HORRIBLE...that's all I could say, the worker was so rude I pulled up to the mic and we couldn't decide what i want yet and then the girl was rushing me once I ordered a munchie meal she threw out my box and half my fries came out(the box wasn't even closed right) then when I called to put a complaint on the worker I explained the situation and they tried to argue with me that the box was closed and that no one was rude and just hanged up. I Wanted to try the 15 piece loaded mini tacos. First problem, they had no change. I didn't have And $.24and so instead of them giving me a dollar back for the change, they just didn't give me any change at all, I waited to see if he was going to give me something for free, but that never happened. I asked for a free drink to make up the difference for the $.66 that they kept, he said that cost two dollars and he wasn't going to give it to me. I then asked fine, give me back my $.66. He comes back with $.60 so they still kept six cents. Then I go out to my vehicle in order to eat my loaded tacos, The only thing that was loaded about it was the fact that they ended up taking the regular mini tacos, and putting Lettuce and a special sauce over them. Wow. What a beautiful jack in the box. Pulled up thru the drive thru and order taker was very nice and helpful. I was expecting people in training but totally not the case. I immediately noticed the big window that allows you to see inside the restaurant prep area from the drive thru. It really makes me feel good to know nothing shady is happening with my food. The interior looked great and had a modern feel to it however I didn't get a chance to go inside as I was in a hurry and I just wanted something to drink. Every Single Time I get screwed somehow!! But the last time was truly the last. I went at 3 am when it should have been empty. The line was wrapped around the corner on a Thursday night. They gave me half of my order, and half of someone else. I drove all the way home (I live in cow country) to find this out. Then I called explaining what had happened. The person did not listen and told me to just come back in after I repeated myself 3 times. When I arrived and explained that I was the person on the phone. I was asked for my receipt which I gave them. Then they demanded the food back. I told them I was only missing the main burger in my meals and they should just make 2 new burgers.
