Best Tacos in Washington, I can't wait for the Tamale batches to come out! They do bulk tamales for the holidays too!

The pollo definitely hit the spot. It had so much flavor. We like to have one or two places that come in clutch for street tacos. This is our go to. Getting in can be a bit tight depending on what you are driving. They have a good sized menu and you can order through the drive through. If you want to eat them fresh once you get them, they do have a few parking spots. Feel free to order in Spanish too! Also, if you need to quench your thirst they have delicious Horchata and other Agua Frescas. These are legit street tacos so if you are starving get a handful. You won't be disappointed!

They handed me what looked like a rolled up newspaper wrapped in foil but it was the burrito! Filled with carne asada, rice, beans, and guacamole it was definitely filling. I'm usually not a rice and beans in a burrito guy but this one hit the spot. I ate the whole darn thing and I'm not sorry. The prices looked reasonable in a world where you can drop over $20 on a hamburger. I shall return.

Menu…read morewise, Playa Bonita is a fairly standard Mexican restaurant with all the American favorites. The inside is colorfully decorated with music blaring, also typical. Service was fine; we didn't need much. It was late, and we didn't want to overstay their open hours thus ordering our usual dishes. Their tortilla chips come with both salsa and bean dip. That was different. The menu specified that "additional" costs more. I did request extra salsa to eat with the meal; I don't remember if I was charged. The Food: Carne Asada, $24.99 - 3.5 Stars Grilled skirt steak slices were well marinated and tender. The portion is smaller than hubby wanted. Cost is going up, and portions have been shrinking everywhere, so I can't really fault them. The grilled veggies with melted cheese were a nice touch. Camarones a la Diabla, $22.99 - 3.5 Stars The menu says HOT! This spicy dish is commonly a '3 stars' spicy for me, meaning not that hot. Their version is cooked with mushrooms and shreds of onions, the latter being a filler. This dish is normally shrimps and mushrooms only. For the cost, theirs is ok. I usually see larger shrimps and pay a higher cost. I always ask for no beans and eat the rice with salsa. We are unlikely to return unless our choices are once again limited by time of day. I decided to round down my overall rating accordingly.

Boy do these folks have it down when it comes to Texas BBQ. It's clear their love for it from all…read morethe photos of the legends on the walls. I've been to numerous joints all over Texas, famous and not. Jeff's can hold there own against the majority of them. We came for lunch on a Sunday (great smoke aroma in the air on arrival) and it was almost full of patrons and filling many to go orders. The staff was super friendly and accommodating when asked questions. The menu is full of the BBQ faves-Brisket, ribs, sausage, turkey. Meats by the half pound, sandwiches, and trays of varying sizes that include sides. We chose two small trays today with the addition of a single original sausage link. Brisket tray with house made potato salad and a turkey tray with mac & cheese. The food was wonderful all the way around. And enough to have leftovers for the next day. The one small disappointment was that the brisket, while excellently smoked with a nice crisp bark and clear pink smoke ring, was a bit on the dry side. The original bbq sauce was a perfect addition to the brisket. The turkey breast was a revelation. Peppery seasoning on the outside complimented the moist breast meat. Something I don't remember seeing before at a bbq spot was offered with the turkey, clarified butter. They would spoon some over the meat for you or supply it on the side which is what we did. It was delicious but we decided for us it was not needed. The meat stood out just on its own. If you are a smoked turkey fan do not miss. As for the sides, I truly think the two we had could be combined with a dessert as a meal. The potato salad was outstanding. I looked at it and said right away, this is the way I'd make it. Mayo, a little mustard, and pickle. I can see buying a large continuity of this to serve a group. The mac & cheese was excellent, creamy cheesy, made with a bit of black pepper for added flavor. Again, this is just the way it's served in my home. Loved it. And what's a bbq meal without some dessert. The house made pecan pie looked delicious (next time!) but I chose the one thing I never miss a chance to try when available. Banana pudding. The one sold here is an excellent version. Good flavor, sweet banana junks within, and still crisp vanilla wafers on top. I'll be back for more of all the great food served here. Highly recommended.

Came here for lunch on a Saturday after searching for lunch spots near the Seattle Premium Outlets…read moreand I am glad that we ended up coming herel. I actually ended up coming here 2 days in a row because I was in the area with some friends coming back from the Tulip gardens and I wanted to show them the place though the line was much longer the second day. I think the BBQ is good, the pork ribs are better than the brisket imo and the sauces are okay. We tried 4/6 and ranked are: 1 - Cole slaw 2 - Mac & Cheese - this is a bit on the runny side but works well with dipping the bread in the sauce 3 - Potato salad 4 - Brisket Baked Beans We didn't try the brisket chili nor the creamed corn. ~~Parking: It's located at the end of a strip mall and there's plenty of parking though the lines are a bit faded and it's not the most even so both times we ended up parking closer to the Subway side but it's not difficult to find. ~~Service: Good. Most of the wait is just because you order and wait for your food prior to paying for it & finding your seat compared to how most restaurants you order and they bring the food to you which is a model that I would have preferred but I guess this one works well for this place because I was wanting to try their daily special of the hot link but the person right in front of me ordered the last one. After paying it's primarily a self serve place. ~~Best Part: The sides! All the sides we had tried were good and we only ended up ordering the trays because they came with the sides and I was doing girl math. ~~Worst Part: The wait to order the second day & the fact that I saw the person in front of me order the last sausage. ~~Tips: The sides are the real star of the show, so try them! ~~Return: Yes.
