you need to go into a fast food joint with the right expectations- its fast , its easy and its convenient . If the expectations are set right , most fast food places get the job done . Stopped here for a quick take-out on our way from White sands. We were in and out in 5-10 minutes , the food was hot ,greasy and unhealthy ,just the way we wanted it . Waited an hour for my food delivery, which consisted of a burger combo, strawberry shake, and stuffed jalapenos. Delivery person called me an hour after I placed my order that they shut off their shake machine; okay no big deal, I'll just get a large Coke please. Didn't think I'll starve that night but they never delivered my order after that call. They just cancelled my order without explanation. I have to agree with other reviews, terrible customer service and extremely unreliable. I know we should cut businesses some slack during this COVID environment but this is ridiculous -- they didn't even follow up with a call. read more

I've heard some pretty lame "sorry it took so long" excuses but then I hear a new one that tops all the others. There were no cars in the drive thru and I was asked to wait out in the parking lot anyway. There were a few other people waiting in their cars so I assumed they were waiting for food too. One by one they left but nobody from the restaurant approached their cars so I wondered why they were waiting in the parking lot to begin with. I saw several more cars go through the drive thru and then leave so I was a little suspicious as to why it was taking so long to bring my food out to my car. After 15 minutes I got out and went up to the door and an employee asked if I had ordered already. I said yes and that I had been waiting for a long time and they said they would have to remake my order. I asked why and they said they "didn't know who the food belonged to" which I assumed meant they got rid of it because it sat unclaimed for too long. I waited a few more minutes in silent irritation and the employee brought my food to my car. I asked if anyone saw me in the parking lot and they said they thought I left. Apparently they saw someone in a car like mine drive off so they assumed I just left. Uh, what? First they didn't know who ordered the food, and now they said I took off? My first instinct was to call them out on their BS but that wouldn't change anything. The employee gave me a couple dessert cakes to say sorry and that was a nice gesture, but this entire situation could have been avoided if someone would have taken a few moments to look for my car instead of making a grossly inaccurate assumption. read more

This Jack In A Box is located in one of the busiest intersection of the city. It's convenient along the way, but maybe a little hard to drive out of the driveway with incoming traffic, esp rush hour or lunch time. They have a drive thru and a clean dining area. Their food is as standard as any other JIB. read more

On a road trip from Texas to Nevada, we stopped in Las Cruces for lunch. We went through the drive-thru, and I had to comment that it was the nicest service that I have ever received at a Jack in the Box. The person on the speaker was very clear and made me double check my order on the screen. At the window, the cashier verified my order again, and double checked on all condiments. I'm gonna rate this a 2 star not because of the food but because of the service It's a 24 hour restaurant that offers a drive-through to be open 24 hours so if I go in at 3:30 in the morning I expect to be taken care of not told that there systems are updating and I could either wait 40 minutes or go somewhere else the staff was very rude about the fact that their systems are updating I don't recommend this one from now on I would drive all the way to the one off Sonoma Ranch read more

We are avid Jack in the Box fans, but will not be coming back to this one. We went today, and the staff was not only unprofessionally dressed (one manager looked dressed for the club/bar rather than for work). Two men with headphones (I assume they were managers) were standing outside the parking lot verbally berating people that were parking, threatening to tow people if they did not come in. Fresh fries, great tasting burger, curly fry surprises, and my Sprite tasted like it was fresh squeezed from a lime! The staff was very courteous and I got exactly what I ordered. I'm so pissed off because now I have to go back and get my debit card from them because they kept it after asking me to pay I choose to pay with MY debit car which I did and then they asked me for my ID like if I was buying alcohol like really I'm over here thinking and all the years that I've had I have never been asked in a Jack-in-the-Box for an ID or any other fast food places so I can pay this is ridiculous but I went along with it I give them my ID they kept my damn debit card but since I have an alert alarm app for my debit cards I got A message alert of robbery and guess what now I'm pressing charges. read more

Really good burgers for a fast food place. Even better with green chiles. Staff were very courteous and it looked like they had good teamwork in the back. Good burgers. I like their greasy flat tacos also. I've never had Jacks screw up my order the way McDs and Sonic have in Las Cruces. The staff at the drive through window have always been courteous (sometimes too much so..I'm not always in the mood for conversation when picking up fast food). My only complaint with this Jack in the Box is that the orders take longer to fill than at the other places. However unlike the other places I get what I order. Can't really give a fast food place more than 3 stars, but this Jacks is just fine in my book. read more

Very rude and unprofessional staff. They had a manager standing outside yelling at people parking to make sure they were going into Jack in The Box rather than the next door establishment. I saw him threaten to tow people, and harassing people in the parking lot. Will not go back to this location ever again. read more

I personally love jack in the box but since this one night, my buddy and I wanted to pick up a couple of munchie meals after watching the movie Annabelle we came over here knowing that it would be open around 12 at night and so we order our meals separately and once we get to the window this lady/man I can't specify but she swiped my card for the first order and said it was declined, now I know my card shouldn't have gotten declined and then my buddy for the second order got his card declined, I believe she didn't even swipe our cards and wanted us to get out of there so they wouldn't have to make our orders and I know personally that my card shouldn't have been declined because I went to jack in the box the next day and ordered a munchie meal before it was $6 and it went through. I believe this person should be fired for even doing sucha thing. read more
