I was waiting in the dt and the person at the speaker box told me to wait it took about 5 minutes to get to me and 15 minutes to get to the window. I waited another few minutes at the window when i got handed my food the window was shut immediately and i was still missing my drink and sauces. Service was terrible. Go to any other jack in the box BUT this one!! every time i come to this location they always mess up my order.. and i mean EVERY.TIME!! there will be no one else in the drive through but me and they still mess up my order. the amount of times that i've went home with someone else's order and i have to drive back down there to get what i actually ordered. I don't know how this location is still open if I'm being honest. Every single time I try coming here there's always something wrong. They're short staffed so they're not taking orders, you wait for 10 mins until someone comes on the intercom, workers will be outside smoking while no one helps you. This morning I stopped to get food and the cashier said they're not taking orders because their computer is down and it was gonna take too long. So I drove to the YC location and the man working there just let me know the computer had to restart and he was gonna get it up so he can take my order. Employees and manager were so super kind. As a family of 8, we stopped for a quick to go meal on our way home from a camping trip. We ordered 32 chicken nuggets, 7 grilled cheese, and 4 large fries. Everything was freshly made and while we waited, they offered us each a free drink. We don't drink soda so we declined but they threw in two free cheeseburgers, too. I went to Jack in the box in Maryville ca last night I got the munchie meal. Brought it home the fries where cold and the tacos looked like they where on the self since the morning they where also cold I didn't even open the burger. I took the meal back to the restaurant and when I asked to speak with a manager the workers said there was none on duty? And the employees started around with me that the food was fresh only one worker said I will make you a fresh order and that she was sorry the rest of the ladies where standing there upset. When I told them that I tried to call them 4 times they said the phone was broken??? I find that hard to believe. I think that someone from the jack in the box franchise needs to go in and retrain the workers on cleanliness and what fresh food is. I will not go back to this. read more

My wife and I both worked late on Friday night and were both exhausted so we thought we would pick up something quickly. We were 2 cars behind car at speaker, it took us 40 mins to pull up too speaker. After stopping at speaker we waited patiently for about 30 mins, then the vehicle at window left and there was no one in front of us. My wife said hello are you still open even though it was barely 9 pm. And 2 different women came on at same time yelling at us too shut the f... up or go somewhere else. They called us names when my wife said sorry we were just asking . The yelling and name calling got really bad. So we left and will NEVER EVER go to another Jack in the box ever again. I hate giving bad reviews and I'm generally pretty chill with fast food places but holy moly. The customer service is baaad. The employees always seem like they're at the end of their rope. I don't blame them per se but it doesn't make for a great experience. The food is ok but they ALWAYS make mistakes. Sometimes it's small but most times it's incredibly frustrating. I'm lactose intolerant and always order my burgers without cheese. Guess what they always do? Give me cheese! Of course I never notice until I get home. On my recent visit not only did they put cheese on my burger but they gave my husband the wrong burger but charged him $3 extra for the one he was SUPPOSED to get. So the lobby was locked up and unavailable and I got in line at the drive-through. By the time I got to the menu for the drive-thru, exiting the line had been blocked by a shiny yellow chain and some posts that look new. At the drive-in menu, they had posted a hand-scrawled sign on binder paper stating that the microphone/speaker ordering system was broken, so we'd need to memorize our order and give it at the window, then wait for them to prepare each individual order while the car waits at the window. It took a good 25 minutes for me to get to the window from the menu. I decided I'd go light and just order a couple of tacos. Nice and simple, but...no.
