Ok I feel I'm the most qualified to write this review. Here's why. When I was in high school I would go to this Jack In the Box at least 3 times a week after school during winter break when football season was over. I know....I was a fatass. I would order a Jumbo Jack w/ cheese, and a Ultamate Cheeseburger. I was was really hungry which was like 90% of the time I would also order a Chicken Sandwich w/ cheese. My mom worked in the neighboring small business offices so it was literally a 1 minute walk. I would go here so much I started to buy Kraft cheese slices so I didn't have to pay for cheese and would put 2 slices each burger. Not on the Ultimate Cheeseburger though. The service here was always nice, except for the out of the blew bad day by one of their employees, but I'm a psych major so I know that this happens every now and then. The burgers were always made exactly the same and I never got a bad burger. Even though I don't eat here any more because I don't support fast food joints anymore because of the current epidemic we're facing as a nation I still give this Jack n' the Box a 5 star. Compared to the local McDonalds that always smelt like dirty ass Mexican feet (I'm Mexican so it's a local joke that everyone would say) this Jack n' the Box put it to shame. I always come here through drive thru and I'm always greeted promptly. I can say that the service and speed has improved. The staff at the window always seem nice and always invite me to come back. Either time of day they strive to give the best customer service... I haven't received an incorrect order and the time that my peach tea wasn't sweet properly, they didn't mind fixing it. read more

This is the worst costumer service the lady that was working there was not talking right and second of all the service was very horrible . We got to the window and asked us how many meals there were and we told her and then she came back and said your total order is 53 dollars and some cents and when she told us that it was only 33 dollars and then she was the most rudest place. This place literally smells like crap, I asked if they could spray air freshener and the lady looked at me like I was crazy. It smelled so bad, all I wanted was a drink but I didn't even last a minute in the restraunt. It was no wonder the place was empty. So tired of these fast food chains faking their performance metrics. Keeping the drive-thru window clear of cars isn't "better or faster service". I bet they report that they are completing orders in under a minute but me having to wait 10 minutes in a parking lot for a $6 order is a reflection of stupid people in charge. Keeping cars out of the window has the opposite effect you dummies. Faking efficiency isn't real management...seriously, it's not. With cars out of sight from the cameras there is no incentive to get the orders out in a timely manner. I was the only car in the drive-thru and was still asked to go wait around corner and out of sight. Some places wave you down to prevent you from pulling up to the window in the first place. Fast food in general has gone from bad to worse...poor service has caught up to poor food quality. But on the bright side...they keep raising the prices. So good job I guess? read more

This place is open 24hrs a day, 7 days a week! Always have great food and nothing wrong with my order. It seems the fries are made fresh because I consider them to be best! The staff is friendly everything I use the drive-thru and are very quick and efficient. read more

Poor service due to lack of staff. On a weekend I which we have Desert Trip. Was asked to park away from the delivery window since we added one thing to our order. And that we would have to shimmy back to the window because if we walked up they wouldn't hand us our order we had already PAID for. Horrible location I went to the drive through today and the customer service rep was so rude. Me and a couple of friends ordered food, this lady was so rude she said we needed a ID for a order over $25. Which I understand but she did t even got our order we get to the window and she treated us like lower than humans. She kept closing the window on us. A 5-star restaurant, fast food included, should be 5-star caliber whether it is busy or not. I came here after Coachella ended Sunday night. The dining area was already closed so we had to go through the 24-hour drive-thru. The time from ordering at the sign to getting our food took 40 minutes, and the line was only 4 cars long! I know you don't go to this place for the quality of food but we went there last night and had quite the terrible experience really. There was a lady there with a thick Mexican accent (not sure what her name was) and she was very rude to us. She cut me off while I was asking for ranch to tell me she put condiments in the bag, which she hadn't. She then dropped all of our food on the floor and picked it up and still gave it to us in the bag. The other thing she did was miscount the money we handed her...then rhetorically counted it back to us like we were children. We rolled up to the menu and we were deciding on what to eat. When we asked them if we could do two orders, we were told that they could only do one order per car. We've never been told that, but we sort of shrugged it off. As we were making our orders, she was hurrying us about the size of our orders and that made us sort of mad. She was just in such a hurry to make us order faster, that it didn't make us feel like waiting in line anymore. This definitely made the other two cars in front of us pissed off, especially the SUV that was already at the window. The passenger of that SUV actually came out of his car and walked to the window and started yelling at the lady who took his order. Since we witnessed this and felt the same way, we decided to break out of line and go somewhere else. We are definitely not coming back here. We were severely disappointed. I wish I could describe the person who was taking the orders. The best I could take just by describing the voice, was that she was possibly Chinese, but that's about it. I honestly hope that this location takes this feedback and let's that specific employee know that she should not rush the customers deciding on their orders. And believe me when I say that I'll will be reporting this to the corporate company as well. read more

