Christmastime is here Happiness and cheer Fun for all that children call Their favorite time of year... Located right off the freeway this Canes has a burger neighbor but there was a long line waiting and I needed to get in and out in a hurry. So choose this spot. 4/5 Service There was only one car ahead of me but two workers taking the order. Not a big deal but it just took longer (maybe it was training day). 4/5 Food Box combo hit the spot with crispy chicken and warm fries. The bread was nice and soft. I do wish they didn't charge extra for more sauce, it's the game changer with the chicken. Add some hot sauce to the cane's sauce and you have a whole new world. 5/5 Parking Easy in and out right next to a burger place that fits that traffic description. From the looks of it both can get pretty busy but there is plenty of parking to choose from. There are a Christmas Story decorations around which is always nice to see. Psalm 96:11, God bless

3 chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, canes sauce plus an extra sauce, Texas toast and iced tea.

Had the 3 chicken fingers, fries, Texas toast and an iced tea. It was very yummy and I love their sauce. I ordered through the app for takeout at work and they were just finishing up putting it all together as I walked in exactly at the time I requested. Service is very friendly and bathrooms and the entire establishment was very clean.

Raising Cane's box. The Coleslaw jumped out of the container LOL.

We did drive-through and the gal at the drive-through seemed bothered by our order... I don't think she should be in that position... Everyone else was pretty quick once we got our order they did give it to us, but didn't give us the straws for the drink and we had to wait a little while until somebody noticed that we weren't moving forward and were able to give us straws... also, it was really busy so I think they did exceptionally well on the timeframe to getting the order and the food to us. Quality of food is where it also lacks. I asked for extra crispy because I've heard that helps the batter stay on the chicken better... But when I got the order, the bottom part of the chicken was already off and it didn't taste crispy and I think I should've gotten some spice, maybe that would make it better. They are only chicken tenders... For some reason, I thought they were gonna be like fried chicken... But they're chicken tenders that have a weird texture. The coleslaw that came with the big raising Cane box was good... The Texas toast was delicious, the sauce was good. That's really all I have to say about that. We'll probably try them again, but maybe inside... Didn't seem like many people were inside, but a whole ton of people filled the outside eating area in the evening... I'm surprised it was kind of windy... I've heard from raging fans about how great raising Cane's is so maybe I had a higher level of expectation... it is what it is and maybe next time it'll be better.

Some spicy chicken sandwich we didn't order.

Been to the new Raising Cane's in Indio twice now, and while it's clear they're still working out some kinks, there's been some improvement. Visit #1: We spent 36 minutes in the drive-thru lane. Order was wrong, and once we got home, there was no way I was going back to wait another 30-40 minutes for okay chicken strips. I submitted a complaint online and, to their credit, corporate called me within 30 minutes and offered to send a gift card. That level of customer service was impressive. Visit #2: Took my daughter because she begged for it. This time, we only waited 21 minutes in the drive-thru around 5:30 PM on a weeknight -- so things are improving. Our order was correct, but no straws were included with the drinks. Also, both visits they managed to misspell "John" -- arguably one of the most common names. The food? It's fine. The chicken is decent but not mind-blowing. The sauce definitely steals the show. Overall, 3 out of 5. It's not a place I'd go out of my way for, but the kids like it, so I'm sure we'll be back.

Ok.. I usually never write reviews for fast food, but I had to for this place... Have been to many Raising Canes locations in Orange County and Los Angeles. I'm glad they're bringing it out here to the desert, well the location in Indio just changed my mind., I've been to the one in Palm Springs, which has great service!. 2 stars because service was quick... My hubby and I decided to try the one in Indio since it's down the street from our home. Well.. it's the first and last time I visit here. I'll keep going to the one in PS. or Orange where the employees are friendly and have excellent customer service even if they are teenagers. We went on a Tuesday night around 6pm, no line which was great Asked for extra cane sauce, checked my receipt was charged...was not in my bag, the kid at the drive-through window seemed to be bothered that I asked for ketchup too. I made my husband get off to get my sauce since it was missing, 3 employees were just standing around talking and looking at him, didnt acknowledge him, didn't ask Can I help you or we'll be right with you...nothing. He had to say can I get some help. While I was waiting in the car, I decided to have a few fries. They were cold. My chicken tenders were cold and incredibly small compared to other locations. Tasted and felt like they've been sitting there. I understand that they are a new location, after all, I watched it from the ground up and would see all the training on the employees before it even opened, But I would've thought they would hire friendly employees that actually want to work. What a disappointment for such a well-known fast food restaurant that let me tell you lines are always long, no matter which location I go to out of town. Here I was in and out. Sorry Canes in Indio, I will not be back to this location.

