Local by toast and even called afterwards to confirm order and pickup date / schedule. The first time, they completely forgot our order and we waited 30 minutes to make. The second time, they did the same thing but thought that the pickup date was for a different date and we had to wait 30 minutes. The third time, I came in at 10:05am and didn't see any boxes being made. Only saw the worker prepping the other orders. I checked in and 5 minutes later, they started prepping the boxes. They finished the boxes and were still frying the tortilla chips and prepping the guacamole. They also forgot the burrito that was placed as well. We had to wait another 30 minutes.
