This place is very unprofessional with staff. With drive thru I can hear them talking about non work related things through the intercom. I asked for avocado, butter milk and sweet and sour sauce (I order food meant for 5 people) and they only gave one of each. When we pulled up to order, she kept giving my roommate in the passenger seat a dirty look on her face, and the guy who rang us, didn't even get the order right. I understand that being in the food industry is hard, I have experienced this myself because I also work in this industry, but the customer service here needs to improve. I used to love this place, but lately they can't get an order right. I'm a vegetarian and I always make sure to say my order very clearly and even repeat it (ex. Breakfast Jack no ham. Just egg and cheese please). The last 3 times I came here they gave me meat. Twice I got ham on my breakfast jack and they seemed angry when I came in and asked for it to be fixed. I don't see what's so bad about this location. I went here while I was waiting for a prescription at the Rite Aid. When I walked in there wasn't too many people inside and I ordered right away. The girl didn't really speak english that well but whatever, she was nice and got my order correct! My food came out right when I sat down so that was cool. In a plaza with Taco Bell and KFC. Those places were closed by the time we got there after 12am on Saturday, so JITB was next on the post-drinking food list. The attendant, who must utter "FML" every Saturday night around that hour, was really nice and made sure to repeat our order several times at the order window to confirm it was correct. However, after we got home, we realized the beloved curly fries were not in the bag. Le sigh. The Jumbo Jack w/cheese was solid, and filled me up. The bacon potato wedges were really good too. Being one of the few burger places I go it's nice to see this so close to home. It's also nice too when you don't want to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner and they are a 5 minute drive away. The only bad thing is they remain pretty busy throughout the day and into the late evenings. It's pretty clean by fast food standards. I literally just ordered from here. It's close to my house and right in between where I have to go for work so it's convenient and I've honestly never had any issues that I felt i needed to complain about until today. I ordered my burger with no tomatoes (allergic) and curly fries. I just left this place extremely dissatisfied and amazed on this women has a customer service job. I myself have a CS job and take pride in it. Even though its jack in the box, its still CS. [Late night drive thru] My bill was $11.85 and I gave the young african american lady $21.85 and she gave me $9.00 back. I checked the reciept to make sure I heard the correct total and I did. So I told the lady (nicely and with a smile, assuming it was a simple mistake) that she gave me the wrong change. She rolled her eyes and before I could say anything else (like that she only owed me a dollar) she closed the window almost fully. Unfortunately for her she did not close it all the way. She pulled out her calculator and I waited for a good 5min for her to decide what the change was.
