Went to this Jack in the box and they were letting a homeless lady clean she was wiping the bathrooms then touching tables taking trash out walking in the back they didnt even give her gloves so she literally touched everything with her hands. So not sanitary her dirty jacket was on counter top. But how do you not give her gloves touching trash touch chairs cleaning bathrooms got to walk around the restaurant. Every time I come to this location the food is terrible. The customer service is terrible. Last time I went there I was waiting at the drive through intercom for about 5 minutes. I said "Hello" and the lady working on the microphone said "I'll be with you when I feel like it" so I drove away and will never return. After waiting for several months JACK IN THE BOX in Commerce City, CO is finally OPENED for business!! YES! YES! YES! We went here for lunch on Tuesday JUNE 30th 2009 after running some errands in this part of the neighborhood. That was what Hubs was eyeing this couple of months and finally get to eat at this Jack In The Box located in Commerce City. I cant deny, the location of this Jack In The Box is "not condusive" since one is small, two has small parking space and you get to fight with other Fast Food restaurants located all around. I bet those who go to Jack In The Box, are majority transplants of California or simply just love Jack In The Box, like how I am beginning to like it eversince marrying Hubs who is from California. This time around I ordered the Steak Teriyaki Bowl with Seasoned Curly Fries while Hubs ordered the Sirlon Swiss and Grilled Onion Burger with fries and drinks. The Steak Teriyaki Bowl is quite salty to my taste bud though I cant deny it can be filling with the Seasoned Curly Fries. I like it when I can have my Seasoned Curly Fries piping hot and crispy. Nevertheless, both Hubs and I are happy at least they have one in Commerce City near to Stapleton area like 10 to 15 mins drive away from home. I want to start off with the fact that I've worked in the fast food industry for 6 years and this is by far the worst experience i've ever had at a fast food restaurant, given the fact that I'm very understanding of the industry. We were in the drive thru for a half hour with only three cars in front of us. The kid at the window didn't greet us or apologize for the wait. We waited for another 10 minutes for our food. During that time I was pointing at the picture of the classic sauce and telling the passenger in my car that it looked good and the kid at the window opened it and said "yeah? yeah?" which I assume was his way of communicating that he thought I was talking to him so i just said "oh nothing." I thought that was rude. After the 10 minute wait he handed me my food and just said "here ya go" and closed the window. I glanced in the bag and saw that I got regular fries instead of curly fries but I thought I had both of my sourdough jacks so I just compromised and started driving off because I was on my lunch at work and already wasted half of it waiting in line. The passenger in my car looked in the bag and said there was only one sandwhich so I pulled into a parking spot. I checked and the sandwich wasn't even right so we got a completely wrong order. I went to the door of the restaurant and it was locked so I had to call and explain that I was outside with the wrong order. An old man came out who I assume was the shift manager and asked to see my receipt so I had to send the passenger of my car to go look for it and eventually found it and I gave it to him. He took it inside and came back out with our order. We raced back to work to eat for the last 20 minutes that we had left on our lunch break only to realize one of the sandwiches was still wrong. The passenger of my car ordered a sourdough jack with just bacon and cheese and they made it how it originally comes so he couldn't eat it. Terrible, terrible experience. As much as I loved Jack in the Box I have no interest eating here again. I also already left a complaint on the website but just thought I would warn anyone who reads reviews. read more

I would give this zero stars because my 50$ order was never delivered and when I contacted the store for a refund they told me that they couldn't handle it and it wasn't up for discussion. This is by far the worst place I've gone to in terms of customer service. The woman who took my order nearly screamed at me through the monitor. When I got to the window she kept trying to get me to leave before I had everything. At one point I was still waiting for a straw and she stormed over to the drive-thru window and barked "what do you want?" in the sassiest voice I've ever heard someone in customer service use. Then, after all of this hassle to get everything I ordered, they STILL forgot to give me the hashbrowns for both of my breakfast meals. When I called the restaurant I asked to talk to a manager and was simply asked for my name and told I could "pick them up later." Drove around to the other side paid for said food, received a receipt and my card back and my drinks. After a few minutes of them inside clearly arguing about food they came and asked me for my receipt back so they could see it, talked again about the food, put the receipt in the bag and gave it to me. When I got to my house I realized they had only given me double bacon cheeseburgers my fries WERE HARD AS ROCKS, so they got thrown away. Being my first time in Denver we decided to stop for a quick bite to eat before going to watch the pats dominate the Broncos. We decided we should try eating somewhere we don't have up north and this is the first place we found. Food was ok, we did appreciate the selection of sauces we were given. Bathrooms could use a wipe down. Also the soda machines was out of most of the flavors we were looking for.
