Terrible service in the lake elsinore jack in the box. There sign off the freeway says 2 sausage cresants for $5.50. No other restrictions but the store says online only. They wonder why there sales are 6.7% lower hum. I called customer service and she told me that all there special are digital coupons only. I told her I understand but it should be posted on the bill board so people dont get off the freeway and hoping to get something there not. There where no cars in jack in the box and about 10 at McDonald's. Customer service said they are not McDonald's and are not trying to be them or beat them. I was amazing how terrible customer was and I will not support a company that doesn't care about customer. read more

Cheap food for too high a price. $6 All Day Combo Deals just dropped and theyre almost ok, except the entrees aren't anywhete near as thick as in the picture and they're all as dry and salty as Jack in the Box has ever been. This franchise's location is in the perfect part of Lake Elsinore when you're hungry, desperate, and perhaps under the influence of unknown substances. As a whole their burgers are hot and made to order, the drive-through reasonably fast, and their tacos the perfect bad-for-you treat. Thumbs up for delivering what was needed, when it was needed! On 5/27/22 the "manager" of this store mocked my disability and refused to serve me at the drive-thru. She told me "You look like you can walk fine to me." She was unconcerned with my Disabled placard. I told her to "Do your job!" and she secretly called the police and told them there was a ROBBERY in progress!!!
