Great location, clean curb appeal and friendly service. Going through the drive thru is a cinch with the design layout. Staff were friendly and courteous with quality control. Food was hot and fresh. Been here a handful of times and always satisfied. Ordered several items with special dietary needs and all were completed and customized. Great stop for those tiny tacos or spicy chicken. We walked in, and the first thing we saw was a homeless person sleeping on the ground in the middle of the restaurant. Nobody said anything to him, he just slept there with a blanket over his head. We ordered, but they forgot our drinks. Then I went to get coffee since it's self-serve, but they had no creamer. I had to shout to get their attention after waiting for about five minutes. They finally brought creamer, but when I went to get coffee, the machine was empty. Overall, the manager of this place really failed today. read more

I don't give bad reviews. People should make their own decisions. However, I went through the drive through, placed a simple order, 2 tacos, 2 cheesecakes, 5 piece chicken strips and a smash burger. I get to the window and worker tells me amount and I pay. She hands me change and receipt together and awkwardly. Doesn't say anything. Turns to get one bag and hands it to me with a, this is your cheesecakes. A few minutes later she comes back with another bag, hands it out the window to me without a word and turns around. The girl working the counter was so short she could barely see over the register, but trust me, her attitude was bigger than her height. She acted like taking an order was the biggest inconvenience of her life. Rolled her eyes when we asked questions, messed up the order completely, and when we tried to fix it, she had the nerve to argue like it was our fault. She slammed the food down on the counter like she was mad she had to reach that high. Honestly, it felt like she was taking her height issues out on the customers. Super unprofessional, super rude. And when we spoke to the female employee with glasses she was as intelligent as a dusty white turd said oh you wanted the patty with it? I would give no stars, I've been to this location multiple times because mentone being so small there isn't much food to choose from but everytime I go the service gets worse, I went a month or so ago and there was people Throwing glass bottles trying to hit cars from the ally next door, then I went again and I ordered a number 10 the cashier put a number 15 on the order screen when I told her it was incorrect she wanted to argue with me about how I asked for a 15 not a 10 which was very unnecessary and unprofessional I also ordered curly fries with my meal and when I checked my food I didn't have my curly fries only regular fries when i told them I didn't get my curly fries I heard the cook in the back say "just fucking give it to her" then he had the nerve to come to the window with a big attitude and say "I gave you fries so what's the problem" needless to say it was unprofessional once again now today I went again and ordered 2 nugget meals and I asked for ranch and the cashier charged me for it when I asked her a simple question of why I was being charged for ranch she had an attitude saying I wanted extra when I never asked for extra I told her nicely "doesn't the meal come with sauce?" I am always concerned when fast food restaurants have dirty windows and stainless steel counters in the drive through. It takes about two minutes to clean up this area inside and out and they are open 24 hours. It is 100% of the visual perception of the restaurant and I can't understand how they can ignore these areas. Not just light dust from the wind, we all know what days of smudges and dirt look like. First time, no line in drive thru. Ordered cheeseburger and curly fries. Waited about 5 min at window after paying, even though no other customers were there, inside or behind me. Got home nearby, 10 min. Max. Both were cold, luke warm burger at best. Cheese was unmelted and way too much mayo and ketchup. I had to scrape it off. Eating cold food and dry patty and bun, I considered not eating it because I wondered how long the food sat in the empty restaurant before I showed up. Unfortunately, I was too hungry. Happy a new is Jack nearby, but I don't think I'll give it a try again, maybe if I see/hear reviews are better. Too bad. If you own this place and are reading this, please prioritize fresh hot food over having some sitting for efficiency and speed. Speed and efficiency don't matter if you have no customers. People will wait a little longer if it's something good.
