While we where eating in house a little rush came in and same lowly attitude and the store manager was just standing in the middle of the make station on his phone, when he did finally help the people waiting at the register not 2 words no thank you, no enthusiasm. Shop was hectic, but taking orders seemed relatively painless. Half the group ordered (hot) mushroom and swiss and chicken philly, other half ordered cold subs, including a veggie. Hot food was never made. After about 20 minutes and the entire restaurant had cleared out except for those waiting, someone inquired about the hot food and was told it was "almost done" but a quick check on the grill showed that was not the case. Staff were defensive and argumentative but despite saying "its ready!".... The sheer absence of food disputed this. Food finally emerged (no option to add anything) and while the orders were incorrect, they were also so awful looking as to be not worth arguing over, or eating. As a final insult, someone came in to use the bathroom and a staff member called out, sorry for all the trouble! And then another called out, no we're not!

I have never been so disrespected nor spoken to SO RUDELY on the phone. Server #6047 was awful. Upon arriving, I waited in the car for my husband to pick up the order for 15 minutes while the woman made TWO other sandwiches ! After all this, we got home and order was wrong, no mustard or mayo so we ate our sandwiches "dry". There are many other sub sandwich stores to choose from and after being treated so poorly, we will never go to Subway again.

Per the usual with any In-n-Out, the place was packed and busy, yet all of the employees were all very nice and friendly. I ordered 2 Double Doubles, both with raw onions.