    Restaurant counter. Always clean.

Visited Raising Cane's on opening day. The food was great, the service was the best and the crew is so friendly! Went back the next day for more. It was delicious Great ambiance and kid friendly. Cane's also has the best sweet tea.

Receipt showing items we ordered online and tea without ice.

Pros: GREAT tasting chicken finers, sauce and bun. Cons: HORRIBLE service!!! These poor kids need a LOT more training and training from the folks at In-N-Out burger since their service is top notch. They didn't give me all of my food and did't get the order right. You can't pick up web order at the drive through. At Starbucks you can pick up your order at the drive through. So after waiting in the drive through line for 10 minutes we got to the speaker and they told us that they can't give us our food in the drive through line. So after getting out of the drive through line, we then waited in the curbside parking for our food, but nobody came out. After waiting 5 minutes, I decided to go inside to get our food. The young boy was kind and gave me the food, but without the drinks. I asked about the drinks and he went to go get them from the soda machine. While he did that I checked the rest of my order. Instead of cole slaw on one of my combos, they gave me fries. So I requested the slaw when he brought the drinks. Then I noticed that the extra sauce that we paid for was also missing. So I requested that as well. The tea that I ordered was supposed to be without ice, but I didn't notice that they put ice in it until I got home. Overall, terrible service. I don't think I'll be going back again.

    lol really

Really disappointing. 3 little pieces of chicken with about 10 fries for $12.00?!?! Dave's hot chicken gives more for the buck. Then 0.45 for extra sauce?! Really. Done here.

The best part is their Arnold Palmer. The fresh brew tea and lemonade is the perfect combo

A good place for fried chicken strips and sides. Not fancy, but tasty food for fast food.

There's a wraparound outdoor patio, with cooling misters and red umbrella covered tables. No indoor seating. Parking is either on street or in a large lot at the back of the block. FOOD & DRINK: Started with a round of cocktails, some Spicy Strawberry Margaritas ($16), and two Bloody Mary's ($16). The margaritas were refreshing, not overly sweet, with just a hint of heat from the jalapeño. The Bloody Mary's had two large olives, but no bacon or celery. We ordered the side of Green Beans ($10), tossed with garlic, ginger, and gluten free soy sauce, which is a perfect appetizer to share. For our lunch entrees, we had a Cobb Salad ($14), a Chinese Salad ($14) with Crispy Chicken Strips (+$11), and two of their Summer Specials; Chicken Piccata ($25 for 3-courses) and Chicken Parmesan ($25 for 3-courses). We finished it all off with some Espresso Gelatos which were quite refreshing. Everything was very tasty. My only knock is that they still need to do a better job with maintaining the supplies and cleanliness of the bathroom, which is shared amongst the complex where the Chicken Ranch is located. Chicken Ranch is one of our favorites for yummy cocktails and delicious food. I highly recommend this place, if you haven't tried it already.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming, clean, and well-organized. The staff greeted me right away with genuine smiles and great energy, which instantly set the tone for a positive visit. The customer service here is next level. Every employee I interacted with was polite, patient, and clearly cared about making sure my order was perfect. Even during a busy time, they stayed calm, efficient, and incredibly friendly. It's rare to see a team that works together this smoothly while still making each customer feel valued. The food was exactly what you'd hope for--fresh, hot, and made with care. My chicken sandwich was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the waffle fries were golden and seasoned just right. You can really tell they pay attention to quality and consistency here. Everything came out quickly, and my order was 100% accurate. What really stood out to me was how clean everything was. The dining area, tables, and even the restrooms were spotless. It's clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the place looking great, which makes the whole experience even better. Overall, this La Quinta Chick-fil-A goes above and beyond in every way--service, food, cleanliness, and atmosphere. It's the kind of place that keeps you coming back, not just because the food is good, but because you genuinely enjoy being there. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area. We had a catering order scheduled for 11:00 AM pickup on 04/18/26. We showed up on time and not only was the order not ready, the staff had no idea the order even existed. We ended up waiting over an hour and a half while they scrambled to put it together. This wasn't a small order and it wasn't a last minute request. It was scheduled catering, and it completely threw off our entire lunch operation. People were depending on that food being there on time and instead we were stuck waiting with no answers. Mistakes happen, but not even having the order in your system is a serious breakdown. After two days of issues, we won't be using this location again for catering. If you're on a tight schedule or feeding a group, I would not rely on this store.
