Always a pleasure. In N Out is the best place to go to get the best bang for your buck. It's consistently good. Price is cheap compared to other fast food spots. I'm very disappointed with the service. I ordered a Double-Double and two plain burger patties for my dogs. Before leaving, I specifically asked the employee to confirm that the patties were included in my order, and they assured me they were. When I got home, I was surprised to find that the patties were missing. I live about 10 minutes away, and by the time I realized the mistake, it wasn't worth driving back. I tried calling the restaurant several times, but no one answered. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had issues at this location. It seems like there's a recurring lack of attention to detail, and it's frustrating when you take the time to verify your order and it still isn't correct. I hope management addresses these ongoing service issues so future customers don't have the same experience. read more

What can I say that hasn't already been said about In-N-Out? If this is your first experience with them, you're in luck. This is a new location and a huge one. I mean the parking lot is a good size, complete with some EV charging stations and even more parking in the dirt lot.They handle busy days and the resulting traffic extremely well. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. I don't know if it's just a result of this spot being new, but you can smell the burgers from across the street. Hell, somehow the smell got into the A/C systems across the street at LA Fitness and I could smell them in the racquetball courts. I no longer eat meat, so I just went to try their fries because for years they were admittedly not my favorite. But, I went in, ordered 2 and they were better than I remember.I mean Five Guys fries are still my fav, but these weren't too bad and I was able to eat some of them without ketchup. I'm a native Californian, how could you not love In n Out. Visited this location on a Thursday night after a long drive. They were slammed but the drive thru crew was present and pleasant. Got thru the line to my food in less than 10 min. Food was got and tasted great after a long day. My boys eat a double double with fries and they are always happy when I bring home In N Out. What impressed me most was how prepared they were on opening day. Even with the long drive-thru line, everything ran so smoothly and efficiently. My hamburgers are the best. Service is polite. The whole restaurant is clean and it's a friendly ambience.

How could you not like In-N-Out? The drive-thru line is always long and could definitely be planned a bit better, but it doesn't take away from how good the food is. The taste is consistently on point, and those animal fries are everything. Plus, it's one of the more reasonably priced options in our area, which makes it a total win-win! read more

The new location in Lake Elsinore is fantastic and it has taken down the traffic at the other In-N-Out Burger made it easier for me because I live up the hill from it and it has saved some traffic jams but boy can they put the burgers out and they're always fantastic read more

HORRIBLE !!! I came in around 12:30 when it was not busy. They took my order at the drive-thru, but when I got to the window they couldn't find my order anywhere and I had to reorder everything. After that, they told me to pull forward and that they would bring the food out to me. Unfortunately, they forgot about me again. I eventually had to go inside to ask about my order, only to see my food sitting on the counter getting cold. They handed it to me and kept staring at me like "you can go now " but I had to remind them about my drinks !?? When I got to the window to pay Sophia looked very confused handling my cash. on the receipt it showed that she was supposed to give me $.66 back and I only received 50. we only noticed that after we drove past the window. We asked for two sides of pickles when ordering, but we did not receive them in the bag so at the window we asked for two sides of pickles, Sydney interrupted me when asking for pickles and left the window without saying anything. she interrupted us abruptly with attitude, turned around and yelled out for pickles. When she turned back to the window, she rudely asked what was the second thing I said when if she would've just listened from the very beginning and didn't interrupt me, she would've known. Sorry to say, this In N Out needs some work. Orders are NOT consistent, I've had to go to the counter several times after they forget my order. Half the employees have a attitude. Have came here 3x since opening. First time ate inside was delicious, so excited to have a in and out closer than Diamond exit. 2nd time was about 2 weeks ago. Went through drive thru and brought back home. All burger buns burnt. Looked burnt taste burnt and hard. Tried to put lots of sauce still gross what a disappointment. Thought to give them another chance. Once again drive thru, got home all buns burnt. Husband took two bites and tossed his, daughter wouldn't eat it and I ate the meat. Also was surprised the fry's were cold. Cold in 10 min, must been sitting pretty long before being handed to me. Husband and myself both agree we will not return. I will drive the 20 min to Diamond and my fry's will still be hotter than tonight and at least my buns won't be crispy and burnt. So bummed, we love in and out but not this location. read more
