This is a complaint specific for manager Stephanie on Sunday at evening shift. Whole restaurant tables and floors are dirty. Plus there was no Coca Cola. No sprit. No ice. No chicken burger. No tomatoes. Then surprising she is the manager and will respond back to you that it's not her fault.l, saying it was morning shit fault of the dirt and missing items. Short version....do not bother with this Jack in the Box. Order was missing an item, they were out of Coke Zero, the inside was dirty, employees not cleaning tables off in between customers, employees not wearing masks properly, employees too busy talking to each other and their friends. Drive thru well you place your order and they have you drive around and wait and wait and wait. This place should be shut down for not following Covid-19 guidelines. They are risking your health. Manager useless. I have not been back to this place in 3 months and I can see that it has now gotten worse. Go to Carl's Jr. and they at least care about the customer. 9th time trying out jack in the box normally a great choice. Almost gave it a 1 but they remade order correctly. All times over cooked buggers cold Fry's. And only 1 time did they get ingredients right. I recommend getting some mystery shoppers going owners for quality control. You have a great product just very inexperienced staff. Also not appetizing you want to eat at a place that's dirty. That's right I said it dirty trash and rubbish all over in the cooking area. Hit or miss... I've had both experiences here, I've had food from here that was just fine one day ie; the food is warm and cooked properly and then on other days not so much...but still for choices of a fast food drive thru in Pahrump, it's one of the better options to gamble on for semi tasty, semi warm food. read more

Not very good. Forgot the cheese on the tacos we ordered and the burgers were so cold that the grease had coagulated and the cheese slices didn't melt. Pathetic experience. I ordered at the counter but had to cancel it and order from the app because I was ordering a "special" item. I had to sign up and go thru the hassle of ordering on my phone will standing at the Jack in the Box counter. I waited for at least 20 minutes but they kept telling me my order had not come thru their system yet. There was no way to cancel it so I just waited. These employees had NO training on how to handle an irate customer when their app screwed up. Even tho I showed them my confirmed receipt on my phone, they couldn't make up the order (one burger, two tacos) and let me go on my merry way. They had been given NO direction other than that they could do nothing until the order came across. I finally just left. I've never had such bad service at this location before today. Everything was cold. Fries were soggy and the cheese wasn't even melted onto the overly cooked hamburger. And of course I didn't realize this until I got all the way home. There is no excuse for that at all. It's fast food. It's like it wasn't even under a heat lamp either. Went through drive on 05/17/20 around 8pm. It was my first time eating at Jack in the box. So I had a few questions about the menu and what came on the burgers. The girl working the drive as so rude and not helpful at all. You can hear the sarcasm in her and didn't seem like she too helpful. I went to the second and the same girl was helping order was the one at the window and she answered with no gloves, no mask. Do they not realize we're in a pandemic. She's a piece of work honestly. Went to Jack in the Box in Pahrump, NV, this afternoon at about 3:30pm. Virtually empty, probably thanks to covid-19. Ordered a child's meal for my little one and was told they were out of apple juice. Odd, I was told the same thing on our previous visit a month ago... So she got milk instead. Got all the way home (15 miles away, this is a rural area) only to find that they had not given us the milk. No problem, I thought, I'll just call them. Apparently they take their phone off the hook during the day as I have been calling repeatedly for almost 2 hours now and only get a busy signal. Screw Jack in the Box. Not worth it. I went the drive thru last night around 8.00 pm 8/8/19. Was told in a very rude way that they did not have most of everything on the menu. The girl that took the order way beyond rude and it was like I was bothering her. There where no people inside the place as I drove out of the drive thru lane. She is a very hard worker, knowledgeable and provides top service. I have owned three businesses and watch staff and how a business is ran. Bad customer service. Getting in line to order inside. There is one person waiting for her order and an employee is ordering for her and others. So the employee is taking her time to put in this order the person who already ordered gets her order then rips the manager/supervisor for how she treated other employees. The employee who is putting in an order is now on the other side of the counter helping the employee taking the order because there seems to be an issue. They bring in a third employee to help but can't seem to resolve the issue. In all this time, not one person acknowledges me waiting to place my order. I left. When they opened, I was ecstatic - I could get Sourdough Jacks! 1st time was great. Couple of weeks later, came through to get a breakfast sandwich. Not even close to what was displayed (no cheese, one piece of bacon, etc.). The final straw was ordering one of the new white cheddar burgers. Photo (and yes, I know they are artistic mock-ups) showed a couple pieces of bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, full slice of cheese, plump bun, etc. What I got was an over-cooked hamburger patty, maybe a half-slice of cheese, one piece of bacon, three tablespoons of mayonnaise, smashed bun. No sign of lettuce or tomatoes. I've seen (and gotten) better burgers at the Shell/Mobil station. I've filled out the review forms and the district manager offered me (drumroll) coupons for the Jack in the Box in Pahrump! Wheee! I'll just hit up the Jacks in Las Vegas when I'm down there and jonesing for a Sourdough Jack until something is done about the one in Pahrump. read more

Been going to visit Jack since Pahrump opening. In the beginning the owner was present nearly every time I visited. Employees were polite and food was served hot and in a timely fashion. Wow how things have changed. Employees are rude and are way more interested in their friends that are hanging around in the dinning area than taking care of the customers. On our last two visits my wife and I have been subjected to loud fowl language by these friends and last time could not sit in a booth because two were taken by people with no food in front of them and one was occupied by a girl sleeping. It was obvious these people were all friends of employees. No more... guess it's Mickey D'S or Burger King from now on. What a shame read more

The food is always fresh and reasonably quick considering the lengthy lines (no doubt because the food is A+). Jack in the box is one of my favorite fast food joints. Stopped in at the location in Pahrump today (2/13/2019) at 12:18 PM, JIB#7276. They had no onions for the patty melt that I ordered and they were out of the regular fries. We had to clean our own table. We waited 30 minutes for our food which was barely warm. Also the kitchen was trashed. Whoever own's this location needs to hire competent management staff. We also stopped in at this location three weeks prior to this date on a Sunday evening around 6:30 PM with six people. Three people were at the counter returning their food which were the wrong orders. After standing at the counter for 10 minutes without even a recognition we left. I eat at the Jack locations in Henderson and Summerlin frequently and have never had any issues. Please make an effort to correct this location or take the name off the restaurant. read more

Ordered and was asked to pull around to front door so they could bring out food. Waited so long was actually sleeping. Told my friend we were leaving and went in for refund. I have gone here 3 times. Every time I have tried a different burger. All 3 times the meat was over-cooked. I mentioned this to the person who claimed to be the manager each time, and they didn't seem to care. I have also taken their on-line survey after each visit, and haven't seen any changes in their preparation of the food. Fast food is very competitive.
