I don't leave reviews lightly, and I definitely don't go out of my way to complain over fast food. But this experience was honestly disgusting and handled so poorly that people should know before eating here. I ordered 3 sausage croissant breakfast sandwiches for my family because we were in a rush and hungry. The first thing I noticed was the bread felt stiff and old, but when I looked closer at mine, there was an actual blue/green spot on the croissant bun that looked like mold. I immediately lost my appetite. I even took pictures because I already knew this was going to turn into one of those "that's not what you saw" situations. Instead of just throwing it away, I drove all the way back because if they were serving me bread like this, who knows how many other people got the same thing that morning. I asked for a manager. The woman at the counter (no name tag, no introduction, nothing) first tried handing me ketchup because she wasn't even listening to what I was saying. Then when I showed her the sandwich, she immediately ripped the spot off the bread and said, "Oh, that's just a burnt piece," and literally tried to hand the sandwich back to me like I was still supposed to eat it. That response alone was INSANE to me! I told her I was not comfortable eating that. Instead of apologizing or taking the concern seriously, she immediately got defensive and asked, "What do you want?" with a bad attitude, like I was inconveniencing HER for bringing back potentially moldy food. Mind you, one family member had already eaten theirs quickly because they were hungry, and another had eaten half before we noticed the bread looked old. At that point I asked for two replacements because I genuinely did not trust the food anymore. She acted like I was trying to scam free sandwiches instead of addressing a legitimate food safety concern. Nobody drives back to Jack in the Box to "finesse" sausage croissants. The craziest part is the attempt to remove the moldy spot and pretend the issue just, disappeared! That's not how food safety works. If a customer says something looks moldy, you don't peel it off and hand it back. You replace the food, apologize, and check the rest of the batch. This is my second bad experience at this location. The first was poor service. This time it was a possible health issue combined with rude customer service and zero accountability. I'm posting the photos so people can decide for themselves whether that looked "burnt" or not. Either way, the bread was stale, old, and handled horribly by staff. If you care about freshness, customer service, or basic food safety, I would avoid this location. Do NOT come here and the only safe thing about this place is that I'm never coming back here again. read more

Sitting on Centinela Blvd., one block from La Brea if you heading east and 3 or 4 blocks from La Cienega if you heading west. Pristine directions :) It's Jack in the Box - fast food at It's finest. My offspring eat here. Their go to's are - Plain Chicken Sandwich Plain Hamburger French Fries Mini Tacos & Regular Tacos Jalapeno Poppers All things teenagers can eat w/o repercussions. The youthful years. They don't complain about the food and from my observations, they enjoy it because they eat it all. Service is good given the short interaction with an employee verifying the Postmate order. The food is ready quickly and haven't had any discrepancies with orders. The Latino manager guy was so rude ( the one with shark teeth) I was asking for help with ordering my food since the tablet was left on the clock in or clock out screen ment for the employee . I think I should have just clocked in and got behind the counter and made my own food I guess. Instead he had an attitude since i asked him to fix it because he was in a hurry to get back to playing with the other workers . I spoke to him in Spanish since he really didn't understand English but even that he didn't understand what I was saying. It wasn't the traditional screen to place an order with the pictures ....if I was an elderly person, they wouldn't have been able to order their food. He honestly needs better training since he's representing the company. I was friendly the whole time instead he rolled his eyes and got annoyed because I asked him to do his job. I should've gone to McDonalds instead, but decided to give them a try. Worst mistake!! burgers were also poorly served and so tiny/small portions. Will never buy from this place again. 4 stars. Don't get me wrong, this location is a good one. The order accuracy is always correct and the location is clean and has friendly service. However, what I'm disappointed with today is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. "Jack's Spicy Chicken" sandwich was marketed to have a "new larger filet". As provided by the photos, it is clear to see that the chicken sandwich was definitely not thick. Flat-patty aside, the taste of the sandwich was mediocre; not nearly as good as Chick-fil-A, or even McDonald's new chicken sandwich. I like Jack in the Box, and ultimately I'm glad I ordered this sandwich-- so that I would be reminded to refrain from ever ordering it again. Your chocolate overload cake is a slice of heaven, and your Oreo shake is delightfully sapid, without a doubt, but that doesn't excuse the fact that you deceived me, Jack. Went in today to pick up an order the drive through had a line. I waited in the line for 10 mins before deciding to back up and go to the lobby. The lobby hours said they closed at 10 it was 9 The door was closed. The people inside were just talking and laughing. Until one of the guys noticed me and made signals about driving and pointed at the drive through and laughed as in you have to wait no matter what haha. This is a new location that is on my way to work. I like to stop in before 6am to get a coffee and quick bite if I'm super tired and need a wake up. It's a little frustrating that even though they are not open on the inside, they take a while to take your order at the speaker and then when you pull up to pay, they either flag you to stop, so you don't pass the timer sensor, or they ask you to reverse multiple times to reset the sensor. Like its 5am, and you are giving me too many directives. Most of my interactions have been nice though and the food isn't horrible. I will say as a health care provider they are using gloves inappropriately. They are collecting money with the gloves and then touching the wrapped food items and filling cups with ice. CROSS CONTAMINATION is a real thing. They would be better off and washing their hands or using sanitizer. read more

The workers here are completely and totally unprofessional. The Dining room hours don't close until 10 pm and yet they closed the doors at around 6:15. When I got to the drive through window to ask why, they said it was because it was short staffed.
