In and out is the only "fast food" restaurant I can eat at that will not make me feel absolutely sick to my stomach after I eat it. I typically use the drive through I go after my shift at work so it's late at night when I get off. The staff is always so friendly, but there's one staff member whose always smiling no matter how long the drive thru line is, Logan i typically see Logan in the drive through hes taken my orders a few times and he is always smiling, super friendly, always asks how im doing. . You know you are at a In n Out when the parking lot is crazy full and the line for the drive thru is longgggggggg. This location was no different then the many locations I have been to. Service was fast, great, and the food was good. Finding a table was like a race and we had to be on the lookout for the next available one. My go to order: #1 - protein style with onions, no sauce, no tomato, and mustard fried meat patties. Oh and the "well done" fries! YUM! read more

I'm at this location frequently. Was there 1/28/26 at opening time. I only go to two brands of fast food anymore. In-N-Out and Chick-Fil-A. All the other brands have clueless, slovenly, unconcerned employees and run down facilities where they think the customer is supposed to cater to them and not the other way around. In-N-Out and especially this location has always had friendly, helpful employees. I even had interaction with the manager yesterday and the same applies. They actually care about the customer. The store is always clean and orderly. Food is always fresh which is why it may take a few minutes. The standards there are not only good for the customer, but for the employees as well. Their young employees get the benefit of the type of training and work ethic experience that will set them up for success in life. So, good job In-n-Out. read more

Today, we decided to eat at In-N-Out on our way to Casa Grande. My wife had the single burger with French fries and I had the Double-Double with French fries. Our experience was a good one that we hadn't experienced at an In-N-Out for about 12 years (none of their restaurants in NM). Love In and Out! Nothing I can complain about! Always great service, staff extremely friendly, constantly flavorful food, great prices, tasty shakes and fries. Most locations have outside seating, so you can bring your pooch. Most locations open late too! This was my first In and Out experience and I'm so lucky I tried it out here! The double double "animal style" was quite amazing and I think it was really wise that they're giving peppers (2-3 each) in individual plastic containers. Overall, a solid burger priced appropriately meant to be good fast food. read more

Look, folks go crazy about In-N-Out Burger, and yes for fast food it's good... but attention foodies, for the same money you can go down to the southside and stuff your face with some of the best tacos in the world. Still, I appreciate that In-N-Out is devoted to providing good quality and trying to be a good citizen in the fast food sector, so if you're choosing between fast food restaurants, then I'd go with them. read more

My granddaughter says In-N-Out have the best cheeseburgers ever! It is one of the few places she will finish the entire thing. What I like about this place is how well staffed they always are. I usually count a dozen employees behind the counters. The service is better than most fast food places. And I'm talking about the orders are NEVER wrong! The food is prepared fresh; you have a clear site of the kitchen and you can watch them wash and cut the potatoes into fries; watch them cook and put together the burgers. The restaurant is very clean with someone constantly walking around picking up trash or cleaning off tables. The drive thru is pretty unique in that they ask if you are taking your food with you or eating in your car. If in your car they give you placemats. Now that we have moved to Indiana, I expect we will be constantly comparing cheeseburgers to those at In-N-Out. I know my granddaughter misses their cheeseburgers already! read more

Things have certainly changed in the last year plus, but at least you can still get your In-N-Out fix! You have at least 4 options here, which is nice, to get your meal. Go through the drive thru window, which looks like it will take all day but is actually quite fast, walk-in and order for take away, order for sit down with limited seating for social distancing or have your food delivered! The food is still good quality and the staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you! read more

She likes her wings extra crispy, so she ordered her 2 sauces (garlic parmesan, and pineapple habanero) on the side. The wings were very crispy and cooked perfectly. The garlic parmesan sauce was great as was the pineapple habanero sauce, which was pretty darn hot! I ordered their award-winning Cuban burger (with ham, pulled pork, Swiss cheese and pickles). It was a bit messy but definitely delicious. I got onion rings as my side instead of fries. They were excellent and I could tell right away they were made fresh in-house. We also ordered some tater tots to share, which were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. I'm a craft beer lover so it was nice to see that, in addition to their domestic taps (Bud, Ultra, Dos Equis, etc.) that they also had a few craft cans to offer. We both opted for a Sierra Nevada Atomic Torpedo Double IPA and also each had a shot (or two) of Jim Beam Bourbon). We had a great time and are so happy we finally made it out to try them. Even after just one visit, they're already one of our favorite bars/saloons in the Tucson area. We will definitely be back.

Completely disappointing to see how they treat their employees, I witnessed a poor girl be yelled at and humiliated by this Audrey lady, not sure if she's a supervisor or what but she has a nasty attitude and was extremely disrespectful towards the other employee and even clapped at her as she told her to do her job. But I'll forgive them because I had a great meal. Ambiance (N/A): Located on the University of Arizona's campus, I used the drive through. So I can't touch on the experience inside, but I would imagine it's similar to other Cane's locations nationwide. Service (4.5/5): This is where I was most impressed. They pulled one straight from Chick-fil-a's notebook. The line at the drive through was relatively long so they had two people outside on foot taking orders and payment. Which meant that the line moved quicker. Props to this Cane's location. Nobody likes waiting in line for too long. Drinks (4/5): Anywhere that has sweet tea and lemonade (that's not Minute Maid) on the menu, is a winner in my book. This time, I went with a sweet tea as part of my combo. Food (4/5): I went with the Box combo which comes with four chicken fingers, crinkly-cut fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, and Cane's sauce. Like Chick-fil-a, Cane's menu is simple. But what they do, they do well. The chicken is delicious. Cane's sauce is addicting. The buttered Texas toast is too. The fries could be better but they're solid. Overall, they're the second best fast food joint in the country behind Chick-fil-a. And this location is doing a great job. It was worth the hike.
