Come for the birria at this taco truck! Our group tried a good chunk of everything, from their tacos, burritos, sope, and huarache. Just be warned that it is very close to LAX and right under the plane path and gets very loud! Cute cats around are a bonus. read more

On the way to LAX and was looking to find a quick bite to eat before flying out. Most of the places around LAX seemed to be sit down restaurants when searching for Mexican food. Stumbled upon this and it was amazing! The Quesabirria was so meaty and cheesy and full of flavor. They are cash only. The people were nice and helpful. They have salsas and sides outside the food truck and an eating area as well. If you want salsa, just ask them for the little cups. Ordered a carne asada quesadilla too and that was delicious! I wish I lived closer to try the other food items, you won't regret eating here! read more

We came here before the Billie Eilish listening party Thursday night. My friend found this place on Yelp, and we didn't know it was a Taco Truck until we arrived. There are a couple tables and chairs in front of the restaurant to sit and eat at, and we decided to order and eat there before the concert started. We ordered 2 carne asada burritos, chicken tacos, and a quesabirria. Staff are so friendly and actually gave us the tacos with beans/cheese on it for free! Everything was so flavorful and the meat portions were huge. I'm usually a green salsa only girl, but the red salsa was so flavorful and not too spicy for me. I was craving tacos so bad and found this truck near LAX! Really good price for tacos in LA and you get a bean tostada for free with purchase of 3+ tacos!! There's tables and chairs in front of the truck where you can eat and watch planes flying in right above you if you're into plane watching! They so nicely packed all the side stuff too! read more

We found this little gem right before the Ed Sheeran concert at Sofi Stadium, and it definitely hit the spot! Everything we ordered was delicious, and the prices were super reasonable!! They even gave us these little hardshell tortillas smothered in refried beans as a complimentary starter. They are super friendly and hospitable! Came here with a friend after picking her up from LAX and was so excited to try it. We ordered the quesabirria to go. The wait was longer than expected, but they also made everything fresh, which was appreciated since our food had to sit in the car for 15 minutes before we were able to get home and eat it. I was also interested in trying the champurrado drink, however, they were out of it when we were there. Unfortunately, when we arrived home, we realized that they had forgotten to give us the dipping broth that goes with the quesabirria! While the meal was still delicious, I am taking one star off for this reason. Getting out of LAX, we were starving and looked for the closest taco spot. How lucky we were to find Kike's! Fast service, killer pastor tacos and a great horchata - we couldn't wait until we got home and ate it right there. There's a small lot next to the truck and a well-lit area with tables, so its very easy to stop by and get your fill! read more

First things first: make sure to bring cash because this place is cash only. This taco truck is a simple setup on the street with a few tables if you want to eat there, but we decided to pick up our food and take it home. There's parking available right in front of the truck in the lot, but it can be tight if it gets busy. The prices are great, and the service was fast, which made the experience even better. Our favorite was definitely the tostadas de frijoles--they were so good! The carne asada tacos were delicious as well, and the green salsa had a nice medium spice to it. The birria was decent in terms of portion size in both the burrito and tacos, but the flavor could have been a bit more robust. However, the consomé had good flavor, which was a nice balance. My husband and I came here from LAX airport which is less than a 10-minute ride away. We ordered tacos with asada, pastor, chorizo and Birria and all were delicious! You also get a free bean tostada if you order 3 or more tacos. The tortillas were on the smaller side, but did not fall apart in our hands and were packed high with juicy, tender meat. The prices were very reasonable ($2.25 per taco). We did write a review in exchange for a strawberry agua fresca but it was so so good and refreshing (and made with fresh strawberries!). When you walk up to a food truck and see the whole side covered in a menu with food options, you know you're going to have a good time. Everything was well-priced; for $40 for two people, we got plenty of food, with enough leftover for a needed late night meal. The truck was exactly where the address said it would be, with a little bit of seating for while you wait. Staff were very friendly and everything was well-packed. Most importantly, the food was delicious, everything I wanted and more. They were located within a quick drive to the LAX Marriott where we were staying, and had I known about them sooner I probably would've advocated to go there every night. read more

This place wasn't horrible but it wasn't great. Some of us had food with flavor while others had dishes that were kind of lacking. Also, the tacos were not filled much and the asada burrito was 90% beans. The area it's in is run down but that's not a big deal to me because I like whole in the wall places. However, the lady rolled her eyes when one of my family members was having a hard time ordering since she doesn't speak Spanish. I didn't appreciate that. Overall, I woke up with a stomach ache from the Huarache I ate which tells me it was very greasy. I don't think we'll be back. read more

This is my favorite taco place and I take all my friends here when they are visiting LA! I found this place one night after going to SenderOne climbing gym because it was close and still open (they are open late until 11 pm most days). I've tried the tacos, birria tacos, and sopes and tostadas. All of which are delicious! I keep coming back because the $1.50 tacos are delicious AND they have great customer service! The last 2 times I've come they have given my friends and me some tostadas to munch on while we wait for our order to be ready. I have recently been into trying out tacos from taco trucks in the area, and Kike's is by far my favorite place that I keep coming back to. There are some benches for you to sit while you wait for your food or you could eat there. There is also a parking lot that I have never had a hard time finding space for. Don't forget to bring cash because they're cash only. I highly recommend coming here for their tacos!! read more

At the beginning stages of exploring all the Taco trucks in my area. They're a great alternative to my go-to spot on Imperial, which can sometimes be very crowded. There's an abundance of great Mexican food options in this area, so it's time to change it up, at least a bit. With the trucks, I now realize that accessibility is another factor to consider, along with the quality of the food. Parking that's readily available near the truck makes for a user friendly experience. I ended up passing on the first truck I drove by as parking was nearly non-existent. Thankfully, Kike's delivered. I ordered my go-to, Carne Asda Quesadilla and Horchata. The meat tasted good and it wasn't greasy. Staff were chill and it was ready to go quickly. I parked easily across the street on Inglewood. In and out in under 10 minutes. Looking forward to trying the Birria and tacos when I return. Provecho. read more

The server and the owner are both friendly and genuinely hoping you have a great experience. The Asada plate was pretty good. The crunchy taco wasn't as crunchy as it should've been. The gobernador's shrimp was a bit too mushy for my taste. Overall, the food was good and I'll will be back if I'm in the area.

Good weight, but not the typical tight rolled cigar. All doubts were put to rest at first bite. The chicken is so juicy and flavorful, the guacamole is even throughout and the chicken is plentiful. Absolutely no bad bites. Definitely coming back here again, easy stop when coming to LAX and worth the time for the detour.
