Oh boy this place has a tone of bad reviews! Shockingly this some of the best service I've ever gotten for fast food. The gentlemen whose name I don't know because the receipt said Maria which isn't it because he called the grill girl Maria, had fantastic customer service. I was a McDonald's manger for 5 years almost 20 years ago and I can relate to how stressful a Friday night shift can be, but this gentlemen did a great job. So i had an ublievably bad experience with my girlfriend here with the manager. Im still struggling to know what it was that i did or said exactly that set her off. First after i ordered in the drive thru things were polite enough, my girlfriend and i sat at the drive window for almost five minutes without even a hello thru the open window. But than when they gave us our two drinks i noticed that they were wrong. I politely asked them why the boba didnt have vanilla icecream. Seriously i was very polite. Im not trying to make a hard job harder. The big manager lady told me in a short tone that i didnt order right and got exactly what i ordered. I brushed her attitude off and said that ive order this drink the same way over 10 times even at this location and its been correct every time so somthing happened but it was fine and i politely asked if i could get a correction. She refused and shouted she was the manager and i got what i ordered and it was finale! At this point the unprofessional and frankly offensive attitude was getting to me. So i reminded her that i have been very respectful and i asked her to take things down just a notch. Which she really didnt like amd reminded me again that i was the one who messed up my order and she was again still the manager. I reminded her again politely but firmly that she was not the owner and before i could finesh me sentence she slammed the door in my face and walked away. 15 dollars is what it cost for the 2 drinks that arent even close to what i wanted. And with the attitude on that giant woman and regardless of me relenting and agreeing that i mustve ordered wrong your still not going to get your 15 dollars worth. If they mess up your order they arent going to attempt to correct. They will just yell at you say its you fault remind of who manages the location and slam the door in your face. I review 1 star because i cant review 0. She deserves a 0. Period. Im not usually the review wrighting type guys, but this one sent me over the edge. That ladies attitude is a special thing, and she would do well as a drill sargeant. But i would never hire her again for any customer service job under the sun. Unless that is you never want to hear from your customers ever again. Next time im sticking to the jack in the box on evergreen. The employees there are fantastic. Ive never had a single problem. This location needs some work, it needs better management and more efficient employees. I just got home from ordering from the drive thru..... the longest, slowest drive thru. The Jr jumbo jack I ordered came with nothing on it, except one pickle...... really!!!!!, I'm hungry and not driving back there over lettuce and tomato..... but it's the whole reason I order the jr jumbo jack. This location is either slow or something is missing or cold, I know better than to go there but hunger was in control. Extremely slow Drive-Through. I would say to Dine in, but that is nearly as bad. Sometimes you just feel like a Sourdough Jack, and this is the closest JITB. Unfortunately, it may be the worst in the area, as well. On today's visit, I was stuck between two cars in the drive-thru waiting for more than 15 minutes. Our order, as usual, was incorrect, but rather than go through the hassle of getting it corrected and waiting another 10 minutes, we did what we always did and just ate it any way. Working graveyard & forgetting your lunch leaves few options...Jack in the Box rarely delivers. This is almost too dumb to make up. Jack In The Box normally is my go-to place for a quick bite after work. Tonight, I decided on McDonalds but a truck was very nicely parked, blocking the entrance. So I headed to the next closest thing, Jack In The Box. Normally the food is very good, but lately, the taste has gotten noticeably worse. Then, there is that drive-thru. There has always been a pothole on the way out. No big deal, it is shallow/small, just a little bump and you are on your way. Tonight, that pothole has grown and grow it did. The ever lucky me, drove right into it. My wheel fell in and it smashed my $300 front lip then scratched my wheel for good measure. To make sure I really feel that pain. So thank-you Jack In The Box! I am going to enjoy this burger and never come back. It was my fault for not noticing, but to think the owners would at least throw down some wood or have a big sign saying watch out! Or at least, you know. Fix their driveway like a year ago when the problem was small! It was an expensive burger. One of the staff threw an elderly woman out of this establishment the other day because she had a utility cart. The elderly woman explained that she was not "homeless" but did not have a car and so she had to use her cart to do her grocery shopping. She further explained that she recently just recently was released from the hospital and is not able to walk far without resting a bit. The lady had to money to order anything so the staff member told her to get out and if she didn't like their policy she could complain to the manager. Merry Christmas to Jack in the Box! asked for them to give me a second so i could figure out my order and when i was finally ready to order, nobody responded. this was the case for about 15 minutes and i could not back out because someone was behind me so now i am stuck, waiting for someone to reply and then i'm told "one moment." still no reply so i had waited for 10 more minutes before getting sick of this and i so i wait for the person infront of me to finish and i drove right "thru." terrible customer service every time i've been in here but this has been the most ridiculous and irritating experience so far. either hire more people or properly train the ones you have???? just a suggestion. read more

I decided to stop for a quick meal on the way home, but now wish I hadn't. First of all, the food is exactly as I expected from jack in the box. Its not horrible, but not great either. $9 for a chicken strip meal. I really like the fries there, they are delicious. But the chicken strips were undercooked. But like I said, the food quality was pretty much what I expected. But the restaurant itself is a total dump. There were 2 homeless people outside aggressively panhandling and an addict in the bathroom shooting up. I don't blame the employees, but actually feel bad for them for having to deal with that. Kudos to the employees and the French fries, but management should be ashamed of itself for letting the drug use and homeless camp that is set up in their parking lot. read more
