I love Jack in the Box, mostly for their Egg Rolls and Tacos, but this location is total crap. The dine-in is never open, they close earlier than they should, and the attitudes of the workers just plain suck. I was trying to grab a quick bite to eat around 7p or so and wow, what a cluster. I ended up not even getting any food. And I'm determined to get my egg rolls. Sadly, this is the same across Charlotte. The only one I've had luck in was in Gastonia at Breakfast time, and it was one of the greatest fast food breakfast sandwiches I ever had. I usually end up somewhere else crying in my beer because I can't get what I want. They need to get a new crew to run these stores and return them to the glory they are, otherwise, they'll all close down and it will never thrive in the Eastern US. read more

At first, it was a little slow, but if you're getting hot food, it's worth it. Food is so fresh. Definitely think I would come back.

For starters, I waited in line for an hour at 1am but I had just gotten off work and was craving some jack in the box so I waited. When I ordered, I was ordering something that was literally on the menu at the drive thru but the person at the window said they didn't have it even after I said I was looking at it on the menu. Anyways, I ordered my food which I got a cheeseburger combo with 2 tacos. I get my food after paying and I realize that my tacos aren't in my bag, my food is cold to the touch and my Dr. pepper was carbonated water. I go to get back in line but there were 7 cars waiting and I didn't want to wait another hour. It's just so upsetting after waiting that long and paying what I did for food that was worth a dollar. read more

This is possibly the slowest fast food restaurant I've been to. I don't understand why the food service is so slow when the restaurant is not that busy. There was one customer in front of me and they managed to mess up his order. It took around 15 minutes for just 2 burgers and fries. What made it worst is the fries were cold. When I got back I found out that they gave me half regular fries and half curly fries. The container was about 70% full. I guess they ran out of regular fries and decided to give me the remaining bits and pieces of curly fries without asking me if it's alright. Luckily the order for the burgers were accurate. Just reading previous reviews of this location and you'll see that slow service is a reoccurring issue here. This will probably be the first and last time I'll visit this Jack in the Box location. They definitely need to work on the speediness and efficiency of the food service. read more

I haven't known Jack in a while. I don't eat his food all that often, preferring Dave Thomas most of the time. So when I stopped in here for the first time in over a decade, I was surprised to see how many different things that they have on their menu - chicken, tacos, burgers, all sorts of stuff. And so I ended up choosing the "Bonus Jack" which is a whole lot like the Big Mac except the sesame seeds on the bun. With a small side of curly fries (they don't have those at McDonald's!), I decided to sit inside and people watch for a bit. So how was it? Looking little like the picture on the menu board, but still a decent fast food sandwich. The cheese wasn't melted. The fries weren't hot. The soda fountain area was untidy. One of the napkin dispensers was empty. But the staff was nice enough when she brought my tray to my table. So that saves Jack from a one star. About ten minutes after I'd gotten my food, there was another shout for a Bonus Jack and curly fries. Yep, they'd made my order twice. Dumb. read more

I've been to this location 7 times. Of the 7 times I was able to actually order food one time, and part of the order was missing. EVERY single time you go, there's some reason you can't order. System is down, out of this, closed, door dash orders only. I dont know how anyone could afford to keep paying employees when they cannot be making any money read more

I am from New York, and can only get this when travel to Charlotte. Came to this location for the first time a couple of years ago and fell in love with sliders lol. They season the freaking meat!!! Added onions that were cooked and nothing like the wet weirdness that is White Castles. We actually ordered and packed these little suckers to take back to NY. Yes, gross but they are that good. I think I like this fast food place because it tastes nothing like anything I am used to and everything does not taste the same---I am looking at you Mc D, Wendy and the King. The variety is cool. Last night arriving at our destination after road tripping we went straight to our dream spot and were disappointed sliders slid off the menu. We were not left disappointed for long as we had a huge variety to choose from. My daughter ordered breakfast at 11pm. How awesome was that?!?! Steak fries with chili and jalapeño for moi. This is the only Jack in the Box that has been able to lower my opinion so many times. The service is mediocre at best, but flat horrible most of the time. I sat at the drive up box for 5 minutes only to be told they would be with me in 10 minutes. How does this place stay in business, 15 minutes for service. I came to this location around 7:50 on a Saturday morning for my girls favorite sandwich and they were closed as always because I go to the Starbucks every morning next door but your hours say otherwise. I gave it until 9am and called to see if they were open and a woman replied "didn't I answer the phone" and I replied excuse me? And she hung up the phone So I jump in my car to go to that location and tried to speak with a manager I met previously (3 days ago) she was pleasant THEN but as I was walking to the door, an employee was sitting in the car, popped out and said inside is closed. First off how you on break when you JUST opened! (Bad for business) I went around through the drive thru to speak with the manager and I saw the girl jump out the car to go "warn" the manager I guess because after two cars I finally got there and she looking dumbfounded and nonchalant. I proceeded to tell her about my phone call and she argued that SHE answered the phone and basically said what she said and dismissed me like I'm not a CUSTOMER that contributes to HER! She has the nerve to call herself a manager.. JACK IN THE BOX PLEASE DO BETTER WITH HIRING BECAUSE THIS WOMAN IS NOT IT! I love Jack in the Box! It is my favorite fast food ever! Their chicken sandwiches and hamburgers are just amazing! The seasoning is so good and you can't find it anywhere else. Their staff is friendly and very efficient. I went there to grab a quick bite and ended up ordering a teriyaki bowl. Came to this location a few weekends ago. Did a mobile order. Went to pick up my order and the rude worker stated that I made the order difficult because I customized my burgers. I said excuse me? She said yeah you asked to take off items that don't even come on the burger. I was like what are you talking about?? She said you asked to take off jalapeños and they don't even come on the burger! I said 1) your beyond rude, 2) I didn't ask to remove any items especially jalapeños. She showed me that it was printed on the receipt. I pulled up the confirmation email and showed her exactly what my orders were and there was no customizations or anything about jalapeños on my mobile order. She then apologized and told me well I don't know how that happened. What a clown she was! Who even says that to a customer "oh your customizations made the order hard?" I'm sorry that 1) you have no clue what your even talking about and 2) you don't have staff that can handle making customizations to a burger whether it be removing or adding items. I guarantee I will never give this location a cent of my money due to that rude ignorant employee. Also the food ended up being trash. Nothing tasted good and the fries weren't even cooked. The only problem: guy in front of us in the drive thru was ordering for a family of a billion and took forever! I quick 2-3 min stop turned into a 20-25 halt.. Even had to put the car in park.
