The sushi and sashimi was so good!! The place is located at a busy intersection in Everett but has ample amount of parking. We were seated immediately and the service was quick. The staff is really attentive and keeps checking on you, which is great. The only negative I have is for the katsu. It wasn't good at all. It looked like it was fried before and then refried before service. That is the one thing I wasn't happy about but I wouldn't take a star away for that .

It's a small little restaurant with limited seating but enjoyed that it was a small mom and pop shop. We were seated right away and accomadated with a high chair since we had my niece with me. We got sashimi, and 2 rolls to share and they all tasted great.

We normally go to Katana in Everett but we found our new favorite here in Oshima! The portions are so much bigger and even in size, it doesn't feel like we're eating rice balls. Service is great. The restaurant is really cute with nice mellow music to fit the vibe.

Our favorite sushi spot in the area. Always consistently good. Our favorite rolls are the sexy roll and the shrimp crunch roll.

The food was wonderful, sushi was fresh and service was outstanding. My friend said the salmon was cooked just right.

Oshima has always been my favorite Japanese cuisine in Everett or near where I live! For years, I've loved their udon, ramen, sushi and especially the chirashi and poke bowls! It's been a family fix for when we want Japanese food and I've gotten my boyfriend to really like it too. I get delivery every now and then, and tonight, I got a chicken katsu combo that comes with a choice of 4 sushi rolls that they have you select from their selection of sushi rolls. It comes with miso soup! The chicken katsu was crispy, fully breaded and NOT oily which was so wonderful! Their kids meal for beef teriyaki was impressive as well. It looked like a regular meal, like the Katsu price! Oshima does such a great job of making sure you've had a hearty meal and I love the combos and extras they have in making your meal feel satisfying. They're also neat with how they pack the food as well. Give them a try if you haven't! You will not be disappointed:)

Display is still my favorite sushi restaurant in Everett so far. We had a fantastic dining experience with friends. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh flavorful and expertly prepare. Wired the food was definitely the highlight of my visit. I found a server to be satisfactory. The server was friendly, but a bit slow at times however, this did not significantly impact my enjoyment of the meal. Overall, I highly recommended sushi restaurant for it expectation of food, quality, and present atmosphere. I look forward to returning for another delightful dining experience.

Oshima Sushi - great place to eat!

Heading out to the San Juan's for a week sail. Flew into PAE airport and had to wait for a friends flight. Great airport to fly in/out but nothing to eat here. Pulled up Yelp and found Oshima Sushi. Great reviews, looked clean, and close. Wowzer. #jackpot What a great find. Fish was fresh. Beer was cold. Beer glass was frozen. Can't complain about a thing here. From the tempura to the poke tacos to the shumai, fresh, fresh, fresh. Highly recommend for a quick bite or a leisurely dine. We enjoyed the latter while we waited on our friends to arrive. Enjoy.

The service was disappointing. One of the waitresses, who had short hair, was particularly rude.

In short The vibe is all friendly neighborhood joint, but…read morethe fish (especially the sashimi) is excellent. Hard to beat this place. In long We've been meaning to try it forever and finally dragged our carcasses in here when we were coming back from an afternoon up north. Quiet Sunday night on Thanksgiving weekend, and we scored perfect parking and got a table instantly. So we're already in a great mood, right? It's a shoebox-shaped room with a few extra tables in one corner. Newish strip mall construction. You can come in from either end, which I would not have guessed. It's sparkling clean and well lit with some nice warmth to the lighting. Big flatscreens behind the sushi bar, probably tuned to the ballgame or the news or something. The menu feels comfortingly familiar. The usual apps, solid list of sashimi, lots of classic rolls and then a couple full pages of specialty rolls. Matcha for later. So far you don't feel like you're in crazy territory, though they do list hamachi collar as an all-the-time hot dish, which is cool. So many places run out of it right away and list it only as a special, but not here. The sake list is just enough--a couple of each type, some solid and reasonably-priced house options, a couple really nice picks. You get your sake right away and the miso doesn't take much longer. The takoyaki was delicious and beautiful. Lots of garnish, boiling hot, great flavor. Nice tako bits in there, lots of creamy filling. They garnish the seaweed salad with daikon and load it with cucumber. More places should do both of these things. The cucumber in particular enhanced the flavor a ton. Once the rolls showed up, things got better and better. The Love Hunter and the Amazing were both fantastic. Great combinations of flavors and textures, generously portioned and topped. We got some classic taki too, and that was a great contrast. I love it so much when places nail the classics and the modern. I got the deluxe sashimi dinner. For $36 this is such a value. The hamachi and the other tuna were both super buttery, the salmon had tons of flavor, and there were a couple other nice fish on the plate as well. It's great when you find a place you're super happy you tried, but this immediately goes into the rotation as an any-night sushi spot. Affordable enough you don't have to wait for a special occasion! Dig this place hard.

