Friendly and fast service, very clean space, and our meal was customized to perfection. One of the best in-n-outs we've ever been to.

The staff here is always so friendly. We always come when it's super busy and don't wait long for our food. We have been coming to this location for years since it's closest to the house and have always had a good experience. The staff does a good job at keeping the restaurant clean and tidy. Most of the time we go through the drive through but today we decided to enjoy our food in the lobby. I couldn't help but notice the sign on the door about the closure on Easter Sunday to let the associates enjoy the day with their families and I fought it was really nice. 10/10 for me

Yea. I know it's a mostly western regional fast food place. I don't like their fries except animal style but their burgers rock. Stopped in for snack coming in from the airport. Cheeseburger Animal Style and a side of peppers to kick it up a notch. Service was good and the place was spotless classic In and Out.

Over rated! So the service and prices are great but the quality of the burgers...eehhh. Value (A+) Excellent value - it was $26 for 3 individuals including burgers, fries and milk shakes. Can not beat the value for a QSR- McDonalds and Taco Bell and other QSRs who appear "cheap" cost a lot more. One could eat for $5-$6 and be full. Great value Service (A+) Well run machine with a simple menu. I love the simple menu and the operational execution. The other crappy QSRs like Burger King and Taco Bell can learn a ton about how to quickly and politely service customers. in/Out was able to service more customers in 10 minutes than the local Taco Bell does in 2-3 hours. Yes not a typo. The individual at the counter is friendly and well trained and anticipates your needs. I like how they proactively help you carry your menu items to your table vs watching you struggle - take note Taco Bell, Arby's. Food (B) So why the 4 stars and not 5. The burgers are just okay. Maybe my expectations were set extremely high from all the hype. But they were not bad just not good. I don't get why individuals crave this place and rant and rave about the burgers. Yes better than McDonalds, on par with Burger King but not close to Wendy's. Also the fries have not flavor - which baffles me since they appear to make them fresh in store. My wife makes fresh French fries at home and they taste 1000x times better. The milk shakes were okay. Overall - it's a great value and they provide great service. If you are on a tighter budget or a value conscious consumer then this is your place. But be warned the burgers are not that good and the fries are bland. But for The price a good deal.

I came here with my parents because they wanted to try this place that my uncle recommended I have it here a couple different times in different states but I'm not a real big fan of In-N-Out!!! the quality of the food is OK. I wouldn't say the best the service was good. It was very busy when we went. For the price, I would think it would be a lot better than one.. my dad was not impressed at all. One and done for them.

My typical meal. Great meal for the price!

Food is consistently good. You can't find better service with a smile ( the servers are making decent money). As for the ambiance, well this last time it was very noisy with crying children who were also running around. Gratefully, a female staff attentively offered them stickers and hats. The children quieted down!

Being from Florida this was a nice meal. If I'm ever on the west coast then is a must stop for me. The staff are always super friendly and the order is always cooked quickly. My burger was awesome & the fry's were smokin hot.

    Gorgeous Arizona sky.

One of my favorite locations! Not sure why as all locations are 100% identical in quality of service and food. It's just a nice stop off the freeway for a delicious and tasty burger. This location as all others is nicely landscaped and very attractive. I love these burgers! Flawless service and amazing food!

Burgers are always good. Still no coke zero though. I ask for no salt fries and salt myself- otherwise they are drowning in it.

It was a smash cheeseburger on texas toast, fries and one big chicken tendy. I got the special to try their burger for the first time and save some money. I'm not usually a fan of having my burger smashed but this one was hitting the spot. It had a slice of American cheese and their cowpig sauce. Very tasty I must say. I found myself dipping it in more sauce. The fries were perfectly crispy, they kinda remind me of McDee's fries and were just as good. The tendy was huge and crunchy and served with a side of ranch and cowpig sauce. I also enjoyed the "jams" they were playing. It was some old school 80's and 90's hip hop and R&B bangers. The bar itself is very small but you can sit out in the back if you need more space. Although I didn't drink this time, it appeared that they had some really good beers on tap as well. Next time I'll will have to grab a few.

So many higher-end expensive restaurants serve bland, tasteless food, meanwhile this amazing mid-ranged restaurant is serving some of the best dishes I've ever had. The smashed chicken was probably the best chicken dish I have ever had at a restaurant. The skin was perfectly crispy while the meat was juicy and well-seasoned. The ginger and herb salsa verde was so fresh and aromatic. The cilantro rice complimented the lemongrass aioli perfectly. Everything was seasoned perfectly, and I'm usually one to reach for the salt shaker at most restaurants. Smoked olives are a concept I have never considered before. It's a concept that was executed perfectly here. So savory, flavorful, and complex. I'd love to have a few with a dirty martini. Speaking of drinks, my Casino gin cocktail was great. Perfect level of sweetness and tartness. I knew I had to order dessert after how good everything else was, even though I am usually not a dessert person. The oolong tea cake was nothing short of incredible. The tea flavor was subtle but paired well with the fluffy and light honey buttercream. Not too sweet at all. Of course, the service was great too. Our waiter was very attentive and personable. My first experience at 5 points made me realize that this is what restaurants should strive to be. I can tell there is passion poured into every dish with every ingredient thoughtfully melded together. I can't wait to bring everyone I know here so they can experience this too!!

Turning into the parking lot if you're heading south is a little tricky, but pretty big parking lot. We came at 12:45pm for lunch and it wasn't too busy, so not sure how packed or difficult parking is at dinner. Staff were friendly and they let us sit in our booth for greater than 2 hours since my friend and I were catching up and it wasn't too busy. They were a little behind in refilling my water cup, but otherwise, super friendly and you go up to the front desk to pay, at least that's what we did when we were done. Their menu offers a mix of Native American food and Mexican food, primarily a mix of popovers aka fry bread in replacement of tortillas for some dishes. I got the popover sample, which is a sample of their popover with green chile, red chili and refried bean taco. Their chili come with beef. It's a decent size if you're not starving and they also give free chips & salsa, so it was the perfect amount for me. The server said for the sampler, they take what's normally one large popover and split it into 3 pieces, so it gives you an idea of what one large popover size looks like.