I don't know how that graveyard lady is still working here I believe she is the night manager or supervisor . It's almost every time I go here she makes me repeat my order at the drive thru window and every time to back up my car and bring it back forward . Horrible Experience: 1.) Front door was locked at 7pm on Saturday 2.) I waited for 10 minutes to place an Order 3.) Soda machines we're out of everything, worked tried fixing it twice and still didn't work until supervisor fixed it and walked out for the day. 4.) I waited 30 minutes for my food to be ready, and when it finally was ready the fries were extremely cold and the chicken tenders were BURNT! 5.) I asked for my receipt when it was on the counter the worker said it wasn't mine and threw it away. Clearly she didn't want me to call the feedback number to give them this horrible review. Then, she reprinted my receipts and when I asked for the money back she asked why? I said everything I had to say, my money was returned but the coupons I had used she wasn't able to give them back. First time ever (that we can remember in our 6 decades on this planet) we have ever eaten at a Jack in a Box! and it won't be the last if tonight's experience is the standard for the whole franchise! After leaving a nearby facility for super poor service from the time she directed us to 'take that booth over there', no menus to screen while waiting further, etc, etc, .... anyways our vehicle just happened to drive through the back parking lot of Jack. I checked Yelp this time, looked at menu, husband went in and less than 10 minutes came out with our meals. We were still waiting for our water at hrumphhh...! it's 4am, my friends and i were hungry. we get to the drive-thru and already cant understand her. we give her our order and i had to ask her to repeat it back to us cause i just felt like she wasn't hearing us clearly. we get up to the window to pay and she said we need I.D for card. on the wall it states that orders over $25 need ID for card. our order was about $22 but yet she still wanted ID. on top of that, she was extremely rude and basically made us all feel lile she didnt want us there! basically trying to just get rid of us. She even closed the window on us multiple times finally we just gave in and showed ID too. She then proceeded to ask us what we ordered cause she didnt even take our order down! We went in ordered and were about to leave when we saw they missed a meal and brought our receipt and the rest of the family was waiting in the car. I wanted a separate order from me and my friends and the lady who ended up being a manager said she couldn't do separate orders unless we were willing to drive through the window twice. Abysmal. The first time we went through the drive-thru, we ordered 3 large curly fries and they gave us 2. Naturally, we went back through the line to get our curly fry. We explained the situation and then asked if we could place another order and we ordered a large sprite. When we got to the window, they tried to charge us for the curly fry and the sprite. We explained the situation again and said that we had already paid for the fry the first time through, but that we needed to pay for the sprite. The manager didn't believe us and said they had only charged us for 2 fries the first time around. We pulled out the receipt and showed them that we had already paid for 3 fries. He changed the total and took our money for the sprite. He handed us the bag with no apologies. Then he left. We looked through the bag and there were 2 orders of fries, but he never gave us our sprite. We had to wait at the window until he came back over. We explained that we now had an extra fry but no sprite. He argued again. Eventually he demanded the extra fry BACK and then gave us our sprite...after we had already taken the fry out of the bag to hand it to him. I've never had a fast food place take food back after giving out the wrong order. He didn't even throw it away. He put it on the counter with other food. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Always get my order wrong and if you go early in the morning they take too long as I have worked in a fast food place it should never take more than 10 mins, especially when it's empty. Whoever is there early in the morning should be fired. My 12 year old niece could do a better job than whomever is there. Seriously she could. Tried to buy a hamburger and fries for my lunch at my construction job, and the staff took over half an hour, talk about "fast" food. Made me wait before the window until I was called, charged me and since I was in a rush didn't check to see if they gave me a receipt or the right food. Arrived at work, and after a hard 5 hours of working in the hot 120 degree weather, I tried to enjoy what I thought would be a good lunch. When I opened my bag, expecting a juicy jack hamburger, I was dumbfounded when I saw jalapeño poppers in my hamburger box. I was furious and threw it away. This location is the closest to where I live. I've went to this location 4 times (of course different days) hoping they would get my order right and they just don't! It took me 4 times to never coming here again. Within those 4 times I've thought about going to the one in La Quinta because they get my order right. Anyways after hours there is this Hispanic lady that works there is always rude, when ordering she cuts me off telling me my price like HELLO I'm not done ordering! (All the time) One day I paid with a Debit card and I was asked to see my ID, she then said "I have to right down your information because lately we got frauds." She wrote down my driver license number and my location on a piece of paper (That's very unnecessary) I've never had that happen in my life! My food has always been wrong hoping it would changed. Today Around 2am I went to jack in the box ordered meals for my boyfriend and I and after eating it we completely felt sick! This time we had some old fries that were hard and soda tasted gross.
