Whenever I wanna quick little snack and decent quality food, here's where I come. Always clean and bright and efficient with top-notch service and cute little uniforms. My meal cost me $6.34 with tax - about the price of a good chocolate croissant. Or a Snickers bar and a bottle of water. My meal consists of an "off menu" item which is cheese, tomato, lettuce, and a bun. I skipped the onion, and I skipped the special sauce. I ordered some french fries that are always HOT off the press and I get my ketchup in the little "single serve" packets as I prefer to the "pump your own" community condiment bar. Occasionally, I grab one of those yellow pepper things which is a strange item in such an establishment, but I think people dig it. Today I was quite impressed as my sandwich came without any beef remnants that I usually have to pull out of the cheese or pull off the bun as it's usually cooked on the same grill. I don't want to be "that guy" that says: "please cook on a separate grill" so I take my chances. Much to my surprise, it was done for me without asking! My number 34 wasn't popping up for the longest of times. I assumed maybe that's what was going on or they lost my order. When number 49 and 51 start popping up there was cause for concern. A terrific little snack in a great spot! This location is smaller than most with a seating capacity of only 50. There's plenty of parking and right off of Highway 15 for ease of access. I LOVE this location if you have the time to Eat In. The Crew here is truly exemplary. For $10 you cannot eat better anywhere else. The burgers and fries here are always fresh and I really cannot give them enough credit for their efficiency. Service is Always and I really mean ALWAYS professional and friendly. Space can be limited at rush times but the food truly is worth it, my only wish is thatthey had some music in the dining area. The staff here is super friendly and helpful. They really provide exceptional service even late at night. I came while driving thru from a business trip and it was pretty late. Flight delays and driving had me with very limited options by the time I landed. Glad I stopped by, everything was cooked perfectly and just as I ordered it. The food is always great and always on point! This is my hometown In N Out and I've been coming here for years! I've never had a problem, service is always great! I always brag about how good and affordable it is, seriously 3 people can eat under $35. Food and drinks! That's rare now a days. This In N Out is located right by the 15 fwy on-ramp on Railroad Canyon... not a very good layout because when the drive thru entrance gets busy, the cars extend to the street and the street gets super crowded. Our 5 Flying Dutchman's were really really salty. I'll have to remember to ask for no salt next time. Our fries were also cold by the time we got home 10 minutes later so might want to park and eat if you want hot fries. Not a quiet place to eat outside, it's very close to the freeway and busy traffic at all times. Drive thru line is always long but every In N Out has that problem. Repeated the order 3 times only for them to get the order wrong, only one double double combo was with extra onions and cut chilies the other 2 combos was normal, what received was one double double with nothing and the other 2?had no onions. FYI, this is my 3rd time coming to this location. It was after 10pm on a Saturday night, the drive-thru was past KFC, so we dined in. No line to order. It took just under 30 minutes for our order to be called. Also, other customers that came after us, their order was called before ours. I've had In-N-Out since I was a kid never had a bad experience or a problem with my order not ones till today I went through the drive-through six minutes before closing time this is messed up, both top and bottom buns on my 3x3 are burnt I mean, black hard crunchy burnt also the meat was way overcooked all dry and hard with no lettuce I wouldn't give it to my dog at first I thought I was being Pranked some how but this feels personal No J my fries also overcooked I ordered a Coke almost got Diet Coke. Unacceptable Experience - Extremely Disappointed I usually enjoy In-N-Out, but my recent visit was beyond frustrating and disappointing. After a long day at work and feeling extremely hungry, I waited over 30 minutes for my order--only to find out it had been given to someone else. With just a casual "sorry, we'll remake it." When I finally received my food, it was wrong. I specifically ordered well-done fries, but got soggy, limp ones. If I wanted soggy, limp fries with bare any cheese, grilled onion or sauce I could've gone to a gas station. At bare minimum the least you could have done was make the order correctly. This kind of service is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but the complete lack of accountability and attention to detail is seriously disappointing. Do better, In-N-Out. My son came home after 3 years from Italy while serving in the US Navy. We had a surprise Welcome Home party for him. He said one of the foods he missed the most was Caines and In-n-Out Burgers. So as we got off the freeway heading towards Canyon Lake, we stopped at Lake Elsonore In-n-Out. We had the special to order 10 double doubles, 5 regular and 5 animal style, cut in halves and individually wrapped. This store got our order finished in record time and was done completely perfect to our request. The employees were awesome. One of them thanked our son for his service and shook his hand. They prepared everything with a smile and didn't even fuss about wrapping the halves individually for our guests. This In-n-Out is always immaculately clean, and the fastest one, even when using the drive-thru. I highly suggest this In-n-Out beyond all others. Even if you see a long line, it goes very quickly. We LOVE this In n Out! We've been to ones before that just love to make that shake right away and you get to the window and it's just liquid. THIS In n Out actually takes care of their customers. Everything, of course, is always so fresh. We usually get a couple Double Doubles, one Animal (with whole grilled and chopped grilled onions) and one Protein Style with xtra lettuce and xtra grilled onions, and also a couple regular singles..all toasted buns and all oh so delicious. Not only is the food always on point but the employees, ALL of them, are such a phenomenal group of people. Always so happy and so friendly. Tonight was definitely different in such a good and positive way. Friday, January 6th around 10:30pm, we pull up to the pay window and apparently the people in front of us decided to pay it forward to the car behind them, which happened to be us, and in turn, we decided to do the same.
