We were told to seat ourselves, which we did, but then we sat there for about 15 minutes without anyone checking on us. During that time, I asked three different employees if someone could help us. What really made it frustrating was that two other families came in after us, seated themselves, and got served almost right away. My husband and I were dressed normally, so I don't think that had anything to do with it. The diner is Hispanic-owned, and we're Hispanic too, which made the whole situation even more confusing. The most disappointing part was that no one ever apologized for the wait or acknowledged the poor service. The food was decent, but the lack of basic customer service really put a damper on the experience.
