I'd never been here before and I've wanted to try it so today I had time and I did. So glad I did! The people are cool and super friendly, and the tacos were epic! I tried the fish taco good but it pales in comparison to the Bangkok shrimp and pork belly! Don't get me wrong it's not bad at all but I'd say you can get one almost anywhere so don't play it safe! They have international flavors and pairings you might not expect so try them. I'm glad I did. I inhaled the shrimp that had chili aioli and cukes on it and the pork belly was amazing with pickled watermelon! I'll be back even though I spent $25 for lunch lol. It was worth it! read more

Not sure why this place is wildly high rated.. It's just WEIRD.. Not bad but it's just not what we expected. We have a Cantina 76 and that's what we compared it too. We prefer Cantina 76.. Overall WDT shop is over priced and weird. The best one was a BBQ Carnitas taco that I didn't get a picture of. The chips and queso were good as well. Staff was as friendly as can be for being so busy and only having one register open. I would not go again but if you like food that is combined in an uncomfortable way.. Unique menu and my taco was good (Korean Bulgogi). I had the kimchee on the side but turned out it wasn't as spicy as I thought. The street corn was disappointing. I'm used to a flavorful cob and this was a cold bowl of kernels lacking flavor. I was also expecting at least lettuce on my taco and there was none. I would go back to try some more things. Really love the aesthetic of this place! They had a lot of good food and drink options and the tacos were amazing! They also have gluten-free options which is always a plus. I will say the portions were really small for the price, but I think it was worth it. Workers were fine. Not super enthusiastic but took care of us nonetheless the less. Yes I did yell that :) Prices are reasonable, food is beyond awesome, service is friendly, engaging and fun!! Look at these tacos-the pork belly with pickled watermelon is my absolute favorite. The tikka Marsala my second favorite. Chips and queso are super yummy and if needed free refills on the chips. The non-gf person had and loved Thai taco and buffalo taco. New to Greenville and just discovered this place. Had a great lunch experience. Food was a 4.5 as options were a 5 for creativity and most a 4 for flavor. Loved the Southwest Corn Chowder and the option to sub jack fruit for any meat in a taco. We got 3 tacos & the black bean & chs is a repeat with us wanting to try other jack fruit sub choices. Chips and salsa trio and chips/queso were nice adds to our meal. Service is a 10! The owner who took our order helped me pick what to try and so kindly gave us queso on the house when I mis ordered chips & salsa in its place. Totally unexpected and totally appreciated! Other staff members helped us too and were super polite to customers as they served and bussed tables. As others said, we loved the openness of the place and the friendly vibe. I've driven by 100 times and finally stopped in. It was busy. We waited in line probably about 10-15 minutes to orders. I ordered 2 tacos. The were both different and there were not a lot of basic tacos which was interesting. However the food was delicious. It really makes you try new things. There are a lot of options so why not order a bunch and share them. I love the atmosphere. There is a lot of seating yet it's very open inside. The girl at the bar was talking about how she thought it was going to be slow because of the weather and the girl in the back making food said oh my gosh This line is never going to die down. She didn't seem very happy about having to serve so many but none the less the food was good. The tacos are on corn tortillas so they don't make your feel blah after eating them. They also have outdoor seating and limited lids menus which was nice because it was basic so I didn't have to stress. Also try the deserts. We had a moose thing and it was different. First time trying this place and I'm in love! I was very happy to see all the meatless tacos on the menu. Even though both tacos were made with jackfruit, they tasted so different due to their styles. I can't decide if I liked the Korean or General Tso better. Both were 10/10! As good as these tasted, I really want to make my way around the rest of the menu. I wasn't sure if two tacos would be enough for dinner, but it was absolutely the right amount. I recently visited here with my significant other after travelling to Greenville for a long weekend. This place is especially popular with the locals and it is situated right near an airport which allows you to eat tacos on the patio while watching planes take off and land nearby (it's a really cool environment). The staff here was incredibly friendly and I thought the prices were very fair for the amount of food that you received. I really enjoyed the salas in the salsa trio as some were quite unique but very tasty! Some areas I believe could use improvement include the chips as these tasted quite stale when I was eating them. Additionally, some of the combinations of tacos were underwhelming as I found the general tso's taco to be quite odd and I am not sure if this should be served as a taco or just remove the taco shell and serve it as a small tapas dish/appetizer. I was also quite disappointed to find that chips and guacamole are not offered here as I would have loved to eat this on a warm sunny day in Greenville. If they could add some more traditional tacos to the menu, offer chips and guacamole, and improve the quality of their chips I think the food here would be rockstar! I did not try the drinks when I was there but the happy hour specials looked like they were a great deal, especially the $5 margaritas. read more

We have been customers at White Duck since we moved to Greenville. The service here has always been super friendly, we love the music selection, beer selection, and most of all, the tacos. We LOVE the General Tso, and the Chicken BLT, but they're all excellent. The banana dessert is also fantastic. We love this place.
