This was my first foray in a Jack in the Box. Saw commercials for them all the time so was pretty excited. What. A. Letdown. The food was super greasy, referring mostly to the burger I got. It taste.. mediocre, like there was nothing special about it. The curly fries weren't bad, weren't good either. Needed more seasoning. Their mini taco thingy weren't bad, and for the price, we got a decent amount. What really irritated me was the fact that they closed their dining area down AND closed down the whole restaurant except use of the drive thru. I needed to use the bathroom but alas, it was locked up. Went out to eat in the outdoor space and my arm was greeted by a sticky substance when I placed it on the table. There was no one there beforehand so I assumed it has been like that for a bit. If you're gonna force people to eat outside, at least have the courtesy of cleaning the tables. Bottom line, mediocre food, locked up dining area and unclean outside dining area. Wont come here or any other Jack in the box ever again. read more

The food was ok however the didn't make any of our burgers correctly. When brought back up to the counter to have them fix it, it's like I was invisible. They totally ignored me. Then the cook argued with me on what a cheeseburger with ketchup only was. It does not mean put pickles or onions on it. It means only ketchup. And apparently when you order a plain cheeseburger you need to specify to keep the cheese on it. She was not happy. There place was ok for cleanliness but the entire floor was very sticky. Pathetic. The nonsense bureaucracy and restriction in placing a redeemed coupon in use has its limitation from a simple lunch order to go order. A coupon was redeemed and used. But when a second was denied, I opt in doing a separate transaction as a new purchase and again I was still denied. She told to return on another visit, like come back tomorrow or another day. I could've just gotten my partner who was waiting outside to come in, use the coupon for me and reimburse him. I'm just here now wondering how much of a difference that would have made .. Bottom line, If you see a tall covered Native American female staff employee behind the counter, don't bother or simply rather in suggesting going to other close food establishment for anyone reading. Wow, I don't know where to start. This might have been the absolute worst fast food meal I've ever had. It's the first time I've ever had Jack in the Box, and trust me, unless there's absolutely no other option, it will be the last. I'll start with the pros...it was drive thru only and they were reasonably quick. The onion rings were not bad, and it was a big order. As for the cons...we had a cheeseburger that was just gross. The meat tasted terrible. Bad quality and cooked badly too. Chicken nuggets-we got 2 orders of the same sizes and when we opened the boxes there were very clearly and obviously different amounts of nuggets in each box. It really didn't matter though because we could only get down a few. They were some type of spongy, weird tasting things, who knows what was in them. Just awful. Fries also really bad. Tried the "Good Good Sauce". Noooo. Threw out almost the whole meal. Avoid, avoid, avoid. read more

one of the rudest places I have ever been to and I have been dicks restaurant where they are pay to be rude. After sitting for 10 mins at the drive thru window for 5 tacos and a large fries I asked if I can get a cup of water for my son. I was told no I had to drive around and reorder. I asked why and was told she has a time limit . I guess 10 mins for 5 tacos and 30 secs for water could over due their time. I asked if she was serious. she said yes and closed the drive thru window on me. As I travel thru page at least twice a month with my family and look forward to their tacos I will avoid that place like I did when they had tainted meat back in the early 90s. AVOID, RAW CHICKEN! We were on vacation in Page and decided to get some dinner at Jack in the Box because it was so close to the hotel. We got a big box popcorn chicken combo. There was a big piece of chicken in the box of which I ate half. It tasted off, so I looked at it and saw it consisted of mostly soggy breading and a fully RAW piece of chicken! I felt sick to my stomach. I went back to the restaurant, showed the raw chicken and the manager responded nonchalant, as if this happens all the time. He said: "oh yes ok, do you want a new box or a refund?" No apologies, very unfriendly. I asked for a refund and was given a PART refund for the box because "the curly fries were already eaten!!!! Unbelievably bad quality of food and service. Now I have to hope I don't get sick which would ruin our vacation. This was the first and last time at Jack in the Box! I was honestly quite surprised at the decency of this fast food place. The burgers were good with ample topping. I liked the option of having a burger on sourdough which was delicious! We also tried the regular and spicy tiny tacos. I would say just go with the regular they spicy wasn't all that spicy and tasted fairly similar. This is my first Jack in the Box experience. I heard a lot of good things about the brand but my experience has been nothing but disappointment. The food is average and that's something we expected going in. What ruined the experience was the drive thru cashier. It was a young girl taking the order. She was very rude and you can clearly tell that she is not happy working there. She also lacks knowledge about the store menu. When we ordered a coffee, she didn't ask about the sugar and cream level. When we asked her about the sugar and cream level, she sounded very impatient and blew us off with "we don't add cream and sugar, you add your own". We thought we had to bring our own sugar and cream for a moment. Then we asked if we get cream and sugar on the side because we don't drink coffee black, she ignored us and just close the drive thru window. I almost cancelled the order and wanted to drive away when she shut that window on me. When we got the ice coffee, it already has sugar and cream in there but we have no idea how much is in there. The service was absolutely one of the worst I have ever experienced. No wonder the lines at McDonald's and Burger King down the street were packed and only two people were in line at this place. read more

Call me crazy for giving a Jack this high of a rating but this Jack has a great manager who does everything from cleaning the dining room to working the grill changing tp in the bathroom. I tend to pay attention to this stuff since one of my first jobs was at a JITB when I was 16 for 4 months (circa 1987). My husband's family is a fast food family. This is something that after 3+ years of being together I am still getting used to. Our family of 9 came here twice for lunch during our stay as we had coupons and Kevin's Grammie could get a milkshake(and a delicious one at that). The food is standard and of course some things are more edible than others. If you are watching your waistline, it is best to go onto the website to pick your options ahead of time, but if you are in the place where you don't care about calories, you can definitely get your fill of fattening foods here. Not sure why the other reviewers are such a hater on this location (except the reviews are from a while ago), but I would come back to this one anytime. read more

I have to agree with Tam F. about the manager that works every position his team works. A big plus in my book. I went through the drive-thru today and got excellent(and FAST) service. The manager running the drive-thru treated me like a PERSON and not just another "joe" in the drive thru. I greatly appreciate that. read more
