The food is delicious, it's self serve so, service doesn't apply. It's a very simple looking on the inside of the restaurant, which is incredibly small. This isn't a fast food restaurant, so don't expect your food right away. They make it fresh when you order. read more

Food took forever, I think there were only two people working. IT WAS CINCO DE MAYO! Tables dirty, bathroom needed some attention. Not many in the restaurant seemed like more takeout. My wife and I had their surf and turf burrito and their chicken rolled tacos. The burrito was amazing. I can't remember the last time I've had a burrito so delicious. My wife and I couldn't stop talking about it. The rolled tacos were also very good but not as good as my wife's. I have to say that the rolled tacos are far better than anything you will get at any taco shop in Las Vegas. They are very good. My wife is just an amazing cook and we both come from traditional Mexican families. read more

One of the best breakfast burritos I've had, and one of the biggest! I could only eat 3/4 of it. And the salsa verde and hot sauce were sooo good. Very fast walk in to go order. Friendly staff and very welcoming feel. Would love to try more of the menu. read more

My husband and I have been here a few times and the food was good. Today when we came here, I wanted to order a birria quesadilla, but they were out. So I ordered the taquitos dorados. I am allergic to avocado so I asked if they came with guacamole, and the person said no. We waited over 30 minutes for our food, while we could hear the staff laughing and talking in the kitchen. We watched others who arrived after us, get their food and leave. When we finally got our food, my taquitos came with avocado on them! I told him i can't have avocado, he was very short with me and said "they come with avocado" and said "fine" and took them back to the kitchen, and slammed the door. He returned less than 5 minutes later with taquitos with nothing but lettuce and pico de gallo on them. (No cheese.) I was literally afraid to ask for the cheese or salsa because I didn't want to cause a scene. We ate our food and left, but we won't be back. read more

We found this place while visiting Mesquite. We ordered the carne asada burrito and California burrito that includes french fries inside. We enjoyed the hot chips and salsas fresh from the fryer and real Mexican Coca Cola while we waited for our burritos. Everything was delicious and we took half of our burritos with us for later enjoyment. Because everything is made to order it is not fast food but it was definitely worth waiting for. read more

I echo the reviews mentioning the longer wait. We were the only patrons and waited almost 10 minutes for 6 tacos. But they were KILLER tacos. Both the red and green sauces were excellent. I had the macho burrito. I ended up picking out half of the jalapeños out of the burrito. I don't mind spicy but there was as much jalapeños as meat in the burrito. A bit excessive. It could have been in OK burrito if they didn't go to such extremes. After picking out half of the jalapeños the burrito fell apart. Plus the eating area is kind of dumpy. This small casual restaurant in a shopping center is superb. They say everything is made to order and that is obvious. Service is good although one person may be doing everything so don't expect it to be fast. The food is made fresh, is authentic, and is very good. I had enchiladas. It is so worth it though. I had the Chorizo Tacos, and they were exceptional. After scraping off half of the cilantro, they were some of the best tacos I've ever consumed. My co-pilot ordered a Beef Quesadilla. It was huge and stuffed with tender beef. She couldn't finish it. Luckily, I was there to rescue her. My cousin ordered the Burrito California and a Pepsi. I think our food took 15-20 minutes and was about $35. A friend that ate with us ordered the Chicken Taquitos Dorados. We decided to stop here for lunch and we're craving Mexican food. When you pull up, the outside looks like any fast Mexican food joint like Roberto's. But when you walk up to the front door they have a sign that explicitly states the food is prepared fresh once your order is placed and to expect a wait. I ordered the Macho burrito, which was carne asada, rice, beans, pico de gallo, and cheese. My wait time was approximately 10min. I really expected a burrito like Roberto's but I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the burrito was cut in half and saw the contents. This burrito was definitely homemade and tasted like it. The meat was delicious and the pico added a whole other flavor layer to it. The seating could be a little better but the food makes up for it. If you want authentic homemade food, I recommend this restaurant. read more

This is a 10 star joint! The absolute best chips and salsa I've had, ever. No joke. That red salsa is like nothing I've had before. I had the carnitas tacos and they were perfect. Crispy carnitas on awesome tortillas. The wife had a Chile relleno burrito that was also very very good. Sons had carne asada nachos and carne asada burrito. All very good. this used to be our favorite place before they took over. You go in there you even get the the counter to even help you! Several people even were in sitting at the waiting for our walked out the cashier server order taker won't even take orders. She's too busy filling up salsa containers! I'm sure the owner would be quite upset if they knew that is why I'm writing this review. She is very unfriendly and seems to be all into herself and talking Spanish back there with the cook what is going on. The food is OK at best. The meat used to be quality and now you have to spit it out because you get gristle on the tacos very disappointing for what you pay and what you get. We used to go there 2 to 3 times a week. I have this placed marked down as a "last meal" spot, bacon breakfast burrito or chorizo, or I had it both once...i swear they get about a lb of bacon chopped up in that burrito, and pair that up with the flavorful chorizo- so much flavor, that chorizo/orange/ brown hue comes right through the tortilla! So much goodness I need tolimiit myself to just a couple of those a year (once a month if I work out). See for yourself! read more
