I don't understand the low rating. Do people not understand what fast food is? This Jack in the Box is exactly what it's supposed to be.

On our way back to Vegas, to fly out after our 9 day vacation around the Grand Canyon, we decided to stop at Jack in the Box for a quick lunch. The only reason we did it was because neither my wife or I had ever been to a Jack, so it seemed like a perfect opportunity. We should have kept driving. The menu looked great when we walked in, but we should have known it was not going to go well when we saw all the people standing off to the side waiting on their orders. It seemed like total chaos behind the counter and in the back. We placed our order, Ultimate Cheeseburger Combo for me, Chicken Nuggets Combo for my wife. The cheeseburger and the nuggets were okay, but the shoestring (my least favorite kind) fries were pretty bad. I almost never leave fries on the plate at the end of a meal, but I did on this day. read more

This place is horrible. I cannot recommend. Better off going to Smith's and eating some celery. Stopped in here at 9:15 PM. It is hard to screw up a hamburger. But these guys can do it. Ordered two Jumbo Jack Jrs. Mustard and pickles. The hamburgers arrived cold, maybe room temperature at best. This is the cook's idea of mustard and pickles. i came wednesday at 1pm at the lady taking my order was extremely unprofessional, and rude. she was cocky and disrespectful. then i came to the window and she then slammed the window on my face after i asked for more ranch. i believe her name was norma or something similar. she needs to be out of here. so embarrassing for the business. read more

We enjoy eating at jack in the box now and then; but this is the worst place we've been too. In the past, the drive thru orders have been wrong on a regular, cold or had 'rancid oil' taste. But today was the worst; place an order using the app for pick up and payment was confirmed through Google pay. When we went to pick up the order, I was informed they had no record of it and there was nothing they could do about .. even after I showed them the confirmed payment receipt on my phone. When I got home, I confirmed with my online bank statement that the payment had in fact been made I could file a claim, which I will be doing on Monday .. bottom line, the folks that work at this Jack in the box are rude and treat their customers extremely poorly. read more

We placed our order through drive thru as the indoor dining is not open . We ordered a sourdough jack burger with one piece of cheese . This burger has bacon & tomato . We ordered the combo which was fries & a diet coke . We also ordered the mushroom Swiss buttery burger combo with Coke Zero. We took a drink of our cokes & they had no syrup. They were flavorless. We told the employee we wanted to new ones as they tasted bad . She made us new drinks & they tasted bad still. We told her & she just shrugged her shoulders like so what . So we just took them . We couldn't even drink them we threw them out & drove down the street to McDonald's to get drinks that tasted decent . Our burgers were good but not very hot . They did not give us any napkins with our order . We usually love Jack in the box & look forward to eating here when we are in the area but this time we were disappointed . read more

Went to this location yesterday and besides having us park out front with the other 4 cars, the food was terrible. I'm not expecting anything superb but even just your basic quick eat is good enough for me and it was not it. Our food tasted old (overcooked or just wanrmd up) and the soda was garbage. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, stay on the freeway and maybe go to Wendy's or somewhere else. The time was around 730pm. read more

I ordered a breakfast jack, the counter person sold me a ham and cheese and said there is egg included. Wrong!!! This established is beyond sad to say the very least. The service here is laughable. Constantly having an attitude, never telling one how much they owe before they leave the drive thru ordering box, never giving out receipts, almost always messing up orders and then treating customers like trash when they go back to correct the orders or asking for sauces. This facility might as well be completely shut down and retrained and/or rehired. The drive thru girls act like they completely hate their job, the customers, and their lives here. I almost hate having a craving from here and having to go order myself because seeing their faces and hearing their monotone melancholy voices gets my mood down. Man, you talk about one ticked off customer. That would be me. Wife and I saw a commercial on that triple cheeseburger so I drive up there. No line, give my order, triple burger with no cheese and a cheeseburger and large fries. Guy at the window asked me if I wanted any sauces, I told him I'll take some extra secret sauce. Get home, what a joke. Of course it looks nothing like the commercial. Maybe 2 little shreds of lettuce and a slice of pickle the size of a nickel on one super dry burger. Get in the bag for some secret sauce and 3 containers of ranch dressing. What can I do with that besides throw it in the trash. Wife's was probably worse. Very poor service, I waited (as well as all drive thru and dine in customers) for a really long time to get breakfast burrito and breakfast sandwiches. The sausage patties in the items very definately yesterdays, burnt and dried out. Don't waste your money or time here. Very slow and un-caring employees. read more

My first and last time eating at Jack in the Box! We should have known when we pulled up and the trash was overflowing outside that it was a bad sign. This restaurant was FILTHY! All of the tables were dirty and the floors were disgusting. My flip flops literally stuck to the floor. My husband used the restroom and it was the dirtiest and stinkiest you can imagine. Looking for a quick and easy meal to go. Went through the drive thru, service was really slow. Had to explain my order 3 times and was given the wrong price. Get to the window and they were not sure what order was ours. Told us a different price. Get our meal and drive off and every single sandwich was wrong. Like their original iced coffee. Jumbo jack bun was a little stale. I love their tacos, especially with extra lettuce...charge me extra if you like, they're only a buck! I tried ordering them with extra lettuce on three different times and got tacos with no lettuce. The first two times, I chucked them in the trash because without lettuce they are gross and I had already driven home. I'm now out two dollars. The third time, I asked them at the drive-up if it's ok to order the tacos with extra lettuce and he said yes, no problem. This time I checked before driving away and they still came out with no lettuce. Rather than risk getting spit tacos with extra lettuce, I asked for my money back. Woo-hoo! The place overall was disgusting..trash under the pop dispenser stuff spilt down walls counters machines..the doors and windows were gross..I EVEN told the young manager the place needs cleaned..she looked around and said..we have someone that does that..I said well they need to do it again..I called our local heath inspector and they are going over this very day...thats great .I will follow up myself in a few days.. All I can say is, if you use the drive thru, make sure you triple check your order .. before finally giving up on them completely, used it several times and, no exaggeration, they never got one order right, leaving out items or providing the wrong one(s). Came for shakes just to find out, after going through an entire order, the shake machine is closed? Their excuse that there is only three people working? So what! This place sucks! I worked fast food and handled the place with TWO people and an open dining room!! Still missing an order of fries. Did not say the small box doesn't come with a drink. Then proceeded to charge for the tiny drink. Can't communicate through the idiotic plexi glass in front of the window and then blamed it on the truck that was turned OFF NOT running. Sucks! Do not bother going here. Do not believe the faked good reviews. Did not offer the sauces with the item that required sauces (same move they played back in January).
