, who kindly explained the reason behind the policy. Once it was explained, we completely understood and were fine with it. A simple explanation from the beginning would have made all the difference. The rest of our experience was wonderful. Our server was attentive, friendly, and on top of everything throughout our meal. The food was also delicious, and everyone in our party really enjoyed it. The place looked great except for the restroom trash can was overflowing with paper towels, maybe invest in a bigger trash can if you have that much foot traffic However, toward the end of dinner, we noticed another family with a child who had a water bottle at their table. That left us confused all over again. If the policy applies to everyone, it should be enforced consistently. If there are exceptions, those should be communicated clearly. Overall, we enjoyed the food and service, but the inconsistent handling of the water bottle policy left us with mixed feelings.

And a relatively large Vienna Beef Kraut Dog was perfectly cooked and encased inside a soft Poppyseed Bun filled with hot Sauerkraut and some Yellow Mustard. I added some more Yellow Mustard inside the roll. Coupled with all housemade long Skin-on Skinny French Fries, Coleslaw, and most memorable Potato Salad, all was well. The dining area floors were visibly dirty and covered with food debris and trash, and the trash receptacles were overflowing. The floors appeared as though they had not been properly cleaned in quite some time and were covered in dirty shoe prints while still wet. I also observed what I believe to be several unsanitary practices. A manager was standing on the counter with dirty shoes directly above the sauce packets, which appeared to be the only sauce packets available for customers. In addition, the soda machines were dirty and leaking. From the front counter, I was able to see into the kitchen area, which also appeared unclean, with food and trash visible on the floor. I noticed several employees with long hair who were not wearing hair restraints, and I did not observe gloves being used during food preparation. Cleanliness and food safety are extremely important, and the conditions I witnessed were concerning. I hope these issues are addressed promptly to ensure a cleaner and safer environment for both customers and employees.
