I'm so irritated and just lost for words .... we go to this location and due to fake COVID the doors were locked and drive thru only , ok so since it's the only place open I walk thru the drive thru and the cow you call your manager came up with such and attitude already. Saying can't you read the sign ? Sign says. "Wont assist anybody in foot or bicycle" ok well I say to myself maybe since I'm a semi driver and my truck won't fit through drive thru I have no choice! So back to this heffer of a manager !!! Why do you have to have an attitude that matches your size?? All I fucking want is to eat before continuing on my 800 mile. Journey but you have to kiss me off so bad I lost my appetite and couldn't even eat the food you basically threw at me through the window and then telling me to download the app and order , I said I don't get service here she laughs and says everyone gets service here lol ok well not me plus I said if I download app how would you bring my food ? You going to walk it outside and hand it to me even closer than the drive thru window ! My Point is I'm sick of these misinformed idiots saying shit or refusing service because of COVID... fuck Covid and fuck this jack in the box!!!!! 1/5 stars because I can't give it a 0 Probably the worst fast food experience I've had. We live in north Utah (so there's no Jack in the Box) and usually we love jack in the box. Anyways we get there and sit in the drive thru for 15 minutes until one of the passengers in my car gets out and walks inside to see if anybody is working. There was only one person visible when he walked in and told him that we had been sitting in the drive-through for a long time. At this point I had pulled to the drive-through window to see if anyone was there or if the menu speaker was broken once I got there the guy at the window told me to just go back through and order from the outside speaker at this point there were already three other cars behind me so I had to reverse to make my order. When placing my order the girl talking through the speaker was rude and spoke as if she was in a rush. Once this painful process was over and she handed us our food I asked for ketchup and salt and she basically slammed the window and I waited for another five minutes to get ketchup, and she handed me about four packets is all. She then told me that the whole store was out of salt. I walked inside and found a big bucket of salt in the sit down area. This place was a complete joke read more

We stopped here for lunch yesterday, and I was concerned about what we would find considering the reviews. It was a pleasant surprise to find the staff there as fast & friendly as one would expect at a fast food place. The food was what I expected from a Jack in the Box as well. We didn't ask for any special orders, so I have no idea if they would have screwed those up for us. Next time I need a salad for breakfast, I'd stop here. read more

First time I've been to a jack in the box in a long time. Wanted to give it a try. One. They took forever filling a drive thru order. Got my burger without sauce. Nothing but lettuce and cheese. Went inside to get sauce. They stood there looking at the screen while I waited. Then helped another lady who just came to the counter for a rag. Then ignored me some more. Normally I would write a review for the food, however on this occasion I can't. My family and I stopped here on the 17th for an early lunch. We chose to dine in. There was no one in line and only 1 table occupied. The drive through was not busy either with only 2 cars. We approached the counter and began to decide what we wanted to eat. No one acknowledged us. After about 10 minutes of standing there being ignored, we decided to walk out and announced that we were doing so. Still not even a glance from any employees. They simply could not give a damn. This isn't the first time we've been here, and in the past we've always gone through the drive through. Even there service wasn't great and bordered rude. In this case, it was outright ridiculous. I can't imagine owning this franchise and being ok with this sort of behavior from my employees. The name alone must be what keeps them open. If you don't want to catch some kind of disease don't come here. I came in and ordered my food and it was fine. But as I ate, 2 little toddler aged boys came running in and they had dried green stuff coming out of their nose. Their mom came in behind them and apparently she was an employee there because she went into the kitchen (with her 2 sick boys) and began to make herself and her kids some food! They were back there the entire time we were there. The kids were touching everything back there, food included and everyone acted like it was normal. As a resident of Page, I used to patronize Jack-in-the-Box fairly regularly. After the long-time manager left, the place went downhill. I am a NOTORIOUS hater of mayonnaise and on 4 - count 'em - 4 occasions in a row, I ordered my sandwich without mayonnaise... said it not once, but twice, sometimes even thrice, and guess what? You got it - mayo out the wazoo - EEEEEEEEEEEEEW! If these guys don't get their act together, they're gonna find themselves out of business in a hurry. read more

We came in during a very bad snow day new year eve after a 27 dollar purchase, we asked for some hot water because I needed to make some formula for my daughter. Wow. TERRIBLE customer service. We go in to order and in the most absurd way, the employee (who was this short heavy set lady) says that they are only doing orders as take out because there's only three of them. So we were like, "ok no problem." This was around 5:45pm btw...After ordering, we go sit and wait for our food. Besides us, there was a couple sitting in and eating..After we got our food we started munching and then noticed there were other people coming in..they had already locked the side door and left the front door open so the people outside started to come through the front door... and that same employee (the heavy set one) basically kicked them out and said they have to go through the drive-thru if they want food. Those potential customers were upset and walked out saying they were going to eat somewhere else. We sat there in disbelief as to how rude she was as soon as they walked in. Yelling across the room for them to get out. Minutes after they left she starts to yell at us to get out saying in a rude tone, "Sorry, but you guys need to hurry up and get out cuz we don't want people to come in that's why we gave you take out to get out." I really don't know why I keep coming back to this Jack-in-the-box? I mean every time I've visited Lake Powell and gone into the local town of Page, AZ to resupply at Walmart we've tried to stop here for a quick bite. Each time I've come I've had a sub par experience. I think the only thing they have going for them is the excitement of knowing that you'll end up disappointed. So if you've never had a bad experience before a a local fast food chain, give this spot a try and they never disappoint because they always will. read more

I have never been so disrespected so much than I was at this Jack in the Box. My friends and I stopped by for food and shakes, we asked for a water cup and my friend got a lemon water. The manager stupidly thinking it was lemonade aggressively retrieved my friends water cup off the table saying it's "only for water not lemonade" everyone in the restaurant was staring, it was absolutely embarrassing considering we did grab water. The amount of bad reviews I have read about this places amazes me that it is still open. Everything about this place is disgusting, please just stop by the gas station instead it's much better. read more