Highly quality sushi and great roll options :)…read more This spot is located very centrally within the Mill Creek Town Center so it is a good spot for a little day out in the area. It is a smaller restaurant so it may be a good idea to call before going in for the dinner rush. I went on a solo outing here for lunch and was surprised that they have an all day happy hour for most of their operating days (excluding holidays). The happy hour offered a great selection of apps and a good selection of rolls! I opted to try the smokey roll which was on the happy hour menu. This roll featured smoked salmon on top which was very tasty. I also ordered the deluxe salmon roll which was also very good! I recommend requesting a side of spicy mayo for the smokey roll. Overall, I was super happy for both of my rolls and the price was not too bad for high quality sushi!

If you're anywhere near Mill Creek and love sushi, do yourself a favor and go to Wasabi Bay…read more I genuinely can't say enough good things about this place. The sashimi is exceptional--always incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared, and the cuts are so generous. Every bite tastes clean, rich, and high-quality... exactly what you hope for but rarely find this consistently. My personal favorites? The Chirashi bowl is absolutely incredible, and I'm obsessed with their shrimp & veggie tempura and fried calamari appetizers--perfectly cooked, crispy, and seriously addictive. What really sets Wasabi Bay apart, though, is the experience. The staff is warm, attentive, and you can tell they truly care. On multiple visits, they've surprised me with a complimentary side dish--such a small gesture, but it says everything about how they treat their customers. This is the kind of spot you end up craving and recommending to everyone you know. Whether you're a sushi regular or just getting into it, Wasabi Bay is a must-visit. Easily one of my favorite restaurants--Mill Creek is lucky to have them.

*This establishment is take out only*…read more This was my third visit to Solid Teriyaki over the last few years. I recommend that you call them directly or walk in for takeout because those prices are much better than DoorDash or Uber eats will give you. This is a small family run establishment with excellent quality, food and customer service. Everyone I interacted with yesterday was extremely helpful and friendly. I was surprised that in this day and age their prices were still very good. I was just there to order takeout lunch for my husband and myself. I ordered the Seattle Roll, a spicy tuna roll, chicken and tempura combo, and an extra salad since the chicken entree came with a salad. I was not prepared for how much food I would receive! When I brought it home, my husband and I both laughed because we had so much food that there was no way we could eat it all. Not complaining! It was great! The tempura was easily the best I've had in the area. Perfectly done. The chicken teriyaki was perfect as well. The spicy tuna roll was excellent. The Seattle roll was really good, but did come with smoked salmon as advertised so patrons should be aware of that - you do taste the smoke. The salad was shredded cabbage with a delicious light dressing. This is hands down the best overall sushi/teriyaki place for take out in the Town Center in my opinion. For about $50, we got a TON of food that was really fresh and delicious. On top of that, this restaurant is impeccably clean and the staff pay attention to detail and care about their patrons. Our to go order was packaged up carefully and thoughtfully. I wholeheartedly recommend supporting this family and their amazing restaurant.
